(Y/N) Pov

I had terrible pain in my side. I tried to sit to quickly and i flinched in pain. I clenched my teeth to prevent tears from coming out.

"Dont try to move right now, (Y/N). We'll have to take her back to the village to get her bandaged up." Kakashi said quietly.

"No no. I'll be fine Sensei!" I quickly said. There was no way i was going back to the village now! I slowly stood up. Pain shot through my whole body, i did my best not to wince and i successfully stood up.

"See? Im good!" I exclaimed. Kakashi gave me a disapproving look. I frowned.

"Well then! Lets get going." I said. Tazuna amd Sasuke started walking.

"Um (Y/N)?" Sakura asked. I turned around to face her. I didnt see an aura of angry or hate, i only felt kindness.

"I know some medical jutsu if you want me to help. I brought a first aid kit just in case this kind of stuff happened!" Sakura smiled. I thought for a moment. Naruto and Kakashi looked a little worried. I even was feeling worried. Sakura being nice to me? It seemed a little strange. Or maybe she was trying to be friends? Y'know what, forget it.

"Yeah sure why not." I smiled. Kakashi walked away. He knew where the injury was at and he didnt want to be around to see the healing process of it. But Naruto stayed.

"Shoo!" I pointed my hand in the direction of the team. He nodded and walked to the group.

"Alright i'll need you in the trees so that no body walking by will see you." She said. She led me maybe about 10 feet into the forest. We sat down on the ground. I winced. Another shot of pain went through my body. I managed to sit down though.

"Alright, you'll have to take off your shirt (Y/N)." Sakura said as she pulled out ointment and bandages. I winced.

"She'll find out my secret..."

"Do i really have to?" I asked. She nodded. I sighed. I slowly slipped off my shirt, showing all of my marks. Sakura gasped. I hung my head in shame. The recent injury only added to my scars.

"What happened..?" Sakura whispered. Memories started flowing into my mind.

Flashback

"(F/N) (M/N) (L/N)! Get down here this instant!" My father shouted. I quickly ran down the stairs.

"Y-yes father?" I stuttered. I cowered as i saw that he had his belt out. His eyes were full of hatred.

"Explain why the hell your grades are low!" He shouted. He shoved a paper that showed low numbers in certain subjects. I began to cry.

He hit me.

Tears started streaming down my face.

"I d-dont know father..." I whispered.

He hit me again.

"What was that you little bitch?"

He hit me.

"Its because of you! The way you treat her! This shitty family! Thats why!" My mother shouted with tears in her eyes.

"Stay out of this!" He shouted.

He hit her.

"No dad please stop!" I shouted.

He hit me.

Mother had something in her hand. I didnt know what it was. I was only 7. This abusement has been going on since i was 3. Father faced me again.

He hit me.

Mother rose the object in the air and hit my father in the back of his head. He fell to the floor. Tears began to fall from mothers eyes.

"C'mon honey. We're leaving today. All of this will stop. I promise baby girl." Mother whimpered.

"Go to your room and grab what you need, we are leaving this place forever..." Mother added. I ran up to my room. I snatched up my backback. I put in clothes, money, shoes, and a valuable necklace my older sister gave me a ling time ago. She was gone because of father. Father killed her. I ran downstairs and waited for mother. Mother ran out of her room. She took my hand and ran out of the door, leaving father behind forever.

Flashback end.

The memory flashed right before my eyes, as if it was happening again.

"(Y/N)?"

"I dont want to talk about it." I said bluntly. Sakura nodded and began began putting ointment on my wound. She then used the little medical jutsu power she had to heal any broken bones. She wrapped bandages around my rib cage.

"Alright, you can put your shirt back on. Just take easy okay?" Sakura said. I nodded and slowly put my shirt back on.

"Thank you Sakura." I said. She nodded and smiled.

"Y'know... I uh kind of been thinking. I know we've had disagreements in the past but, do you think we could be friends?" I asked her.

"Sure why not?" She giggled. I smiled. We got caught up to the team and continued the journey to the Land of Waves.
