Imagine Loki coming back to you

You sat, home alone, curled up on your sofa, blowing your nose as you felt another wave of tears coming on. It had been nearly two months since you had last seen him. Not a phone call, a text, not even a letter. Nothing. He'd said that he had to go away to sort out some unfinished business, but before you even had change to ask him, he had gone. You remember that night as if it were only yesterday. You'd just gotten back from your elder brothers wedding party, and he had carried you home, bridal style, as you were tired after dancing all night. He had laid you down on the sofa, kissing your neck all over whilst you had ran your fingers through his black slicked hair. He kissed your lips before leaning down an whispering into your ear, "Y/N, I love you". You had fallen asleep with him covering you in love. When you woke in the morning, however, he had gone. You searched everywhere for him, going out across the whole neighbourhood, but he had vanished, just as quickly as he had come into you life. He'd saved you from being hit by a car, and when your eyes fell upon his deep green ones, it was love at first sight. You sighed, and got up from the sofa, and was just about to make yourself another drink when there was a knock at the door. Still half asleep, you go and open it, and begin to cry. There he was, dressed exactly the same as when you had last seen him, in his tight fitting black clothes with his hair the same, his eyes glistening as he looked at you. "Y/N, I am so sorry. I love you", he whispered in his velvety voice. He placed his hand onto your cheek and pulled you closer, his lips gently caressing your as he wrapped his other arm around your waist, pulling you into him. It didn't matter to you anymore where he had been, because he was here now. You gripped onto him tightly, kissed him so hard that you thought his lips would break. "Y/N, I love you so much. I swear to you, I will never leave you again", he said into your ear as you held him close. "I know Loki, I love you", you said to him, burying your head into his neck. He then picked you up in his arms, and held you there, kissing your forehead as you felt overwhelmed in joy that he had come back for you.
