(16 year old lira)
I'm going to be fine. I'm going to be fine. I Chanted to my self.
"Lira? Are you alright?"
I popped out of my thoughts and looked up at hiccup flying above me.
"Uh, oh yeah."
I smiled,  "hey hiccup?"
"Yes."
I stuck my arms in the air and felt toothless grab my arms and lift me off of Highflyer. It stretched my arms to dangle.
"Hiccup, get me up there!"
I felt the arms of a Viking pull me up. I grabbed the saddle and slid the rest of the way up. I wrapped my arms around him, "you ready?"
"Yeah," I responded. We found a large sea stack and hiccup signaled me. I jumped of and landed on the rock, running at top speed trying to keep up with toothless. I was just barely behind him. He was not going at full speed, of course.  I got to the end of the sea stack I stopped slightly afraid. I had almost died last time. I did it. I jumped, well actually flipped of the sea stack and manages to get myself falling strait again I could hear hiccup cheering but my stunt wasn't done yet. I whistled for High and she came at full speed and caught me on her back. I stood on my knees and pumped my fists. Hiccup came down to congratulate me. I landed and ran to him stopping short a few foot steps away.
"Nice job lira," he put his fists on his hips. I ran to him hugging him tightly, not killing him though. He hugged back, "you we're amazing."
I reasted my chin on his chest and looked at him.
"you think I can do two flips?" I Asked excitedly.
"Okay okay calm down. Not today."
"RRRRR why not?"
"Cause you have only done it right once, you almost died last time."
"You caught me."
He chuckled, "I'll always be there to catch you." He kissed my nose. I scrunched it up and closed my eyes.

Two days later...
I walked to the cove to go swimming and found hicup there.
I slid down the rocks.
"Hey hiccup!" I called so I didn't scare him. 
He popped up.  His hair was dark and hung in front of his face. I giggled and kneeled by the edge of the water. He walked over to me. I moved the hair out of his face so he could see. He smiled wide with closed eyes and grabbed my wrist.
"Hiccup? Hiccup no!" I was too late.
"You came here to swim right?"
"Yeah, after I changed!" I said pulling off my now soaking wet clothing and throwing them as far as possible. We swam for awhile. Doing flips and hand stands. I got tired unlike hiccup who had unlimited energy and lay in the grass drying off. I heard water splashing and looked up to see hiccup walking over to me I lay back down and closed my eyes. I felt him lay next to me.
"So lira, remember that time we climbed that mountain and almost died."
"Yeah, or that time I decided I wanted to stand on top of a scouldren."
"Stand on top of a what! I don't remember that," he said sitting up and looking at me.
"Oops, was that the one I wasn't supposed too tell you about, damb."
"Lira why would you do that! You could have died!"
"I almost die every time I try a new stunt. But I'm always fine because your there."
"I wasn't there to save you when you rode a scouldren!"
"Well yea! You would have said no!"
"Duh! I don't want you to die, nor to I want to extract poison out of you, or worse make you a matching one of those," he said pointing at his metal leg sitting on a rock. I laughed, "but I didn't, nor am I missing and lims!" He grabbed me and pulled me in to his lap ruffling my short hair.
"not yet!" He said.
"I got it,"I paused, "can I go try to do three flips off the sea stack!"
"I thought you only wanted to do two!"
"My ambitions changed."
"Alright, let's go."
