Kim Jaehwan
The ringing of my father's alarm that echoed throughout the house woke me up. I took my phone and looked at the time, there was half an hour left before they lock the school gates.
I quickly washed my face and brushed my teeth. After stuffing my homeworks into my bag, I ran out the door and went onto my bike.
I only had 16 minutes left, so I cycled very quickly to reach school. I was only 1 block away from school but my bike chain decided to break.
I almost fell from the bike but someone caught my arm as my bike screeched across the pavement. I looked to my left to see that it was my seat mate and crush Kim Jaehwan.
"Gwaenchana?" Jaehwan asked checking my arm and knee.
"N-nae gwaenchanayo Jaehwan-ssi." I answered pulling my hand out of his grasp.
"You don't have to speak formally. We're in the same class." He chuckled as he took my bike.
We walked to school together and we arrived right on time. Jaehwan went to his locker after promising me that he'll fix my bike chain after school.
I thanked him and went away to my locker. I was putting in the lock combinations on my locker until I saw a little cockroach on the floor.
I screamed and fell on the floor after stepping on a tin can on the floor. People was laughing as my friend Somi helped me up.
"Mianhe (Y/N), I was going to throw it to Jihoon." A guy from class 2-C, Park Woojin, scratched his neck and pointed to his best friend.
"Arasseo." I muttered and continued to take my stuff.
I walked to class with Somi and sat at my table as we wait for the teacher. Jaehwan came into the class and sat at his seat softly singing.
When the teacher came in, we all greeted him and he began the lessons. I took out my pen and to take notes but after 2 sentences, it ran out of ink.
"Here." Jaehwan passed me a blue pen.
"Thanks." I whispered and used it.
When lunch came, I bought a bun from the vending machine and went to the field since Somi wanted to watch Mark and Jackson playing basketball.
I sat beside her on the bench and started to eat. I honestly don't even care about watching them. I'd rather listen to Jaehwan's singing.
(kayy... who wouldn't wanna listen to Jaehwan singing live?!)
Then, there were 2 girls walking behind us. One of them accidentally spilled some water on my hair. She apologized a few times and excused herself after giving me some tissue.
"How would tissue dry her hair?" Somi shouted at them.
"Yah! Don't make a scene." I lightly hit her thigh.
"Somi, is everything okay?" Jackson asked suddenly appearing from behind her.
"Those girls spilled some water on (Y/N)'s hair." Somi answered holding a tissue on both her hands trying to dry my hair.
"Today is one of the worst days ever in my life." I thought.

Finally, it's time to go home. I went to my bike and remembered that the chain has broke. I kicked the back tire of my bike sighing.
Jaehwan then came and called out for me. I turned around to see him wearing some gloves with a guitar case on his back. I laughed at him and asked the purpose of those gloves.
"I promised you that I'd fix this for you." Jaehwan said squatting beside my bike.
"Ohh, I forgot." I sheepishly grinned.
After the bike was fixed, Jaehwan took his guitar and walked out of school. I shouted a 'thanks' to him which he replied with a thumbs up. He waved at me still not looking back and went on his way.
I rode my fixed bike and decided to not go home just yet. So, I went to the park near my favourite bakery and walked around the path.
I was slowly walking and I started hearing a familiar voice singing. I followed the sound and soon I was rushing to see who it was. I saw Jaehwan singing and playing his guitar.
I wanted to get closer and I stumbled. I tried to regain my balance but I fell for the second time that day.
"(Y/N)-ah gwaenchana?" Jaehwan put his guitar aside and rushed towards me.
He helped me up and told me to sit where he was sitting at just now. He rushed somewhere and came back with some cotton, iodine and plaster.
He softly patted the cotton that had iodine on it onto the small cut on my knee and palm. When he was done, he put a plaster on it.
"Thanks, again." I sighed.
"No need to thank me. I don't even mind if I had to take care of you for the rest of my life." Jaehwan chuckled.
"Funny." I muttered feeling a tiny bit of pain in my chest knowing that it was a joke.
"So, you play?" Jaehwan asked holding his guitar.
"I used to but I've already forgotten how to play." I answered eyeing his fingers on the guitar.
"Wanna listen to me play?" He asked again.
"Sure." I shrugged.
He started strumming a tune that was familiar to me as a fan of Wanna One. Then, he started singing an acoustic version of 'Wanna Be'.
I clapped my hands knowing how similar I was to a seal at the moment with a huge smile on my face. There were some people that stopped to listen to him and they clapped along.
After he was done packing his stuff, we walked around the park for a little while. The walk was quiet until he decided to speak.
"Hey, you haven't given me an answer." Jaehwan suddenly said.
"You didn't even ask me anything." I looked at him raising a brow.
"Wanna be my baby?" He asked.
"What?" I asked back in disbelief.
"I already told you thaf if I was going to take care of you forever, I wouldn't regret a single thing. So, I'm asking you to be my baby." He said holding my right hand.
I nodded happily as he wrapped his arms around me. We continued the walk as Jaehwan sang the chorus of the song over and over again.
