I woke up this morning to a small furry paw on my face. Plus, the light sound of footsteps going around my room. I opened my eyes and my cat, Mimi, was patting on my nose lightly.

"You're awake?" Guanlin asked taking Mimi into his arms.

"Yeahh.... What're you doing here?" I rubbed my sleepy eyes and stretched.

"We're going out remember?" My boyfriend sat on the bed.

"Oh." I suddenly remembered what day it is.

Guanlin and I wanted to go to the park just simply to walk around amd hangout. We wanted to bring Mimi along since the white munchkin haven't been outdoors for weeks.

"I'll get ready quickly." I told Guanlin who was laying on my bed playing with Mimi.

I rushed into the bathroom with my towel and started to shower. When I was done, I quickly dressed up in a pair of jeans with a sleeveless black top.

Since the park isn't so far away, I decided that we should walk. As Guanlin and I chatted while walking hand in hand, Mimi tailed along behind us.

We arrived at the park and Mimi wanders off by herself. Guanlin and I sat on the swings eating ice cream.

"I'm gonna go to the washroom for a bit." Guanlin excused himself.

"Okay."

I sat alone and just scrolled through my phone. I looked up to watch Mimi every 10 minutes.

"(y/n)-ie?" A weirdly familiar voice called out.

I looked up again searching for the source when I saw my senior. We're in the same major and he's been helping me a lot with assignments and making sure I keep up with all the things we've learnt.

Then, we just naturally grew closer I guess....

"Jihoon oppa!" I waved a little as he came towards me.

"What are you doing here?" Jihoon asked.

"I just wanted to bring Mimi out." I pointed to the cat that decided to show up.

"Guanlin is not with you?" He asked searching for my tall boyfriend.

"He went to the washroom." I told him.

Jihoon squatted down to take Mimi in his hands as we talked about the next assignment we'll have to work on and I couldn't help but laugh. Mimi looked so cute when she climbed onto Jihoon's shoulder.

I took out my phone to snap a pic when it was snatched by Guanlin. I looked up to him still laughing but he wasn't smiling at all.

"We should go." Guanlin looked at me square in the eye before walking away.

"Mianhe Jihoon oppa, I gotta go." I bowed a little and took Mimi to run after Guanlin.

I caught up with him and walked beside him. I peeked in front of him a little and he still looks mad.

"Hey? Is anything wrong?" I asked petting Mimi that was quietly sitting in my arms.

"Nope, everything is just fine." Guanlin spoke.

"Well, why-"

"Of course there is something wrong!" He snapped "Why are you always with Jihoon sunbae? Or no, Jihoon oppa. What is the relationship between you two honestly? Almost everyday after class you'd be with him. I was being patient but today was just too much. You told me you wanted to go out since we haven't had much time together and you end up calling him to come? Even this once, you lied to me and said that you're in the library but then I see you at the café with the same guy!"

I was stunned. It was the first time he has ever raised his voice at me. My hands were shaking as tears formed at the corner of my eyes.

"I was at the library-" I tried to explain.

"I don't want to hear it. I think we need a break. You're precious to me and I don't want to let you go. Let's just not see each other for a few days. Think this through and make up your mind. Whatever your choice is, I'll accept. I love you." Guanlin showed me a small smile and kissed the top of my head.

He drove me home and the ride was awkwardly silent. We arrived at my home, I got out of the car and Guanlin drove away.

I dragged myself into my bedroom and just plopped on the bed. My head blank, my brain still struggling to process the whole incident.

4 days went by, Guanlin and I haven't talked to each other at all. I didn't dare to speak first thinking he might still be upset but then I got a text message.

I gave myself a small smile to lighten up my mood. I dressed up in a long sleeved, striped, black and white crop top with a pair of jean shorts before tying my hair up into a ponytail.

The café is just 3 blocks down from my apartment. So, I arrived pretty quick. I ordered my drinks while waiting for Guanlin who showed up 10 minutes after.

"I didn't see you in campus during these 4 days." Guanlin spoke.

"I was sick for a day..... and the other 3 days, I just went to class and didn't bother to hang around so I went home right after." I told him.

"Sunbae asked me about you the other day."

"About Jihoon oppa, I'm so-"

"I should be the one saying sorry. I shouldn't have judged too quick. Jihoon sunbae explained what happened at the park. I was so carried away because of my jealousy... I ended up hurting you." Guanlin's voice full of guilt.

"It's kinda my fault as well. I should've informed you everytime I went out with him. If I did, this misunderstanding wouldn't even take place." I held my boyfriend's hands.

"You're so kind (y/n)... Too kind... Oh lord, what did I do to deserve you." He said making us both laugh.

"I'm being kind, because I love you." I smiled cheekily.

"I love you too baby panda." Guanlin kissed the back of my hand.

"Wait, why am I the baby panda?"

Finally got some time to finish writing this.... (I'm supposed to be doing my hw rn... oof)

I took down all of the 'Pick Me' episodes for some personal reasons (if y'all haven't noticed)
