I tried to start Close Your Eyes for Scott, and decided that I need to step away from the computer...

My brain took a sharp and terrible turn:

As usual, you were going to be late again, always waiting on Scott with misplaced trust that this would be the time that he'd be ready, only to be disappointed again. With stomping feet, you stepped up to the foyer where the vast opening could echo through the facility, and yelled out for him. When there was no answer, you were beginning towards the elevator when your foot slipped beneath you, making you stumble and grab the thin stairway rail for support. You pulled off your shoe and turned it over, only to gasp in shock.

"Scott!"
