Zane: well their mothers are maternal sisters because Suki's Mother aka Blossom's grandmother couldn't carry Suki and asked Susan's Mother aka Macy's Grandmother Cassie Williams to help after Cassie found out she was carrying Suki Susan and Mia then after when Suki and Susan had Blossom and Macy they have the same DNA because they have the same Grandparents this makes them cousins
