Chapter 16- Nope

Nope, nope, nope. This was a absolutely, terrible idea. Currently, I am soaked through my ghostly skin, to the bone. Hazel is yelling playfully at Leo who just splashed me with an unbelievable amount of water from his cannonball. Calypso started yelling at him to knock it off, but no. No, he literally splashed me before running back to the sandy border where his girlfriend is smiling.

"Valdez!" I screeched.

"He's coming! He's coming! Beware of the ghostly son of Hades!" He yelled playfully. Nope, how is this even happening?

Suddenly a yell emerged from the ship, "What'd Leo do this time?" Which cracked us up, well, I chuckled a little.

Hazel swam up next to me with a cherishing grin.

"I'm surprised you didn't just stay up at the shore!" She said. I smiled, thinking on how I intended to, but she had beckoned me in the cooling water when the bottom of his feet burned on the sand.

"Yeah, me too." A smile appeared on my ghostly lips and she hugged me.

"I think this vacation is doing us all a little good. Right, Frank?" The big guy smiled from the towel he's sitting at on the shore and nodded. I looked over to see Leo and Calypso had abandoned their picnic table that was set up soon after we landed here.

"Hey!" Hazel pointed out as she followed my gaze, "Where do you think they went?" I shrugged and Frank creased his forehead. What's the big deal?

After a bit, we went inside, when the sky got slightly darker. Finally, as a group when we get inside the mess hall to eat, we see Annabeth and Calypso talking quietly, obviously in a serious discussion. Nope. Not going to be part of this.

Short chapter, long waiting time. Oops. FORGIVE ME AND MY PROCRASTINATION/ SCHOOL LIFE!
