Kori:

Dick: Morning babe. Busy?

Kori: Dick... (standing up)

Kori: You're back! (Ran towards Dick and hugged him) (sigh in happiness) I missed you... I thought you were under medications too...

Dick: (hugging back) Missed you too Kori.

Kori: (releasing the hug) is everything alright?

Dick: Yeah everything's fine.. Uh, just wondering, is Damian, around here?

Kori: He isn't. According to Raven, he's at the Metropolis Hospital, checking up on Jonathan.

Dick: (sighed in relieved) thank God..

Kori: Why?

Dick: Just concern, that's all.... He came back to the Manor last night, bleeding like crap and pretty broken up about Jon in the hospital. After Al and I took care of his wounds, he went out without mentioning where he was going. So I got worried, thinking he's going to do something reckless... thankfully, he didn't.

Kori: yes, thankfully.

Dick: Speaking of Raven, (looking behind Kori) what's going on with her?

Kori: (head turned around to see Raven floating at a corner) I'm not sure... She's been like this for nearly 3 hours now. I don't think she's meditating tho... because if she is, it's usually not this long...

Dick: (looking at Raven) Hmm... Don't worry about it. I'm sure she's alright. (Turned back to face Kori) what about Jaime and Gar? How are they doing?

Kori: They're at the Ever Lasting Arcade down town with Bart, Tim, Cassie and Donna.

Dick: You didn't join them?

Kori: No... I'm not really in the mood for an adrenaline rush. Besides, I couldn't leave Raven alone so, I figured I'd do some training... at the same time, keeping her company.

Dick: (took Kori's hand, squeezing it) hey.. Zatanna told me about how disappointed you were with yourself that you had a hard time taking down the Enchantress.

Kori:

Dick: You did your best, Kori.

Kori: (sigh) Apparently it wasn't enough.

Dick: Kori, nobody wins every time. You've distracted that witch long enough for Raven and Zatanna to trap her. Heck, you even saved June from the Enchantress... I'm proud of you.. and I think you should be too. (Cupping her left cheeks)

Kori: Thanks Dick... I really needed to hear that. (Hugging Dick) so, (releasing the hug) shall we go visit Jonathan? Maybe he's already woken up...

Raven at the corner:

Dick: Sure.. we--

Raven: No. Jon's not awake yet and Damian's with him now. And it would be best, if we give Damian some time of his own. (Walking towards Kori and Dick) During the conversation I had with him last night, I sensed that he really needed some time alone to slowly mend himself up... so let's not disturb him yet.

Dick: Raven... you're back. What were you doing?

Raven: Traveling...

Dick: Huh?

Raven: It's a power thing, you won't get it..

Dick: Okay then....

Kori: (sigh) alright, since now isn't a good time to see Jon, what shall we do?

Dick: Why don't we start by having some breakfast.. I could do my famous pancakes with honey and whipped cream.

Raven: Sure. I'm starving..

Kori: Yes please.. that sounds good. Oh, while you're preparing the pancakes, I'll make us coffee.

Dick: (put the staff away and heading out of the training room) don't forget to add cinnamon.

Kori and Rave: (followed Dick from behind)

Leaving the Titans Tower...

Metropolis, Ace O Clubs
10:57a.m.

Clark: (holding the menu and looking through it) Maybe I'll have the turkey sandwich today. I mean, it's been a while (lowering the menu to look at Lois) and....

Lois:

Clark: (putting the menu down) Lois, you've gotta eat something. You've already skipped yesterday's dinner... don't tell me you're gonna skip lunch too....

Lois: Maybe... maybe I'll skip dinner as well....

Clark: (hand on Lois's)

Clark: (sigh in sadness) I miss him too.. very, very much. But you gotta know, our little hero is going to be fine... the doctors said so. We just need to give him some time.

Lois: I hope they're right... because I don't know how my life's gonna be if I'll never get to hug my Jonny again.

Lois: Oh... I'm sorry, I didn't mean that you weren't important-

Clark: (chuckling) Don't worry, I know what you meant. Now please, eat something... we only have 30 minutes left before our break is over..

Lois: (picking up the menu)

Lois: (sigh) fine... I'll take an apple... (closed the menu)

Clark:

Clark: A solid meal please... not dessert.

Lois: Hey you said eat "something" right?? so I would assume something, means anything. So an apple will do.

Clark:

Lois: (sigh in annoyance) alright alright.... I'll have a tuna sandwich, hold the mayo... you happy now??

Clark: (smiling) yeah.

Clark: (turned around and waved to the waiter) waiter...
