Beautiful Eyes
Travis continuously hit on Scar's back, as Scar only laughed in response.
"Don't move around that much, Mey." Scar said, tightening his hold around the Travis. Scar convinced the smaller boy to come with him and even after Travis' uncountable protests, Scar insisted that he would carry him on his back.
"Mey, we just got out of the car, after three long hours. How come your body is not numb?" Scar said, holding onto his thighs around his waist.
"Ah, we're here."
Scar stopped which was probably the top of the cliff, and he gently put him down on the grassy surface.
Scar told him that they were going somewhere, and no matter how much Travis protested, Scar literally carried him in his arms, saying he would feel better. And after spending three hours in car, they finally reached the place. Travis didn't know where they were. The place was not quite known to everyone and only a handful of people were to be seen on the streets. And up on the cliff, it was just them.
"Like it, Mey?"
Travis couldn't respond as he took in the beauty of his surroundings. The green leaves swayed in the breeze, the evening sky seemed like a canvas—the artist showcasing their magnificent brush strokes over it. Travis turned towards Scar, only to find him smiling back at him.
He wasn't the same Scar Ellman he knew. His eyes wore a look that wouldn't have ever been in the old Scar, he knew. At least, the Scar he knew would've never looked at him the way the Scar in front of him was looking at him now. Instead of the usual hatred and disgust, Travis couldn't decipher the thousand emotions swimming in those blue orbs as they locked with his brown ones.
"Come here." Scar sat down on the grassy and somewhat mossy surface of the cliff, patting the space beside him. Travis obliged, and trotted slowly towards him, carefully sitting down beside him. Scar wrapped an arm around his shoulder, slumping his head on top of his.
Travis pointed towards the sunset, his eyes lighting up at the unearthly show, and Scar chuckled. Sometimes, Travis made him want hold him tight and cuddle him for hours, he was just so cute and small. His small body fit perfectly in his, and it felt good. It felt right.
"Mey?"
Travis looked at him with a questioning gaze.
"I know you were too excited to come here, and didn't sleep on our way here." He rubbed his fingers on his scalp, soothing him. "You can sleep, I'm here." He smiled. He removed his jacket, and wrapped it around Travis.
Travis felt a warm sensation flow through him and he nodded, placing his head over his chest–just like everyday. The caress on his hair by those long and calloused fingers soothed him and Scar's heartbeat pushed him into a peaceful sleep.

Scar blinked a few times and it was already dark. The moon and the stars looked even more beautiful now that Travis was sleeping peacefully by his side.
He heaved a sigh of relief for remembering to inform his mom that he will be out late. They were lying down on the cold grass, and Travis' body was entangled with his. The smaller was literally sleeping like a cocoon his head on chest, and hands clutching his jacket.
Scar turned to face him, carefully placing his head on his arm, and pulled him closer, hugging his body. Travis snapped his eyes open, to find Scar so close to him. Startled, he tried to sit up, but Scar's strong grip on his hips held him in place.
"One more minute, Mey. Let us stay like this for one more minute." And he closed his eyes. Travis didn't know the feeing that was hitting him in waves, but he let his heart take the lead for once. He lifted his hands to cup his face, Scar could see the moonlight and the stars reflected in his eyes. For the first time, he felt that someone could fall in love with someone for their eyes. Yes, maybe it wasn't love for them, it was a bit more complicated, but Travis had beautiful eyes.
"Your eyes are beautiful, Mey." Scar whispered, only for him to hear. Even in the dark, Scar could see the red blush forming on his cheeks, and he was just so tempting—looking at him with his honey-coloured eyes, his hands cupping his cheeks, their bodies dangerously close and their legs entwined with each other.
This time, there was no call from his mom, or his friends to stop him from inching closer. Even more closer to his tempting lips. He needed to confirm his feelings, to know if what he felt was really true. Travis tentatively brushed his lips with Scar's, and that was his green signal. With a groan, he pressed his lips on the smaller boy's, in a tender kiss. One of his hands moved to hold his neck and the other placed on his cheek, as they kissed sweetly, yet lovingly. There was no roughness in Scar's touches, and everywhere he touched, it left a burning desire in his body.
Scar's fingers roamed freely on his back, touching as much as he could, making the smaller shiver in delight. Scar let out a whine when Travis accidentally sucked on his bottom lip.
As if coming back to his senses, Travis tore himself away from the taller boy, standing up so fast that he was falling the next second. And he would've too, if not a pair of strong arms had caught him, and pulled him down on his lap.
"If you don't like it, you can just tell me, Mey." He said, resting his chin on his shoulder. Then he started peppering a trail of sweet kisses on his neck, whispering in his way, "But don't run away."
Travis let out a long breath and let his body relax in his hold. Maybe he could trust him, maybe Scar reciprocated even an ounce of what he felt. Maybe he could let go of his worries, and stay in his arms like this forever. Travis wondered, when he felt Scar's breath near his ears, coming put in soft puffs.
"I....I.....I think....I....li-like you, Mey."
