You yawned as you walked down the streets of Konaha. You wore your headband on your head. You were headed to the ninja academy to be put into the ninja groups. You stopped by the ramen shop to see if Naruto was there, you didnt hear from him last night so, you've been a little worried. Unfortunately, he was not there... You thought that you would ask the owner if he had been here.

"Excuse me sir?"

The man behind the desk turned around.

"Yes young lady?" He replied kindly.

"Have you seen Naruto around here this morning?" You asked.

"Oh, you just missed him! Hes headed to the ninja academy right now!" He said

"Thank you very much sir!" You waved goodbye and ran to the ninja academy. Since he's going to be there, he must've graduated!

You ran inside. You werent paying attention and you ran into someone and fell over.

"Oof!" You hit your chin on the hard ground and had the taste of iron in your mouth.

"Oh sorry! Are you alright?" You looked up. It was Sasuke! You silently facepalmed. You were such a klutz, you vutsed at yourself. You nodded.

"Your lip is bleeding..." He said. Oh, thats why you tasted iron... You wiped of your lip with your hand.

"Here, let me help you up." He held out his hand. You took it and pulled yourself up.

"Thank you, Sasuke!" You said. He nodded and made a faint 'mhm'. You smiled. He smiled back.

"Hmm i hope i end up in the same group as him, hes seemes like a nice guy!"

You turned around and searched for Naruto. He was here! You ran up to greet him.

"Good morning Naruto! I see youve graduated!" You said.

"Oh hi (Y/N)-Chan! Yes i did graduate! I proved to Iruka Sensei that i was capable of being a ninja!" He exclaimed. You had noticed he was seated next to Sasuke.

"Im glad you graduated Naruto! I hope we end up in the same group!" You said.

"Same here!" He pointed at himself and smiled. You blushed. You walked up to where an empty seat was at.

You kelt your eyes on Naruto. Shikamaru walked by and looked at him in confusion. You could hear them talking.

"What the? Why are you here? Todays meeting is for graduates only." He pointed out.

"Yes, we all know this, captain obvious."

"Hey, dont you see this headband? As of today, im a ninja, too!" He said pointing at his headband. Shikamaru sihhed and rolled his eyes and walked away with a really annoyed look on his face.

You heard a loud clamor at the door, you turned your head to see what it was.

It was Sakura amd Ino... Fighting to get into the classroom.

"How idiotic, cant they just get along?"

You turned back to Naruto, he was staring at Sakura.with blush all over his face. You started to get this feeling welling up inside of you.

"Jealousy? No... I cant be jealous..."

You shook the thought away and continued to observe. Sakura had pushed Naruto over to see Sasuke... Pfft hiw rude. Naruto just sat there, staring at Sasuke in hatred. He jumped up onto the table next to Sasuke, only being less than an inch between them, and they were having a staredown. You chuckled.

The kid behind Naruto had moved quickly and bumped Naruto over. He had onky been slightly pushed and there lips connected. You tried to hold back laughter but, that seemed impossible. You burst out laughing. You quit laughing after a minute or so. Every girl had beaten up Naruto.

"Yeesh! It was only an accident, give him a break!"

Iruka Sensei walked in.

"Everybody sit down! Im about to announce the teams!" Iruka shouted. Everybody quickly sat down. Iruka gave a long boring speech about how proud he was of everyone. You fell asleep. You felt someone elbow you. You grunted, politely ignoring the person.

"(Y/N)! Iruka-Sensei is announcing the groups, wake up!"

Your head shot up from the table. You turned to the person talking to you, it was Kiba.

"Thanks for waking me up, Kiba-Kun." You whispered. Kiba grunted in response. Iruka was had just started naming off the groups.

"Team 7, Naruto Uzumaki, Sakura Haruno, Sasuke Uchiha, and (Y/N) (L/N). Team 8, Hinata Hyuga, Kiba Inuzika, And Shino. Team 9, Ino, Shikamaru Naru, and Choji."

You seemed pretty satisfied with who was in your group. Sakura was the only one you really dony talk too.

"You guys are dismissed until 3:00pm, that is when youre going to meet your teachers!" Iruka announced. Everyone ran out the door. Naruto immediately ran after Sakura.

"Wait! Naruto!" You shouted running after him. He stopped and turned around.

"Yes, (Y/N)-Chan?"

"I was wondering while we waited, you could come to my house and make some ramen for lunch!" You asked. You closed your eyes and smiled, hoping for a yes.

"Sure (Y/N)-Chan! I cant say no to you or ramen! Believe it!" He exclaimed.

You and Naruto walked to your house. Neither of you talked on the way. So it was just an awkward silence. You werent paying attention to where you were going and you tripped over a rock, you gasped in suprise. You expected to hit the hard ground, but you didnt. Naruto had caught you. He stood you back up.

"Are you alright?" He asked. You nodded. You continued to walk. You finally arrived to your house. You walked up the stairs onto your porch and opened your door.

"Alright! Wheres the Ramen!!!" Naruto said excitedly.

"In the pantry, third shelf down." You said. You got some boiled water prepared. You fixed yourself a cup of coffee.

"Whats that?" He pointed at your cup of coffee.

"Its coffee, its made of caffeine. Its supposed to energize you." You replied as you took a sip.

"Can i try some?" He asked.

"Oh god, as if hes not hyper enough."

"Sure." You grabbed a cup amd poured some coffee in it. You handed the cup to him and he took a sip.

"Blegh! Its bitter!" He stuck his tongue out.

"Ill add creamer if you want, it makes it sweeter." You said. You took a spoon of powder and put it in the cup amd stirred it.

"Now try it, it should be sweeter." He took a sip. He widened his eyes. He quickly drank the rest.

"Thanks (Y/N)-Chan." He said. You nodded. You got the boiling water and poured it into the bowl of ramen.

"Your ramens ready." You said. He grabbed the bowl and nodded in thanks. You both ate your ramen in silence. After about two hours, the two of you raced back to the academy. Naruto was extremely hyper after drinking that coffee. You and Naruto arrived at the door and rushed in.

"You guys are late!" Sakura retorted. You noticed that everyone was gone except for you, Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke.

"Where is our sensei?" Naruto asked.

"Late." Sakura responded.

"Well then you cant say that we were late when sensei wasnt even here yet!" You pointed out.

"Whatever." Sakura sighed.

~Time Skip~

"NARUTO QUIT FIDGETING!" Sakura shouted.

"Well the sensei is late, i cant help it! (Y/N) gave me coffee earlier and its taking effect now!" Naruto said. Bith Sakura and Sasuke looked at you. You laughed nervously.

"He wanted to try it... I couldnt stop him even if i wanted to." You said. About ten minutes later, he was literally bouncing off the walls.

"Naruto calm down!!" Sakura shouted. You heard footsteps outside the door, a person arrived through the door.

"Is he here yet!? Is he here yet!?" Naruto kept asking. He ran to the door and didnt even realize sensei had arrived and rammed into him. Both you amd Sakura gasped.

"Way to make a very great first impression Naruto! (Note the sarcasm)"
