After quite a long journey we finally arrived back in Miami and I couldn't explain how great that felt, the feeling of being back home, back to everyone else, mom, Leena and my other friends, I just couldn't wait to see them.

Arnav parked the car outside Raizada mansion as I looked at him in confusion, I thought he was going to drop me home first but instead he brought me here.

"Why are we here Arnav?" I asked him.

"Because before I drop you home, I have to make sure everything is okay and that would take some time so I think you might have to stay the night here until I get everything secured at your place." He looked at me.

"You must be kidding, your parents know we are dating, there's no way I am staying here for the night, what will they think about me?" I looked at him in shock, like how could he even think I was going to stay here? It was impossible!

"They'll think it's just teenage hormones." He giggled as I slapped on his arm.

"Not funny." I made a face at him.

"Come on Khushi, I know my parents, they wouldn't mind plus they like you so much they aren't going to think anything bad about you, they are in fact happy that after Jiya, you are my first ever girlfriend, I never thought I was ever going to fall in love again so don't worry, they'll be happy that you're staying." He assured me.

"Are you sure? I mean it's really going to be awkward plus I wanted to go home, I miss mom."

"You'll meet her tomorrow I promise, but please stay here for today, I have to make sure it's really safe." He got hold of my hand and pressed it between his as he looked me into the eyes assuring me that he was going to take me home tomorrow.

"Okay." I nodded.

"Now that's like my girl, let's go." He pulled me out of the car as we both headed inside the mansion hand in hand.

His family was gathered in the hall, everyone was present except for Arnav, we both walked inside as I kept on feeling nervous, it wasn't this difficult when I was just pretending to be his girlfriend but now I actually was and all this was pretty much scary for me.

"Look who's back." Arnav said as everyone turned to look at the both of us, his mom rushed towards us immediately and pulled him into a hug.

"Where the hell have you been, you dint even call us or anything, you've started your crazy drama again, disappearing for no reason and then you come back like nothing happened." His mom looked at him angrily.

"Dint Ahaan tell you where I was?" Arnav asked.

"He did but I was still worried, you could have called me once at least, I was trying to call you but your phone was always unreachable."

"I am sorry mom, I dint know you would be that worried, I promise next time I'll inform you personally incase I decide to take my girlfriend on a holiday." Arnav giggled.

"Yeah what kind of a holiday when your school hasn't been closed for holidays, when will you concentrate on your studies Arnav?"

I kept on standing beside him looking at him mom and him turn by turn as the continued to argue and honestly it was more scary than before now, I was scared his mom was going to tell me something too, she seemed really angry, completely opposite of what she seemed like when I met her for the first time.

"Relax mom, you're scaring her." Arnav said as he looked at me, I was literally trembling out of fear.

"Oh God! I am so sorry Khushi, don't be scared, this is a usual thing between me and Arnav, he never listens to me but I know it's not your fault he must have been the one to force you for the holiday, he always looks for chances to escape school." His mom calmed down immediately as she looked at me with a smile on her face.

"Khushi don't mind Manasi, she's always over caring when it comes to Arnav." Arnav's dad said as he stood up from where he was and walked towards us.

"Oh come on Rajan, I'm always protective about all my kids and right now you both look terrible, why don't you get a shower or something, I'll cook lunch for you both."

"Sure, plus I had one more thing to ask you, can she stay here tonight?" Arnav pouted as he looked at his mom with the most innocent expressions ever.

"Sure, but she's sleeping in Krystle's room." His mother giggled as she walked away while Krystle jumped up and down in excitement.

"It's going to be the best night ever, I'll tell you all his dirty secrets." She said happily.

"Sure, I can't wait to know." I smiled at her.

"Okay, let's get freshen up first then you girls can start with the gossips later, come Khushi I'll take you upstairs." Arnav got hold of my hand and pulled me along, he stopped on the staircase as he called out his mom.

"Mom, she's sleeping in Krystle's room does that mean I get to take a shower with her?" He giggled and I looked at him in shock, seriously he was the craziest person I'd ever met.

"Arnav stop embarrassing Khushi, Krystle please take Khushi to your room to shower there." His mom shouted from the kitchen.

"Only if she knew that we've already slept together and showered together." Arnav whispered into my ears, I looked at him in shock, why was he this crazy? He winked at me and rushed upstairs and Krystle joined me, she took me to her room and offered me her clothes because I had none.

I walked out of the bathroom dressed in a beautiful baby pink dress that she gave me to wear as I dried my hair with a towel, Krystle was seated on the bed doing something on her phone and when I came out, she stood up and looked at me in awe.

"No wonder Arnav is crazy about you." She smiled at me making me blush, I wasn't really used to compliments.

"Thank you." I smiled as I turned to look at the mirror and honestly the dress looked really perfect on me.

"I'm just hoping he isn't going to say something crazy after he sees you." She giggled.

"Trust me, I hope the same too." I smiled at her, I put the towel aside and combed my hair a bit leaving it open so it could dry completely.

I then turned to look around at the room, although Arnav had showed me around before, I hadn't noticed much, this room was beautiful, it was beautiful decorated and even the interiors were perfect.

"Let's head downstairs, I can smell the food here and I'm feeling hungry already."

I nodded as Krystle and I headed downstairs, Krystle sat down on the sofa next to Ashi who was busy playing with her teddy.

"Hi Ashi." I looked at her with a smile.

"Hi Khushi." She replied without looking at me, she continued playing with her teddy, at times it was hard to predict kids, sometimes they acted like they liked you more than everything else and at times they acted like you dint exist at all.

I headed to the kitchen where Arnav's mom was busy cooking, I walked inside and stood beside her.

"Do you need any help?" I asked.

"Not really, I'm almost done, you can sit with the girls in the hall meanwhile." She smiled at me.

"No it's okay, I'll stay here and give you company." I said as I jumped on the counter and sat there as I looked at her while she cooked.

"You know I am so glad that Arnav found you, I haven't seen my son this happy in such a long time, I'm just glad he stopped bringing random girls home trying to prove to us that they were his girlfriends only so we could be happy thinking he was happy.

You know Khushi, my son's crazy at times but I promise you he's going to be the most amazing boyfriend ever, I know because I saw him with Jia, I saw how well he treated her and how much he loved her, and I've seen the same kind of love in his eyes for you.

I know you won't but please never break my son's heart, he's a bit short tempered, at times he does things he isn't supposed to but when he realizes it, he'll apologize immediately, so just bear with him and stay with him always."

"I won't ever leave him." I assured her, I dint know much to say, she was getting emotional and that made me realize how terrible it might have been for Arnav after he lost Jia, his mom had seen him in that state and that's why she was worried.

"Sorry, look at me I got emotional." She giggled.

"It's okay, I know you love him a lot." I smiled at her.

"So mom, what talks are you having with my girlfriend, I hope you aren't scaring her again?" Arnav asked as he joined us in the kitchen.

"Yeah I am so scared I am thinking of running away right now and never coming back." I giggled."Dare you do that" He looked at me seriously.

"Oh so this is the serious Arnav Raizada huh, not bad. What will you do if I run away?" I asked him.

"He would do nothing, he would just sit here and cry like a baby." His mom giggled.

"Mom how about I take her away from you for a moment to show her what I'll do if she runs away?" Arnav asked as he looked at me and then winked.

"I am not going anywhere with you." I said.

"Yes, show her whatever you want to, right here." His moms giggled as we both hi fived at the look Arnav was giving the both of us.

"Okay then don't blame me for this later." He said as he started walking closer to me and with each step he took closer, I felt more and more nervous, what was this bad boy going to do?

"I would get hold of your hand and stop you from going, I would then pull you back as you crush on my chest, the next moment I'll push you to the wall and..." He dint say anything further, instead he pushed me to the wall and kissed me, I was left with my eyes wide open, when I said Arnav was crazy I was wrong, he was insane!

He kissed me in front of his mom just to prove a point, damn you Arnav Raizada!

"This will remind you what a great kisser I am and stop you from running away." He winked at me as he broke the kiss, my eyes turned immediately towards his mother who was pretending to be busy cooking but I could see her smiling, she as just genuinely so happy for her son.

This was so awkward yet so beautiful plus it was even good that his parents were this open minded that Arnav could even joke like this with them, he had the best family ever!
