duck young, better known as ducky or manager d, was chosen as the group's manager after the last member was confirmed. as a long-time friend of ceo shi and a very active person in the entertainment industry, he was always the top choice as a manager for the group so when he finally agreed to take the position the ceo didn't try and hide his excitement.

as an extremely hands-on person, he spends a lot of time with the boys and spends most of his time trying to make everyone act serious when needed. which can be hard but, he always manages to get it done in the end. most of the time though, he acts more like a dad or a grandpa to the group than just a manager and is known to care more about everyone's well-being than anything else.

everyone knows when they can mess around with him and when they can't unless they want to get in trouble with the older male. but, when he's not serious they love to joke around with him, or more seriously go to him for advice.

moon joined the team three months before the group was set to debut. he's one of the most relaxed people on the team and is known to constantly joke around with the rest of the boys, which has made him someone they love to work with. though people occasionally joke that he's an old guy, he's very in tune with all the constant trends and has a talent for flawlessly incorporating that into styles that each boy is comfortable with, which has always been his top priority.

there's a running joke about how much of a lightweight he is, and as of now, it's earned him the privilege of being closely watched whenever the team goes out together. and rumors are floating around that theirs a video of him and key absolutely out of their minds out during a particularly unruly night out.

rj has been with the boys since the beginning and was one of the first people to join the company at all. she's been doing makeup for as long as she can remember, and is constantly watching videos and practicing new techniques to make sure she's always improving.

everyone loves her because of how relaxed and positive she is, which has made the boys love hanging around her. she isn't very strict on honorifics because of how close in age she is with everyone though the changes in the rare moments when someone makes her mad. though her main priority is that everyone is comfortable with both her and themselves, along with everyone being able to have fun since they are all still relatively young with lots of life left to live.

minnie is continually frustrated at certain members' inability to properly care for their hair and is constantly lecturing them about it. hair is what she's dedicated her life to learning about so she's very passionate about hair health, and refuses to do anything she knows will harm the boy's hair any more than it might already be, and is known to frequently research new techniques and processes to do things.

she keeps a lot of her life to herself no matter how much prodding she might get from the people around her but has made it known that she does have a wife at home. and usually, when she's not working that's where she is — at home with her partner. but when she is dragged to bonding stuff she's known to let loose and become an extremely funny person.

as someone with an almost unending amount of energy within him, ryan always shows up to dance practice with a massive smile on his face. after making sure everyone is properly stretched he's the kind of person who goes straight into teaching whatever dance their set to learn. he usually shows the finished routine before he starts teaching the routine step by step, always slowing down at parts he can tell their struggling with. he's also always open to suggestions and modifications to the dance since he knows that ultimately he isn't the one who's going to perform the dance over and over again. but despite that, he also tries his best to push everyone past their comfort zone.

more than anything he tries his best to encourage healthy dancing habits with everyone, and has been known to scold the boys whenever they do something stupid or unhealthy that could result in them getting hurt. though that switches to nothing but concern when anyone does get hurt.

jiyu is an incredibly talented singer who made a name for herself by posting covers online, though instead of making it as a singer she's dedicated her time to teaching others how to sing. she takes her job and her ability to teach things properly very seriously, she doesn't enjoy being incredibly serious during lessons so she tries to keep things very current and fun. there never boring and the boys always look forward to the lessons they get from her multiple times a week and she has a very clear fondness for each boy that shows in the check-ins she does at the beginning and end of each lesson she does.

she earned the nickname rosie after it became obvious how easy it was to make her blush. whether it's a compliment or the heat, it's not rare to see her with a smile and a bright red face, not that it bothers her. whenever someone mentions it she always just says that it's her second-best charm behind her voice and vocal abilities.

despite the innocent look, jung su is an absolute savage rapper. in his eyes, rapping is mostly about having and gaining confidence, which is most of what he focuses on in the lessons he gives. since most of the boys are beyond capable rappers, he spends most of his time encouraging the rappers of the group to show new sides of themselves in their raps and to try and act as if they own the stage. in his words, if they aren't leaving everything on the stage then they shouldn't step onto it the first place.

he spends a lot of his time helping out saturn though, who loves to rap and has a talent for it but has no confidence in his ability to do so. which has led him to spend a lot of time trying to comfort and encourage the younger male in his abilities, especially during shows. he usually stands just out of view backstage and pulls the younger male into a hug as soon as he's stepped off so he can spew off a couple of praises.

the newest addition to the team, hyo is a very relaxed yet quiet guy. though he tends to stay silent most of the time he's very aware of everything going around him and is known to randomly burst into laughter because of a comment someone has made. it's clear to everyone the fondness he holds for the group and the rest of the team, and that's even clearer in his actions. he won't hesitate to do what's needed to keep people protected no matter the cost to him.

the name batman was bestowed on him after a notorious moment in 2021 where a saesang got way too excited and tried to go for sterling. she jumped at him and just as her feet came off the ground hyo seemingly materialized out of thin air to reach out and grab her before she could do anything and then disappear just as fast; just like batman with the bad guys in gotham.

dong yul somehow manages to be both relaxed and serious at the same time. since he's been with the boys since the very beginning, he's very protective and close with each one of them for different reasons. he's known for spoiling them when he isn't supposed to; like when their supposed to be on a diet or just got in trouble with their manager. but, he can turn into an incredibly serious just as quickly, which especially happens at airports since that's where most incidents have happened.

over the years he's managed to gain some sort of a fan base over the years because of both his looks and attitude, which is something he's very embarrassed about. he doesn't understand why people are paying attention to him as opposed to the group and as of 2020 he's started taking steps to hide his face whenever out with everyone so he can draw less attention. but, it's done the exact opposite.

sohyon is a close friend of grey's and has been taking videos of the group since they started, but she wasn't properly put on the team until a year after their debut. before that, a random staff member or the boys themselves would take the videos, which were alright but never got as many views as things filmed by her did. and since she didn't have a steady job at the time it was an offer she took without hesitation.

she has the same amount of energy as the boys which is what makes her videos so high quality; she can keep up with all of them. and she manages to keep up that same energy with her editing which is what makes people protest when other people have to step in for whatever reason. she keeps up with the ebb and flow of the group's interest and energy which makes her videos very close to how it would it be interacting with them in real life. plus, she has a really amazing sense of humor.

jae wook was recruited after the boys started gaining notable attention in the states. even though most of the members are very proficient in the english language, overall there is enough confusion that a translator is useful. and as someone who has spent an immense amount of time overseas (especially in the usa) and is proficient in a handful of different languages.

he's a very positive and charming person that became quick friends with all of the guys and loves his job. it makes him incredibly excited to be able to travel to new places and meet new people along with such an awesome group, so, he constantly has a massive smile on his face. he's also known to joke around and make everyone laugh whenever there's downtime where no one has to work.
