Third Person POV

Jay ran fast hoping to catch up with Destiny and Justin. He hoped that the others were okay. Once Justin's fox freed them, they insisted that Jay go help Justin and Destiny, while they take care of Viper. He left the building. The sky was a dark black and Jay could see a purple aura surrounding Justin, and Destiny. He ran up to it. "What's going on?" He asked Justin.

 "I think Destiny's figured out her second element!" Justin shouted. Jay looked over to Destiny. She was facing her mother, a couple of feet away from them. Her hair was a dark shade of red, which Jay didn't think was good, and her ninja gi glowed a dark amethyst purple, causing it to admit light. Her mother on the other hand, had crossed her arms as if she was disappointed. Destiny raised one hand. A chunk of concrete flew pass her and headed towards her mother. Her mother stepped to the side, dodging the attack. The battle continued like that. Soon their attacks became more rapid. Destiny sending parts of buildings, two at a time while dodging the concrete her mother sent at her.

 "We've got to do something!" Jay stated. As soon as jay said that, Destiny's mother threw concrete at the two of them hoping to knock them out. Justin and Jay both ducked. Destiny extended her hand stopping the concrete and sent it back her mother's way. Her mother threw concrete, smashing the other piece of concrete. Jay noticed that Destiny's attacks were more sluggish as the battle grew on. She's getting tired... He thought. It seemed that Destiny's Mother noticed that too. She laughed.

"You are weak!" She fumed. Destiny's mother threw two pieces of concrete. Destiny ran, then slid underneath both of them and swung her leg around catching her mother off guard. Her mother fell down, but not for long. Destiny's mother rolled to the left and quickly stood up sending more concrete towards Destiny. Destiny jumped up and avoided it. Justin summoned a spirit wolf and whispered something to it. The wolf ran and jumped up in front of Destiny's mother distracting her. Destiny focused as the ground shook. She lifted part of the road up causing a floating island. As the floating island rose, the battle continued. Destiny's mother ran towards Destiny and attempted to kick her. Jay shot lightning at her sending her back. With Destiny making sure that the island rose it would be up to Jay and Justin to make sure nothing happened to her. Justin summoned more spirit animals. "This'll be too easy!" She cackled.

 Jay laughed. "That's what you think!" He shot back. The spirit wolf that Justin had summoned bit her ankle. She screamed out in pain, then threw her head back, her eyes filled with anger. She launched three pieces of concrete at them. Jay summoned some lightning and smashed one, while Justin summoned an octopus and smashed the other two to dust.

"You're going down!" Justin smirked.  The spirit octopus extended two of its tentacles and began to wrap them around Destiny's mother. She laughed and the tentacles glowed a bright red, causing Justin to flinch back. 

"You like that? Ha, It burns doesn't it?" She sneered. The floating island stopped rising and Destiny stood in between Justin and Jay. "You think your friends can protect YOU?" Destiny's mother hissed. 

"They can...The real question is who's going to protect you" Destiny shot back as she launched part of the floating island towards her mother. The three of them advanced as  she dodged the piece of concrete. Justin slid down and swung his leg in an attempt to cause her to fall. Jay shot lightning at her, while Destiny summoned another piece of the floating island. Destiny's mother dodged them all, and jumped up into the air summoning a small wind cloud, allowing her to float. Justin summoned a spirit eagle and began to fly up to her, while Jay summoned his elemental dragon. He offered Destiny a ride but she declined and attempted to do what her mother had just done. As they flew up, Destiny's Mother caused the floating island to shake, until it fell back to the ground.

Down below, the others ran out of the building only to see a floating island fall, covering the land in dust. "What's going on?" Dest asked. "So she finally figured it out..." Sensei Wu whispered. "Figured what out?"

The battle grew on and Jay found himself starting to get tired. He looked over at Justin, then Destiny. Both of them, seemed tired. He wondered how long they could go on. "You grow tired! Soon you'll be too tired to fight!" Destiny's mother cackled. Justin's eagled flapped it's wings causing Destiny's mother to go flying back. Jay shot some lightning at her, momentarily stopping her. Destiny mumbled something, then summoned some smoke, which surrounded her mother until it spun into nothingness.

"Yeah!" Justin cheered, "We won!" The three of them flew back down to the ground where the others were waiting. Jay noticed that Destiny's hair changed from a dark red to a grey.

"You did what you had do" He advised.  Destiny smiled.

"What happened up there?" Cole asked once they landed.

"AWESOME STUFF!!!" Justin beamed.

"We'll tell you when we get to the dojo" Destiny stated. Everyone headed back to the bounty eager to hear what Jay, Justin and Destiny had to say. For now though, All of Ninjago was at peace...
