EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 143

THE SCIENTIFIC PAIRING EXPERIMENT OF THE PHILIPPINES

I, FABIANNE DELA RUSSO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, do hereby order and promulgate the Scientific Pairing Experiment of Amore City, as follows:

TITLE I

GOVERNMENT NOTICE

Chapter 1. Requisiti per esperimenti di accoppiamento scientifica (Requisites)

Article 1. Avviso del Governo is a special warrant of temporary union between a man and a woman entered into in accordance with law for the establishment of a relationship. It is the foundation of an inviolable social institution whose nature, consequences, and incidents are governed by law and not subject to stipulation, except that settlements may fix the property relations during the social experiment within the limits provided by this Code. (60a)

Art. 2. No dates shall be valid, unless these essential requisites are present:

(1) Legal relations of the contracting parties who must be a male and a female bound by the authority notice.

(2) Participants for this experiment must be a natural-born Filipino, residing in the city since birth. (61a)

Art. 3. The formal requisites for informing the participants are:

(1) A female person who is part of the social experiment shall be sixteen (16) years old; A male person who is part of the social experiment shall be eighteen (18) years old.

(2) Government notice from the City Government.

(3) A valid notice from legal officials. (62a)

Art. 4. The absence of any of the essential or formal requisites shall render the notice nessun effetto (no effect). A defect in any of the essential requisites shall not affect the validity of this social experiment but the party or parties responsible for the irregularity shall be civilly, criminally, and administratively liable. (n)

Art. 5. The effect of the avviso del governo will last for a year or so, depending on the current situation of the participants.

Section 1 - L'esperimento di Accoppiamento Scientifica (The Scientific Pairing Experiment)

(Title I, Articles 1890-1891)

"At the age of sixteen years old (16 y/o). A specific member of the family will receive a text message from the government containing the personal information of the arranged person who will be vowed together by law."

Every member of the society shall abide by this law. Whoever wishes to oppugn this article may be inflicted by severe punishment from the authority.
