Dest's POV

It has been some time since Stephanie and Justin warned us about a new menace. So far, everything has been peaceful. I walked down the hall and watched Darreth attempt to teach kids karate. Darreth put his arms by his side and made a dying animal noise. "Watching Darreth teach?" I looked back to see Jay. "No, I'm watching him turn into animals" I said laughing. "What are you doing?" "It's my turn to make dinner, so I'm going to get groceries" Jay said. I nodded and watched Jay walk down the hall and take the back door out. I would too, if Darreth was pretending to be a crime-fighting penguin. "All right Young learners. That's all for today" Darreth said. The kids left the dojo and I walked out into the main room. "Dest! Good to see you! how is the bounty coming along?" Darreth asked. Nya has been going back to Chen's Island to fix the bounty, Normally it's an argument between Jay and Cole. Today Nya took Zane with her to help fix the bounty. 'It's coming along...How's animal teaching going? No offense" I said. Darreth laughed, then said "I bet you can't beat me in a fight". "Deal" I said putting my pink Ninja hood on. I took a stance, Darreth bent down and roared like a bear. We fought, punching, kicking, biting? "Ow!" I yelled out in pain. A couple of minutes later, I helped Darreth up. "Sorry about that. Here let's go get some ice" I told Darreth. Darreth and I went to the kitchen, which was just a small room with a miniature fridge. Darreth sat down, "Sorry I bit you" He said. "That's alright! It was just a fight. Sorry about your arm and eye" I said handing Darreth an icepack. The back door closed and Nya walked into the kitchen. "Hey guys! Oh my gosh! Darreth what happened?" Nya asked. "Hey Nya, you should've seen it! I took on an army of pirates! Blah blah swords swung this way blah" I looked at Nya. 'No, We fought, he lost" I mouthed. Nya nodded. "And then the pirates were like AH Run from the brown ninja!" Darreth said ending his tall tale. "Wow, um okay...I just need to grab some parts for the bounty. Know where they might be?" Nya asked. "They should be in your room" I told Nya. "Thanks!" Nya said leaving the room. I looked over at Darreth who smiled. "Really? Pirates?" I asked. "I may of changed some parts of the story" Darreth said. "Ok, well, if you keep that icepack on it should be fi" An ear-piercing scream filled the dojo, interrupting my thought. I ran out of the kitchen. "What was that?" Cole said stepping out into the hallway. "Sounded like Nya" Kai said. We ran down the hall and turned the corner into Nya's room. Nya's room doubled as a control room, so a giant monitor took up most of the room. "Oh my..." "Jay!" Cole yelled.

Cole's POV

Destiny was the last one into the room. She looked up at the monitor, her hair instantly turning grey. Lloyd walked over to her and tried to calm her down. Jay's suit was torn and he was bruised and chained to a wall. Kai walked over to Nya, whose hands were clutched into fists. I looked over at Zane who had just walked into the room, a look of terror spread across his face. Someone on the screen spoke. "You will bring me a million dollars, if you want to see him alive". "What did you do!" Nya yelled. Kai held her back. "You will bring me a million dollars before midnight, Unless, that is, you don't care about your brother" "THAT'S IT! NOW YOU'VE DONE IT!" Dest yelled. I looked over at her, she was mad! If I'm not mistaken, the last time, Dest got mad, she levitated and unlocked her power. Dest stormed out of the room. 'Well your doomed" I told the voice. "Bring me a mil" "NO! WE'RE going to FIND him! You'll be in PRISON" Destiny said shaking her fist, her turned red. She left the room. "Kai stay here, to make sure Nya doesn't punch the monitor, don't forget to alert Sensei about this. We'll go after Dest, and Destiny. Then we're going to find Jay" I said. I left the room with Zane and Lloyd behind me. "How did this happen?" Lloyd asked. "No clue" I said. We left the dojo, and saw the girls on main street. We ran to catch up to them. "If I'm not mistaken, Jay should be in a warehouse" Zane said. "How do you know that?" Destiny asked, her hair turning blue. "During the message, I studied the floor, and walls, Both were concrete. The only buildings in Ninjago City with concrete floors and walls are warehouses" Zane said. Well, that limited our options to about 24. "Did anyone see Jay before the message?" I asked. "Yes" Dest said. "Where?" Lloyd asked. "In the dojo before he left..." "Left for what?" Destiny asked. Dest stopped. "He said it was his turn to make dinner, so he was going to get groceries." "There is only 3 grocery stores in Ninjago City, we're currently standing in front of one" Zane said. I looked up to see a grocery store, that was closed. "Jay couldn't have gone here! It's closed!" I said. Destiny walked up to the store. "Funny...For it being closed, there seems to be three people in there" We all walked up and put our heads on the glass doors. Destiny was right, there were three men in the grocery store. "What are they doing?" Lloyd whispered. "It looks like a robbery" Dest whispered. "Well, let's stop them!" I whispered. "NINJAGO!" We burst into the grocery store. "Where did they go?" Zane asked. "Your Heat sensor can't detect them?" Lloyd asked. "It's as if, they weren't here" Zane said. "Come on. We got to find Jay." I said. "Wait" Destiny said. I looked back to where she was pointing. Grocery bags.

Lloyd's POV

Cole stepped towards the grocery bags. "What the?" He asked. "If this place is closed then how did those get there?" Destiny asked. "Jay was here" Cole said. "What? But this place is.." I began. "No look." Cole said. We walked closer to Cole and observed the grocery bags. There was half-a gallon of milk, shredded cheese, and a can of mushrooms. "Was Jay going to cook his famous casserole?" Zane asked. "Casserole, Not famous, but casserole" Destiny said. I looked back at the entrance. The doors were still wide open. "How did Jay get in here? If it's closed?" Dest asked. I walked towards the door and closed them. "Lloyd what are you doing?" Zane asked. I ignored Zane and put my head on the glass. The three men were outside! "Guys look at this!" I yelled. Everyone walked towards the door. "What?" Cole asked. "Put your head on the glass" I said. Everyone put their head on the glass. "There outside?" Destiny asked. "Now open the doors" I said. Cole opened the doors, the men weren't there. "What?" Dest asked. "Wait a second!" Zane said. Zane walked back to the grocery bags. "Jay must've been on his way back. He probably saw the three men that we did! He went in to stop them" Zane said. "That's must likely" Cole said. My cellphone buzzed. "Hello?" "Lloyd! It's Kai we got an address!"
