I was woken up by Krystle the next morning, it was literally after a while that I had fallen deep asleep, it was because now I was sure that Arnav was okay and he was here with me.

I showered and Krystle offered me a beautiful red dress from her wardrobe, I got dressed quickly and we both headed downstairs.

There were lots of people in the mansion today, so many servants running from one place to the other decorating the entire mansion.

"What's up with the decoration? Is there a wedding or a party?" I asked Krystle.

"Yes, it's your dearest boyfriend's birthday party, you know mom never says it but we all know she loves Arnav more than any of us, every birthday of his she will wake up early and start the preparations and in our birthdays we have to organize out party for ourselves." Krystle giggled.

"It looks like it's going to be huge, a lot of people will come right?"

"Lots, and that's why we both are going for shopping today, we need to look good." She smiled as she pulled me towards the dining table where everyone was waiting for us.

"Good morning love." Arnav winked at me, I blush and wished him and the rest of the family as good morning as I joined them for breakfast.

"Okay everyone hurry up, we have lots of work to do today." Arnav's mom said.

"I'm not doing any work, I'm the birthday boy." Arnav said.

"Don't worry the only work you have to do is to accompany your girlfriend and your sister for shopping, they need to buy clothes to wear in the evening, you can get something for yourself too."

"Thanks mom, that's why you are the best." Arnav smiled at her, he looked at me and winked at me once again, this guy was crazy.

After everyone was done with breakfast, Arnav's dad and Ahaan left for the office, his mom got busy telling the servants what to do and what not to do, Krystle rushed upstairs back to her room to get her phone as Arnav and I waited for her downstairs.

"I can't wait to show you off today at the party and I promise after today everything will be fine, I'm going to meet the guys, I'll hand over the mansion to them and then you won't have to live in fear of anything or anyone, we will get our happily ever after." Arnav said excitedly.

"Are you sure they would agree? I mean without all those belongings of Jiya?" I looked at him nervously.

"Don't worry, I know how to handle that, after we are done with shopping I'll head to meet them."

Krystle came back so we ended the conversation and headed outside, Arnav gave me the keys so I drove them to wherever they were to go for shopping.

After we were done with Shopping, Aaron came to pick Arnav, I dropped Krystle back home then got into my car and drove straight to Ryle's place, I had some unfinished business that I had to get done with.

I had never been to his place exactly, I only knew the Area he lived in, so once I was there, I parked my car in a corner and called him.

"Hey Khushi, what's up?" He asked.

"I'm around your area, there's a café here I have my car parked outside, can you come to meet me?" I asked.

"Right now? I mean how come you are here so suddenly? Anything important?"

"Yes, very... are you coming or not?"

"Okay, give me five minutes I'll be there." He disconnected the call, I stood outside staring at the road as the cars passed by, honestly at this moment I was so angry on him I felt like slapping him.

How could he have done all that he did? And I was so stupid to trust him and in the end he broke my trust.

I was frustrated and angry and what not, he was the first friend I ever made here, and our friendship was beautiful I never thought it was going to be ruined one day that too because of his past deeds.

"Hey!" he called me out as he walked towards me, he stopped next to me and leaned against the car.

I dint even know how to start or what to say to him, I just stood there wondering what to tell him, he had really disappointed me.

"So you are here to ask me about Arnav right? Don't worry I found out, he's safe and he would be back soon." Ryle assured me.

"I'm not here to talk about that, I am here to talk about how you know the guys that had kidnapped me and almost killed me if it weren't for Arnav who reached there on time and saved me.

I am here to talk about how you conspired with the same guy against your own sister and her boyfriends and made the plan to kill them both.

How did you even get the guts to do something like that Ryle? I mean if it was someone else I would maybe think you could do something like that, but with your own sister? Or was it because she was your step sister?

"I never considered Jiya my step sister, I loved her more than anything else." Ryle looked at me angrily.

"Oh yes, you loved her so much that you killed her! You know I feel disgusted, I trusted you, I fought with Arnav because of you just to learn that you were the one who did the wrong thing!" I shouted at him angrily.

"I see you've talked to him, he's the one who told you about all this right?"

"Yes he did, and I'm glad that he told me otherwise I wouldn't have known what kind of a person you really are."

"What you know is half the truth Khushi, I know I once belonged to a gang but I wasn't a terrible person, I wouldn't kill my own sister."

"But as a matter of fact you did, with your own damn car!" I looked at him burning with rage, I wanted to slap him and punch him and what not but I tried my best to remain calm.

"Because I dint know she was in the car, the plan was made and as decided Jiya wasn't going with Arnav, I don't know why she changed her mind last minute and she dint even inform me she was going with him, she always informed me about everything.

I just dint want her to be with Arnav, and I did all I had to, but when I drove towards his car, that's when saw Jiya, but it was too late, my car was on full speed, I tried to stop it but it just crashed.

I've hated myself since then Khushi, I left the gang but I couldn't stop hating Arnav, because if it wasn't because of him, my sister would have been alive today."

"I don't know what you did like about Arnav, honestly Ryle if he's a bad boy right now and he's such a perfect guy for me, I'm sure he must have been more than perfect for Jiya, what reason did you even have then to dislike him?"

"I just dint want him around my sister, we had a girl in our gang, and I had seen what Ahaan had done to her, he had hurt her really bad and I just wanted to keep my sister safe."

"So you punished Arnav and Jiya for something Ahaan did to someone else, you know what Ryle, I am done with you and I'm done with our friendship, it's all over between us." I looked at him angrily, I opened the door to my car but he stopped me.

"Please don't do this Khushi, I know what I did was wrong, and Jiya's loss has made me realize it, you were the first friend I made after so long because I knew I could trust you, please don't end our friendship like this."

"I have no reason to forgive you Ryle."

"You forgave Arnav, you ignore all the terrible things he did as a bad boy then why can't you forgive me?"

"Because unlike you, he hasn't killed anyone."

"I am sorry Khushi, I know I made mistakes, but it was in the past, right now I'm a different person, I'm trying to live my life normally, just be with me and help me do it.

How can I forget that it's because of you that I met Stella, the girl I love and I don't want to lose you, please forgive me for my past mistakes, let's be friends and I promise I won't ever do anything wrong to anyone." He begged me.

"Okay fine I forgive you, but this is the first and the last time."

"Thank you Khushi, thank you so much." He hugged me excitedly.
