Tallia: I'm running late :( got behind on work and I can't seem to catch up sorry. (Idk if I ever stated where she worked. But she works for a law firm)

Gabe: its fine babe. Jay and I can have something made for when you get home.

Tallia: I'm going to be late and she has school tomorrow. Don't have her wait up please! And if you have to go please do so. I love you. ❤

Gabe: okay, just ordered pizza. Jay showered when we got home and she's now in pajamas watching tv on the couch in the living room.

Tallia: thank you omg

Gabe: not a problem babe.

Tallia got home and saw that a light was on and an unfamiliar car outside. Gabe must still be here.

"Gabe" Tallia said quietly.

"Living room" he called back just as quiet.

"Hey" Tallia mumbled and sat down on his lap and snuggled into his warm embrace.

"Long day?" Gabe asked.

"Very" Tallia replied as she started slowly drifting to sleep, but that was interrupted by an ear piercing scream coming from Jaydans room. Tallia jumped up and ran as fast as she could, Gabe following right behind her.
