Shadow's pov

I was currently lying on the floor i  the middle of the camp, the little golden pup was curled beside me. I watch as Asper came in the den, her green eyes starred into my yellow ones, behind her redish brown fur I spotted her mate, Arrow, his blue eyes trailing to the pup. I could faintly see the blonde wolf is outline as they walked in. 'What do you need' I asked. 'We couldn't find Bear' Asper said lowering her head. I stood up and growled.'How hard is it to find one little teenage wolf in the forest' I growled. 'His fur is dark brown, like the color of a birch tree, he blends in' Arrow complained. 'But he has white on his ear tip, paws, tail tip, belly, back, muzzle, and designs all over his face, he cant really blend in that much, go out again' I growled, they nodded and headed out.

Bracken's pov

I watched as Alys walked back into camp, holding a brown and white wolf, he didn't even struggle, he looked happy when he saw me. 'You'r Alpha Bracken right?' I nodded. 'Yes, and you are?'. 'I'm Bear, I was in Dusk's pack until he killed my mother and father, Eclipse and Birch, Shadow has your pup, what's his name, Elti?' I nodded. 'Tansy, we know where Elti is' Tansy ran out of the nursery and stood beside me. 'Please help us get Elti back' Bear nodded. 'That's why i'm here'. 'But Shadows dead' Tansy complained. Bear explained on how he didn't die but simply blacked out. 'Shadow's killing Elti tonight near Slateport, If we leave now we might get there before he does' I nod and call over Alto and Trance and we headed out. By the time we got close, Shadow was sitting on a rock, Elti sat on the rock, shaking with fear, when I got close he noticed me and smiled. 'Daddy? Why are we here' I didn't answer him in time, Shadow beat me to it. 'Elti, son, for the third time, your whole life is a lie, i'm your father, Bracken was just taking care of you for me' Elti crossed his eyes in confusion before falling back words, Shadow caught him. 'Careful' I growled and shadow came down from the rock. 'Did you bring them' he asked. 'No, you'll never get them, no matter what' Shadow looked at Tansy who nodded. Don't get us wrong but which would you do, one pup dies and fore other's life happily with there mother, or no one dies, but you lose your five pups and their mother. Shadow held Elti down with a paw on his head, Elti yelped and struggled but couldn't slip put. 'Are you sure' he asked Tansy, who was close to tears, but she nodded. 'Daddy help!, MOMMY, DADDY' Elti shouted as Shadow bit into him. Elti's blue eyes started to fade and he closed his eyes whispering 'Daddy?' under his breath. We all watched as Elti's body stayed still, Tansy jumped for Shaodw, as well as the rest of the wolves but we where soon chased off by Shadow's hidden pack members, and that night we walked into camp, silent.
