Dr. Harvey and his nurse, Martha Ackenstone, had been volunteering at a few of the Red Cross hospitals set up to help victims of Hurricane Harvey. Dr. Harvey's real name was Dr. Richard Comte PHD, a professional doctor from Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, the number one ranked hospital in the country by U.S. News Best Hospital honor roll several years in a row. He had become known throughout the makeshift hospitals as Dr. Harvey for his dedication to saving as many people as possible; even those that others had deemed as hopeless cases.
