"What's your problem, it's not right to hear others conversations." She said angrily.

"Hey, don't you say that to her. What can she do, I mean, you are talking with me in auto, and telling her not to listen." He replied instead of me.

"Whatever. Uncle stop here, I would get down here." That girl said and got down.

"Thank you." I told that guy, when she left.

"It's okay. I know she is really a headache. Well, I am Rahul Mehra. And you ?" He asked.

"Ruhi Singhania." I told him.

"So who are you paired with ?" He asked.

"Prachi." I told him.

"Lucky you. She is really nice girl. And also works on partner projects. You should be happy that you are not paired with Tanya." He said.

"Who is Tanya ?" I asked.

"That girl." He said, "The same which was with us in this auto."

"Ohh." I said, and then none of us said anything.

I was actually surprised that it was so easy for me to talk with him. And I think that what he said about Prachi was true, she really seemed to be a nice person, but I was not ready to have a friend yet, or I guess I am.

God help me ! I am confused, Dhruv always said that I should have friends, and actually, it's been a while that I had any friends.

I guess, I should actually try opening up. Not all people can be the same. Those people who were in my life in the past, should not have influence on  my present life.

Okay, so it's decided now, I am gonna make friends, starting with Prachi. I mean, maybe, I will only have Prachi as a friend, who knows !

It's about time, Prachi will be here anytime now. I completed my work, and did my homework, so after doing the assignment part today, I will be free. Just as I was thinking about what else is remaining to be done, I heard the bell.

"Coming." I said.

"Heya, how are you ? Ohh sorry, you don't speak." Prachi said just as I opened the door, smirking.

"I am fine. And welcome." I said giving her a smile.

"Ohh, so you can smile. That's great. And you have a nice smile. You should smile often." She said and entered the hall.

"Wow, you have really beautiful house, or should I say bungalow, and also very clean, I must say. Your parents sure must be rich. By the way, where are uncle and aunty ?" She asked, and I felt sad immediately.

"Actually, they ... ummm.. they.. are... dead." I told her and immediately there was water in my eyes.

"What, Oh, Ruhi, I am so sorry. I had no idea. Hey, brighten up girl. Don't cry." She said as she hugged me.

"They died when I was one year old, I don't even remember them." I said, still crying.

"Hey, sweetie, it's okay. Don't cry. I am feeling so bad that I washed up that beautiful smile of yours off your face. Okay, so now I should give you my million dollar smile. But wait, isn't that impossible. Wait we can do surgery, but it will hurt." She said, now acting as if she is thinking very seriously, and I couldn't help myself but laugh.

"Wow, now there's that beautiful smile back on your face. So as a celebration let's start with Reproduction." She said loudly.

And I couldn't stop myself from laughing with what came to my mind as she said that. I was laughing so hard that my stomach was started to pain.

"Shit ! I didn't mean it that way. You have a very corrupt mind. And here I thought that you are like those cute and innocent girls. I didn't mean that we start reproduction, I meant let's start with studying reproduction , as we have to give Mr. Roy, our Reproduction assignment, in a week." She said.

"God ! How many times did I use the word Reproduction  ! And anyways, think about it, we two can't reproduce together, not even if we wish too." She said grinning.

"Okay, now stop, my stomach is hurting like hell. I can't laugh anymore." I said holding my stomach.

"Okay, fine. So let's start with our work now." She said and I nodded.

"Let's go to my room." I told her.

"Lead the way." She said, and then I took her to my room.

Then we started with our assignment. I don't know how, but being with Prachi really felt good. I didn't feel awkward with her, as I used to feel with others.

After studying for about one hour, the door bell rang, and I excused myself.

"I will get the door. It must be my brother." I told her.

"What, you have a brother, and you have not told me yet." She said, actually shouted.

"What's there to tell ?" I asked confused.

"Forget it, go and open the door. I will come with you, I want to see him." She said and followed me.

"Hello Ru, why did you take so much time to open the door ?" Dhruv asked when I opened the door.

"Nothing, talking with a classmate. She is here." I told him.

"What !? You brought one of your friends in our house ! Well forget that, you finally have a friend ?" He exclaimed.

"Shut up Bhai (brother). And she is a classmate, friend and classmate are two different concept. Okay." I told him.

"Hmmm. But even you having a classmate is a big thing." He said.

"And she is here to do our assignment. Nothing else." I told him.

"Wow." We heard someone say, while me and Dhruv were talking. We turned and saw Prachi staring at Dhruv.

When Dhruv noticed that Prachi was staring at him, he looked at me.

"Ummm, Prachi, this is my brother Dhruv. And Dhruv, this is Prachi." I introduced them.

"Hi, nice to meet you." Dhruv said to Prachi and took his hand forward for a shake.

"Hi." Prachi replied and they shook hands.

"Okay, ummm, Prachi you go upstairs, I will join you in a bit." I told Prachi.
And Prachi went upstairs.

As she was out of ear shot, Dhruv asked, "What was all that about ?"

"Well, I can't blame her for that, it's not my fault that I have such a handsome brother." I said grinning.

"Ohh, is that so." He said tickling me.

"Okay, stop I am sorry. I won't tease you again." I said between my laughs.

"That's like a good girl." He said smiling.

"So how was your day Bhai ?" I asked him.

"Nothing different, the same boring life. Sometimes I feel that I should just quit this work. But then I can't do anything. It's our parents company after all. And me being the owner, I have to work." He said.

"Why don't you do something you want instead of doing family business ?" I asked him.

"I actually love working there, but sometimes I just get bored. It's not like I am working against my will." He said, smiling.

"Hmmm."

"Okay, enough about me. From how long are you two studying ? And did you offer her anything ?" Dhruv asked.

"From some one hour. And no, I haven't. I forgot." I told him.

"God Ru, well I can't blame you. It's been a long time since you brought any friends home." He said, in a sad tone.

"It's okay Bhai, can you bring us something to eat. I will go upstairs." I asked him.

"Yeah, sure. In 15 minutes, your order will be delivered, Madam." He joked.

"It better be." I told him, and after giving him a kiss, as he said it to be his advance payment, I went upstairs.

"Ruhi, you have such hot brother, and you forgot to tell me about him. Like seriously ?" Prachi exclaimed.

"Sorry, but now can we start with our work." I told her and began my work.

"So is this diagram of male reproductive system okay ?" I asked her. We decided that I will deal with male reproductive system, and she with female.

"No, the penis is too short. Increase it's length, it will look better that way." She said, and we heard someone cough behind us.

And there was my brother, standing behind us with our snacks, and the look on his face told her clearly his awkwardness.

And when I turned and saw Prachi, I couldn't help myself but laugh. They both were totally red.

"Shit." Was all Prachi said as Dhruv went away immediately after placing our snacks, not saying a word.
