Aphmau didn't like that sound at all. She couldn't go to sleep, so she tossed and turned. She finally gave up and went to check on Laura. When she walked in, Laura was sleeping peacefully. She was silently snoring.

So cute. Aphmau thought.

Aphmau couldn't stand it anymore, so she went to find the source. She walked around the house to find nothing. Suddenly, there was breathing on her neck and arms wrapped around her waist.

She panicked and elbowed the figure behind her. Aphmau turned around to see Laurence on the floor.

"Oh my Irene! I'm soo sorry!" Aphmau said.

"No..it was my fault. I snuck up on you." Laurence got up. "Why are you up at this time of night?" He asked.

"I couldn't sleep, a weird noise is keeping me up." She said sighing. Laurence hugged her and kissed her.

They broke apart and Laurence said, "Come on, Aph. There's nothing to worry about. I won't let anything happen to you."

Aphmau smiled, and kissed him again. "Ok, I'll go back to bed."

And they went back to sleep, but a figure that was hiding in the corner smirked.

"It's about time she went back to sleep." It said.

It went to Laura's bedroom. It looked down at her. She opened her eyes, they were back to their weird colors.

"I guess you do respond to dark auras." It said. "Don't worry I won't hurt you, I just need your power. Zenix will be pleased."

So it grabbed the baby, and hopped out the window.

I was pretty much inactive today, because I was helping plan out a surprise party for my sister. I'll be more active tomorrow, I hope.
