I'm going to be specific however and  do, if they were judges on the voice.

Mick
The coach who everyone wants. When most people go on the show they're trying to get Mick to turn around.

Keith
The coach that 99.9% of the time has no idea what he's doing, but his team always ends up winning the trophy anyway.

Brian
The coach that is the easiest to get to turn around. He can see the good in everyone therefore he tries to get most people on his team because he wants a range of creativity.

Charlie
The coach that always compliments the performer and gives great advice.

Bill
The coach that usually doesn't say much and usually isn't a first choice for contestants.
