In which you and Emily are already dating but you have a disastrous date.
3rd Person P.O.V.

    "Emily!!" Jacelyn shouts, running towards her girlfriend. Emily turned around and smiled at her.
    "Hey Jace!" Emily called back, using her nickname that she gave her.
    "So, I ...was ...thinking," Jacelyn says, out of breath from the run," Maybe...you would want too...go on a date tonight?"
    "Sure" She replies with a chuckle.        Jacelyn smiled and started running off to her house.
    "Wait! What time?!"
    "8:00"
    That give Jacelyn 3 hours to set up the perfect date for their 2 year anniversary. Last years may have ended with a person in the hospital but this year is going to be different. She was determined to do so. As soon as she got home she grabbed her phone, her credit card, her car keys, and a muffin.
    She ran to her car and plugged in her phone, while starting the car. She then called Aria for help.
  "Aria! I need help!"
   "What's wrong?!?!"
   " Its mine and Emily's 2 year anniversary today and I need help making it not like....last year," Jacelyn said with a shudder.
     "Oh, yeah. Let's not repeat last year. Ok come and pick me up and I'll help you," Aria Replied.
    "On my way. Bye."
    "Bye."
    She then started driving to get Aria, who when she arrived, was already outside. Aria dashed to her car and quickly got inside.
    "Ok. So I found a couple shops that'll have things we need to set it up. But what about what you are going to wear? Or what she is going to wear?"
   "You know....I didn't think of that."
     Aria sighed and then put the address of the first shop into the GPS. Jacelyn drove all the way there without stopping.  She handed Aria the credit card and Aria ran in to get the stuff she needed. 20 minutes later Aria is running out with 6 bags. Jacelyn quickly got out and opened the back door for her as Aria quickly shoved them in. She then dashed back to the passenger side while Jacelyn ran back to the drivers side and started driving to the second store. Aria then ran in and it took at least 10 minutes before Jacelyn got a text.

    Is your credit card in the car? Or maybe be in the bags?

Uhhh...I'll check.

    She turned around and started digging through all the bags.

   No it isn't in the bag, however I will go back to the other store and see if it is there.

   Jacelyn hurriedly drove back to the store to find the credit card. As soon as she parked in front of the store she dashed inside 
    "Excuse me! My credit card may have been left here has anyone seen it??" Jacelyn asked as she walked through the door.
   "Ma'am we found one, but we turned it into the police," someone from the back of the store. Jacelyn widened her eyes before running back out to her car. She then drive all the way to the police station and dashed in.
    "Excuse me," said Jacelyn as she approached the front desk," I was told that my credit card was turned into here? After it got left in a store."
     "Aaah Yes, here it is." The lady said, giving her the card. Jacelyn thanked her as she ran out of the station and texted Aria.
I have the card I am on my way.
   
    Okay. Good, this lady is giving me weird looks.

    Jacelyn quickly drove back to the store and ran inside and gave Aria the card. Aria quickly swipes the card and then grabs all the bags and runs out the door, with Jacelyn in tow. As soon as they reached the car Aria threw the bags in the back and instructed Jacelyn to go to a vintage thrift store. Jacelyn pulls up and then turns to Aria," Why a vintage thrift store?"

    "Because it will match the theme of your date."

   "Which is?"

    "1950."

  Jacelyn chuckled before following her into the thrift store. Aria talked to the lady behind the counter before the lady walked off. She then came back with a bunch of dresses hung on her arm. Aria grabbed them and pulled Jacelyn to the dressing rooms.

   "Try these on," Aria says as she shoves the dresses into Jacelyn's arms. Jacelyn hurries to the dressing room and tries on 4 different dresses before finding the perfect one. It was blue with white polka dots, it went down to her knees. She walked out to show Aria, who squealed and clapped.

   "That is the one!!!!" She shouted. Jacelyn laughed and shook her head in agreement. She went back into the dressing room and took off the dress and put it on a hanger. As she walked out of the dressing room Aria asked what is Emily's dress size. to which Jacelyn looked like a fish out of water.

  "I don't know."

  "How do you not know her dress size?" Aria asked while mentally face palming.

  "It was never really disscussed."

  Aria took out her phone and texted Emily asking her dress size. Emily replied 6 minutes later. Jacelyn made a mental note of the dress size Aria got a dress for Emily. They then paid and walked out of the store.
"So, where is all of this happening?" asks Aria
"The Brew." It was the one thing Jacelyn was sure of. Aria smiles and nodded before it hit her.
"Hey Jace.." she trailed off
"Yeah?"
"Where does Emily work?"
"The brew......"
"And how are we going to get it ready if she's working there?"
"It's not happening until after she gets off of work....so it's going to be set up after hours."
"Well who's going to keep her busy?"
"Uhhhh..." She hadn't thought of this either," Herself?" Aria face palmed before smiling at her.
"I'll ask the other girls for help." Aria pulls out her phone and texts the other girls. They all reply with a sure or awesome.
"Now lets get into the car......" Jacelyn didn't know where her car was. Aria looked up and was shocked as well.
"Didn't we park," Aria pointed at the spot where they parked the car. Jacelyn nodded before walking around trying to find it. Aria went in the other direction to try and find it. Jacelyn turned the corner to see her car, with smashed in windows and numerous colors and shades of those colors put across her doors. She texted Aria and then walked up to her car slowly. Aria ran around the corner a few moments later and was shocked to see the car like that. Jacelyn opened the door and looked inside. Everything inside was ok.
"Jace..are you ok?" Aria asked, carefully putting her hand on Jace's shoulder. One thing Jace lived more than Emily and her family was her car. It was a silver 2003 Nisan X-Tera that had always been kept in top condition, looking like she had just bought it, now it looks like a pile of colorful metal that moves. Jacelyn nodded slowly before getting into it. Aria quickly climbed into the passenger side as Jacelyn started the car and drove slowly and carefully.
"So we can drop this off at the Auto-body shop and then pay them to quickly fix it. And while it's getting fixed we can get my car and we can take all of this to the brew and pick up everyone else," Aria suggested quietly. Jacelyn nodded before driving to her favorite shop and pulled in. The owner, Mark, saw the car and quickly ran over.
"Why happened?" He asked through his thick British accent.
"We don't know, we were getting things for my date with Emily and then came back to find it like this. Can you please fix it?" Jacelyn asked. Mark nodded and helped her out of the car, he then ran to the other side and helped Aria out. They all grabbed the stuff from out of the back seats and set it down in the office. Aria texted Spencer to see if she could pick them up, after explaining it all too her. Spencer quickly agreed and said she would be there in 5 minutes.
"Spencer will be here in a couple of minutes."
" Ok." Jacelyn looked to be deep in thought. Aria patted her back and stood by the window waiting for Spencer. In a few minutes The Brew would be closing and then they would have to wait for Emily to leave and then they would set it up. Spencer pulled up a few seconds later and then Aria and Jacelyn grabbed all the bags and shoved them in the back with Jace.
"Ok so here's the plan," Aria explained the whole thing to Spencer who nodded and then drove them to The Brew. Aria told them to hold on as she ran and checked to make sure that Emily had left. After a couple minutes they saw Aria running back and she opened the passenger side.
"She's gone, let's go"
Spencer pulled up in front of The Brew and helped them carry all the bags inside. After they are all in, Aria and Spencer pulled Jacelyn into a hug before leaving to get help Emily get ready while Jacelyn got the place ready.
Jacelyn grabbed the black and white streamers and started to hang them. She then grabbed a table and a couple of chairs and dragged them into the middle of the room, placing a gray tablecloth on top of it with s couple of plates and silverware. She then grabbed all 80 candles bought and started placing them in a sort of guiding way to the table and then all around the room to light it up. She then walked into the kitchen and started the food. After it was done, she had to get ready. She quickly ran into the bathroom and changed into her dress. She then put her hair into a braided crown on top of her head. She decided to go with a simple makeup look by doing natural colors. Her phone beeped as she got done doing her makeup.
Are you done yet? It's 7:59 and we are outside.
Yea I'm done, let her in.

Jacelyn ran out into the area and stood by the table, acting like she was just chilling. Emily walked in and gasped.
"Oh wow, it's beautiful." She then looked at Jacelyn. Jacelyn walked to her and grabbed her hand and pulled her to the table. After helping her sit down, she ran to the back room and got glasses along with wine. She walked back to Emily and placed the cups on the table. She then popped open the bottle and poured it in the cup. After giving Emily her sink she sat down across from her and smiled.
"Happy second year anniversary."
"Happy second anniversary."
Emily leaned over and kissed her. 'This year went so much better' Jacelyn thought.  Emily pulled away with a disgusted look.
   "What's that smell?"
   "That would be the food...burning."
