OH. MY. GOODNESS. I have already ranted about this to sparklewolf but this is so angering. I think it's possible  for a male and female to have conversations with eachother because they have lockers by eachothers  and other classes together without thinking one has a crush on the other! It's insane. Friends are friends. Although my eldest  brother brought up some great logic. He said, "who are your crushes?" And I replied, "people you like," and he nodded. "Yeah, and who are your friends?" I replied again, "people you...like." logic of an older brother right there. Anyway, Anything said in bold like this means it's in sign language. And I had to meet with the school's  physicist  again because of my anxiety problems. I get to skip a whole class once a month but she said we might be meeting more often. I also have to keep, like, an anxiety journal thingy. Oh, well. Enjoy!

IMAGINE  YOURSELF...

Lying on the couch watching reruns if SpongeBob. You laughed as plankton failed, yet again, to get the krabby  patty secret formula. To heard someone walk behind you and sigh. You sighed yourself knowing the next few things that were going to happen.

"(Y/n)," Your mom said. "Why don't you stop watching TV and do something?" You shrugged.

"Because there is nothing to do." Your mom put her hands on her hips and stared you down.

"Why don't you to meet the new neighbors? I hear they're nice and have a son your age." You squinted at the TV.

"Nah, I'll just stay here."

"Clean your room or go meet the neighbors. Your choice." Your mother stated while walking out of the living room. You moaned, not wanting to clean your room so the only option was to meet the neighbors. You stood up and walked into your room to get dressed. After changing into Jean shorts a d (your favourite band) T-shirt, you headed downstairs. You mom smiled at you as you walked into the kitchen.

"Don't forget the cookies I made for them." You nodded while grabbing the plastic wrapped plate full of chocolate  chip  cookies.

"Yeah, yeah, you make cookies for the neighbors but it's too unhealthy for us." Your mom chuckled as you walked out the door and called out one more request.

"Change the attitude before you meet them." She called out and you took that to note as you closed the door behind you. You walked across your lawn and up the stairs of the patio next door. You knocked on the door. A woman appeared with a grin on your face causing you to turn your frown upside down.

"Well, hello there." She said while opening the door.

"Hi, I'm from next door and my family just wanted to welcome you to the neighborhood." She smiled and received the cookies you pushed out to her.

"Oh, thanks so much, just a second," She closed the door behind her and you just stood at the door awkwardly. The door opened a few moments later to reveal the woman and a guy. A hot guy. "This is my son, (y/c/n)." You smiled and politely  shook his hand.

"Hello, it's nice to meet you, I'm (y/n)." He nodded and remained silent. This intrigued you. He wouldn't speak and his mom had to introduce him, interesting.

"He won't be going to the same school as you but you might see him around." Suddenly he did some strange movements with his hands. It caught you off guard and you took a step back. "What's wrong?" His mother asked. You simply raised an eyebrow wondering  if  she had just seen what you had seen.

"It's nothing." Suddenly he began doing even more movements which sort of scared you. But you started to see the movements and remember them from the summer camp you went to. It was a summer camp for the hearing disabled or deaf and you were a cabin counsler. You smirked realizing what he was saying.

"Those cookies look good, let's go inside and eat them. Come on, mom, I want cookies." You slowly began to sign back.

"My mom made them and she makes the best cookies ever!" A surprised look spread across both of their faces when they saw you.

"You know sign language?" He signed. You nodded.

"Ever since middle school."

"What are you two saying?" His mom asked "I'm not the best at sign language." You smiled.

"Nothing really." You noticed he was signing again.

"I hope this doesn't sound rushed but are you free Friday night?" He smirked.

"What is he saying? I haven't learned those signs." You laughed.

"He's asking me out." Her cheeks turned bright red.

"Pick me up at six."

Part two will be posted next time as well as one of the last princess series!
