Okay so this is proabaly the last chapter, not sure yet and its also set kinda in the future. Lucy's healed, and natsus got a plan for proposal and stuff. Also thank you so so much for 2k views, that makes me so freaking happy I honestly didn't think it would get many views :D

~Three Years Later~ (side note I can't remember how old I made her so let's say for stories sake that she was 18 and since this is 3 years later she is about 21)

   Natsus pov

I'm so nervous I can barely contain myself. Or mabey that's the excitement but whatever. I'm planning on making Lucy my fiancé . . . well I mean if she says yes. Erza, juvia, levy, and suprisingly even gray are helping me set up this very romantic scene for the end of our date tomorrow. I have lots planned, I hope she says yes!

Lucy's pov

Its been  about three years now since the incedent and were still together. Lissana is no longer an issue and all of my friends are still here with me. Let's just say I'm about as happy as I could possibly be. Now even happier because I'm about to go on a date with natsu tomorrow.

Since we've been together for about three years, almost 4, we don't really go on dates anymore, we just kinda hang out. Which, dont get me wrong , that's completely fine but it is nice to once in a while get all dressed up with your man.

He said he had a few things planned other than just you know a movie or something. A movie is on the list but there's also dinner and then a surprise at the end. Let's just say I'm super excited.

Although this is all great I don't know what to wear so I have levy over (or 'the fashion queen' as she likes to say) to help me.

"No way am I letting you go on this bomb ass date wearing that." She sneered as she commented on my light blue skirt and matching shirt. It wasn't terrible but not date wise either. Definetly not terrible enough for her to try and chuck it out the window, which she did try.

"Okay then what do you suggest? Everything I have he's already seen!" She sighed and started putting all the clothes away. "You know what this means don't you?" She had a very familiar smirk on her face. "Shopping?" I ask. "Shopping!!!"

~short time skip~

We take my car to the mall and eventually stumble into a store with nice outfits. "Hi can I get help for my friend? She's going on a really big date tomorrow and doesn't have anything." Levy asked the lady who greeted us at the door. She smiled gently and nodded, probably having to deal with this a lot.

"What kind of outfit are you looking for? Two piece? Dress? Do you have a possible color scheme?" Levy's eyes lit up at the opportunity to fangirl over clothing and they went straight to work while I awkwardly stood in a corner looking at ugly purses.

A short while later they had decided on a nice dark blue dress that was indetween fancy and casual. ( pic below, ignore random lady and necklace focus on dress lol)

I will admit it was a pretty dress but it isn't that fancy so technically I could have worn what was in my closet but whatever.

After we had decided on what I was wearing, it was now time to stress on hair and makeup. Since clothes shopping took a bit longer than expected we decided to just go ahead and power through everything at once.

She practically dragged me around for the next hour and a half before the date. But eventually, it was finally all finished. Makeup, check. Hair, check. Outfit, check. Everything was a go, the only thing left was to go meet up with natsu.

~time skip~

Natsu had planned the whole date to perfection. Already had movie tickets, already choose the restaurant and had good timing about it too. We saw 'me before you' and went to olive garden which was greatly enjoyed over funny memories we've shared over the years. However all the while, looking quit nervous.

   Natsu POV

I am sweating my balls off. I'm so nervous I might just pass out and die before I get the chance to ask her. I think she may notice but at this point I don't even care, the surprise is where we are headed to next so she shall find out soon enough.

Once we get there I instruct her to put on a blindfold so I can get her there without spoilers. However I forgot that she is clumsy as all hell so I practically carried her instead of leading her like I meant to.

Once we get there I make sure everything is right. Fairy lights hung from the trees with with important photos of our time together clipped on them, rose petals scattered all over the ground, a nice picnic blanket to lay on, and firefly jars. All set.

I remove her blindfold and watch as she takes in the scenery I've made for her (I got help but that's not important right now). The way she lights up at everything makes me want to drop down on one knee on the spot, but I have to wait for the perfect moment.

"Did you . . . do all of this?" She asks still gazeing around. I smile knowing that even if I replied she would be to busy looking instead of listening. "This is all for you and I want to ask you something." She looks at me, finally understanding as I get down on one knee and start talking.

"Lucy, we've been together for nearly four years now and I don't regret a second of it. You've been there for me through all the tough times and I live you so very much for all you've done for me. You are the brightest thing in my life and I want to go the rest of my days with you. Lucy Heartfillia, will you marry me?"

She had tears in her eyes but didn't say anything as she tackled me into a hug and kissed me. I laughed and sat back upright. "Is that a yes?" She nods with tears in her eyes and we just sit there, hugging and whispering l love you's to one another. Unaware that levy, erza, and juvia were recording the whole thing from behind the trees.

Okay so I will no longer be continuing this story, it is finished and I hope that people enjoyed it! I don't think I did very well, I did a lot of filler chapters and there wasn't much build but I will say that it has come further then my previous nalu stories (which are now deleted btw). I'm not very proud of it but some of you seem to like it so thank you :)
