(Normal Pov) (With Shadow)

Shadow walked through the park with the pink hedgehog herself on his mind. Shadow knew he was crushing on her. Ever since they became friends, Amy showed Shadow affection and ever since then he's liked her. He walked though the park enjoying the sounds of children playing and birds chirping. Sometimes Shadow would think about him and Amy getting married and starting a family. He would always smile at the thought. He sometimes wished that him and Amy would get married and have kids.....

(With Amy)

Amy sat in the same park Shadow was in, enjoying the flowers. She was sitting on a bench under a tree listening to her music. She enjoyed coming to the park because he park would help her clear her mind. She would think of Shadow and her heart would beat twice as fast as a normal heart beat. She closed her eyes humming to her song. A figure walked her way with a smile on its face. The figure taped her shoulder causing Amy to open her eyes. She looked up and couldn't believe what she was seeing....

(With Shadow)

Shadow continued to walk until he seen his park crush. He smiled warmly, but the smile quickly faded when he seen a yellow male hedgehog walking towards Amy. He quickly hid behind the tree Amy was sitting under. He seen the yellow hedgehog tap Amy on her shoulder causing her to open her eyes. He seen her look up with a smile on her face.

"Justin!" Amy shouted jumping into his arms

"Hey Ames how's it going?" Justin questioned as he started swinging her around. He stopped and set her back on her feet

"Good what about yourself?" Amy asked

"Just fine actually. Just getting to know how the town is." Justin replied

"I could show you around if you want." Amy stated as she gathered her stuff.

"I would love that." Justin replied as he grabbed her hand. Amy blushed a dark red and smiled. Her and Justin then bean to walk away hand-in-hand with a smile on there faces. Shadow came from behind the tree with a shocked face. How in the world did that happen so fast? Better yet, where did this guy come from and how does Amy know him? Shadow put his hands in his pockets and sighed. He knew that he probably wouldn't have a chance with her now since this guy came. He walked out of the park and home. As he walked in he was jumped by his sibling. He smiled and hugged them.

"So how was your walk big bro?" Shay questioned

"It was fine." Shadow half-way lied. At first his walk was fine, but when he seen Amy and 'Justin' it just ruined his walk a little.

"Well Tails said that everyone was to be at his house." Sonic said

"Yep, so let's go!" Niesha cheered as she grabbed their chaos emeralds. Her's was red, Shay's was blue, Sonic's was yellow, and Shadow's was green.

"Chaos control!" They shouted. Five seconds later they appeared in front of Tails house. They walked towards the door and knocked three times. Cream opened it with a smile on her face. Over the years, Cram stopped being scared of Shadow. She let them in and closed the door behind them. All five sat down with the rest of the group. Knuckles, Blaze, Rouge, Silver, Tails, Cream, Zackery, and Kj were already here.

"Has anyone seen Amy?" Rouge questioned

"She's probably with that yellow hedgehog." Shadow mumbled

"What was that Shadow?" Rouge asked

"Oh nothing." Shadow replied. Just then a knock came to the door. Cream opened it and Amy and Justin walked in.

"Hey Amy who's your friend?" Cream asked

"This is Justin." Amy replied as Justin just smiled. They sat down and everyone started introducing themselves except Shadow. He didn't say anything. He was a little mad that Justin was here.

"Shadow are you ok?" Amy questioned. Shadow looked up with his normal face. Usually he would smile at Amy, but since Justin was here he didn't feel like smiling. He got up and began to walk towards a dark hallway.

"Where ya going buddy?" Justin questioned. Shadow stopped dead in his track.

"1) I'm not your buddy and 2) None of your damn business." Shadow replied and disappeared into the dark hallway.

"Rude much?" Justin questioned. Silver glared at him, but quickly followed Shadow. Unlike anyone else, Silver was the only one that knew Shadow has a crush on Amy. He continued to walk until he came to a back door leading to the backyard. He walked into the backyard and seen Shadow sitting in a chair with his head in his hands. Silver walked towards Shadow and sat beside him.

"You okay Shadow?" Silver questioned. Concerned filled his voice

"No I'm not okay. The only girl that actually showed me affection is probably with that Justin boy." Shadow replied

"There probably not then together. I think he's just a friend to her." Silver stated

"Your probably right." Shadow replied

"And I think you should tell her how you feel before they do get together." Silver said

"Ok I'll tell her tonight. I overheard her say that she was going to the park." Shadow replied as he and Silver walked back into the house. They came back into the living room just to hear everyone talking to Justin. They sat back down in their spots. Shadow tried hard to block out everything that was going on, but something just caught him off guard.

"So Justin where do you live?" Blaze questioned with a smile

"Well since I just moved here, Ames is letting me live with her until I get a job and can afford my own house." Justin replied. The girls smirked at Amy as she blushed. Shadow seen it and looked at Silver. Silver was looking his way with a sorry look on his face. Shadow just pulled out his chaos emerald and quietly chaos controlled home. Amy seen the green flash and thought of Shadow.

"Hey where did Shadow go?" She questioned. She looked at Silver hoping for an answer. Silver just shrugged his shoulders.

(With Shadow)

Shadow chaos controlled into the woods to burn off some steam. He would punch a tree or he would use a chaos spear. Shadow sat on one of the many big rocks in the woods and put his head in his hands. His heart arched in pain as he thought about Amy and Justin being together. He got up and headed home. Hopefully he would still have one more chance to tell Amy how he felt...

(NightFall) (At The Hedgehog's House)

Sonic, Niesha, and Shay entered the home to see Shadow on the couch with his black blanket. His shoes were on the side of the couch and he was watching the 'Big Bang Theory'. Niesha grabbed the remote and turned off the TV as Shay turned on the lights

"Okay big bro who did it?" Niesha questioned as she sat beside him. Sonic and Shay sat on the couch across from them.

"What do you mean?" Shadow questioned

"Your watching the 'Big Bang Theory' and you cuddled up to your blanket with the lights off." Sonic replied

"I'm fine, I promise." Shadow stated as he got up. He began to put on his shoes and he put on his black and red hoodie

"Where are you going?" Shay questioned

"To the park. I'll be back in a little while." Shadow replied

"Oh yeah and Sonic?" Shadow questioned

"Yes?" Sonic asked

"Its your turn to make dinner. No chili dogs though." Shadow replied and walked out the door. He walked to the park hoping Amy would be here. He made it to the park and his eyes widened. He couldn't believe it! Amy and Justin were kissing under the tree Amy sat under earlier today. A tear slid down the side of his muzzle as he turned away and began to walk off, but not home. He walked into a deep and dark forest not looking back....

(Amy's Pov) (Before Shadow Appeared)

Me and Justin walked through the park enjoying the sounds of the owls and insects. The moon was shining brightly and so was the stars. I continued to think about Shadow. He was acting weird today at Tails house.

"Are you okay Ames?" Justin questioned pulling me from my thoughts

"Yea, I'm fine." I replied with a smile

"Hey Amy can I tell you something?" Justin asked as we stood under the tree I was sitting under earlier today.

"Yes, what is it?" I asked

"Amy Rose, ever since I laid my eyes on you I've felt my heart beat million times a minute. I know its corny, but Amy..." Justin looked into my eyes

"I love you." He finished. I took to steps back confused.

"I'm sorry Justin, but I love somebody else." I admitted. In one swift move his lips were on mine. I stood there eyes opened wide. I looked to my right and saw Shadow standing there with his eyes wide open. He closed his eyes as a single tear slid down the side of his muzzle as he turned away and walked into a deep dark forest. I was furious! My hammer appeared in my hand and I whacked Justin 5 times. Tears slid down my muzzle as I ran home leaving Justins unconscious body laying there.....

(The Next Day) (Normal Pov)

Amy got up the next day to the sound of someone knocking on her door. She ran downstairs to open it just to find Shay, Niesha, and Sonic standing on the other side. Amy let them in and closed to door behind them.

"Have you seen Shadow lately Amy?" Niesha questioned

"Not gonna say good morning first?" Amy thought

"No why?" She questioned

"He left last night and never came back." Shay replied.

"We checked everywhere that he might be, but he wasn't there." Sonic stated. Amy sighed.

"I hope he's okay." She thought to herself.....

(Two Weeks Later)

Two weeks later and Shadow still hasn't returned. Now everyone was becoming worried, except Silver. He was becoming mad! Amy was still acting as clueless as ever! He was there in the park when he seen Justin kiss Amy and Shadow walking off, he just didn't say anything. Everyone was at Tails house talking about the possible places Shadow could be.

"Why did he leave?" Knuckles questioned

"Amy's the reason he left." Silver mumbled

"What was that Silver?" Rouge questioned

"I said Amy's the reason why he left!!" He replied shouting as he stood up. Nobody has ever heard Silver shout because he was such a calm guy.

"How am I the reason he left?" Amy questioned as she stood up too.

"Oh come on Amy your not that clueless!" Silver shouted. Amy looked confused. Silver let out a frustrated sigh

"HE LOVES YOU DAMNIT!! THE DAY HE CAUGHT YOU AND JUSTIN KISSING IN THE PARK WAS THE EXACT DAY THAT HE WAS GONNA TELL YOU HIS FEELINGS!!!" silver shouted at the top of his lungs. Amy's heart started to arch in pain. She clucthed her chest as tears slid down her muzzle. Silver's mad expression changed into a sad one as he pulled Amy into a hug. She cried in his chest as everyone looked worried.

"WHY DOES THIS ONLY HAPPEN TO ME!?!?!" Amy sobbed as Silver hugged her tighter. Soon everyone was hugging Amy trying to confront her...

(One Week Later) (With Shadow)

Shadow walked into him and his sibling's house. He pulled off his shoes and sat on the couch.

"I should have given up on love a long time ago." Shadow stated as images of Amy popped into his head. He hissed in pain as his heart began to arch in pain...

(With The Gang)

"I'm going home guys." Silver said.

"Bye Silver." The gang replied. He slipped on his hoodie and walked out the door. He walked passed Shadow, Niesha, Shay, and Sonic's house seeing that the lights were on. He walked up to the door and knocked three times. Shadow opened the door and Silver smiled

"Glad to see you back Shadow." Silver said as Shadow let him in. Shadow closed the door and looked at Silver.

"So are you gonna tell Amy how you feel about her?" Silver questioned

"Nope." Shadow replied as he sat on the couch

"What!? Why not!?!" Silver questioned

"She's with Justin." Shadow replied

"No she's not! Justin moved back to his home own last week! Plus last week Amy cried over you because she didn't know you loved her!" Silver shouted

"What makes you think I'm gonna tell her how I feel!?!" Shadow questioned

"Because if you lose her you will regret it for the rest of your life!!" Silver replied

"What?" Shadow questioned. Silver sighed

"Listen carefully." Silver replied

It finally hit Shadow! When he replayed the scene in his head he seen didn't see Amy kissing back! Shadow quickly jumped up and ran out the door with Silver following. They ran into Tails house to see Amy sitting on the couch with her head in her hands. Shadow ran over to her and scooped her up into his arms.

"I'm sorry Amy, I'm so sorry." Shadow whispered into Amy's ear. Amy smiled and kissed Shadow passionately. Shadow kissed back just as passionate. The group cheered as Shadow put Amy back down to her feet. As soon as they seperated Niesha, Shay, and Sonic jumped on Shadow causing him to fall.

"If you ever leave again I will find you and kill you!' Shay stated and hugged her big bro. They got up and Amy hugged Shadow tightly

"I love you Shadow." Amy smiled and pecked Shadow on the cheek

"I love you too Amy." Shadow replied with a smile
