(Haru Pov)

I hugged Akashi's dead body and cried out loud.

It felt so wrong that he had to die just because I was weak.

"AKASHI! I'M SO SORRY!" I cried.

I heard some Kakushis running towards us.

Akashi's crow flew away, crying.

(Third person Pov)

Akashi's crow flew to all the Hashiras while crying in sadness.

First was Mitsuri.

She was confused why Akashi's crow came here alone.

But when the crow told her the news...

She held her mouth with her right hand and fell on the ground. Tears came out of her eyes.

Next was Rengoku.

When he heard the news...

He was sad and was disappointed in himself...

Next: Uzui

He heard the news... And was angry at the demons...

Next: Shinobu

Shinobu was walking in town with Kanao.

When she heard the news, she was sad and her smile disappeared straight away. Kanao seemed kind of shocked.

Muichiro wasn't too bothered.

Giyuu didn't seem that sad.

Obanai... Was more worried about Mitsuri-

Sanemi was also worried about Haru. He knew that Akashi was very important to Haru. But he was also mad at the demons.

Gyomei was with Genya.

He said his usual praying sentence (Sorry I don't know how to write that😥) while breaking into tears of sadness.

Ikashi was really sad and broke into tears. He promised himself that he would do his best to eliminate demons.

And lastly, Kagaya, the master.

"So he saved Haru and helped her defeat lower rank three?" Kagaya gently muttered.

" That's nice. But it is indeed sad that he had to die at such a young age." Kagaya said.

His wife, Amane looked at him worried? I think so?

"He saved a life by sacrificing his. Let's follow Akashi's footsteps." He said, gently as ever.

When Haru came back, she looked duller than she ever has been before. Akashi's death was a really sudden suprise...

"Haru!" Ikashi yelled as he hugged Haru, warmly.

"It's f- fine.. He's i- in a b- better place n- now..!" Ikashi mumbled as he cried more intensely.

A drop of tears appeared on Haru's eyes. She was trying to calm herself down, but she was too... Sad...

Sanemi ran up to them and hugged Haru.

"Don't cry, idiot. He's fine now and is feeling better than ever." He tried to make her feel better.

Haru hugged them both as her eyes twitched.

After that, all she saw was black.

She fell unconscious...

Luckily, Sanemi catched her with the help of Ikashi and carried her on his back to the Butterfly Mansion.

"Oi! Kocho! Haru needs help!" Sanemi yelled.

But Aoi was the one who came out.

"Sorry to inform you but Kocho sama has already left the Mansion." Aoi explained.

" That doesn't fucking matter! Now help her!" Sanemi shouted.

Aoi looked at Haru and got shocked. She quickly nodded and led them to one of the free rooms.

She quickly called the three butterfly girls and asked for bandages and medicine which they did.

Aoi treated Haru's wounds as quickly as she could possibly could. Everyone here was really worried.

"Haru..." Ikashi mumbled.

Ikashi held Haru's hand as Sanemi grabbed her other one. They both looked really sad and disappointed in themselves.

"It seems like she was burned and scratched really badly. She was suffering from blood loss and her injuries." Aoi explained.

They all looked really, really worried.

Let's look at Haru's perspective, shall we?

(Haru Pov)

' Huh..? Where am I..?' I wondered.

' I don't feel pain.. at all... Am I dead..?' I panicked a bit.

"No, you're not..." A voice said.

"Huh?" I muttered.

" You're safe here... Haru chan.." I looked forward to see...

" Akashi???" I yelled.

He nodded with a gentle smile.

"So that means I am dead! But why did you say I'm not..?" I asked, confused.

" This is the gate between earth, heaven and hell." Akashi gently explained.

" So I can join you, right?" I asked, excited.

" I mean you can, but you can't." Akashi explained.

"??? What..?" I was so confused.

"You just need defeat Muzan Kibutsuji for me and the people..." Akashi explained gently as ever.

" I just realized... You're looking different..." I muttered.

" Yes... Because I'm an angel... At least, that's what god said." Akashi muttered as got into some kind of praying pose.

"... That means you want me to be a human again, right?" I mumbled.

" Yes, Haru chan. Being an angel is great, but I miss the time when I was a human already." Akashi said.

" I want to spent time together with everyone on earth right now..." Akashi muttered with a sad smile.

" And I want you to live your life until your time has come..." Akashi said his final words, before waving goodbye.

I was sad but nodded and went back to my body.

"Mhm..." I mumbled as I tried to open my eyes.

I felt horrible pain.

"Huh? Haru san!" Aoi was next to the be I was on, doing something with medicines and bandages.

"Hi Aoi san..." I muttered.

"Guys! Haru's awake!" Aoi yelled.

After a bit, I heard loud footsteps in the hallway into the room.

"Haru!" Ikashi screamed as he jumped on top of me.

But luckily, Brother came in and snatched Ikashi away.

"YOU IDIOT! YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED YO FUCKING JUMP ON AN INJURED PERSON!" Brother scolded.

" WAH! SORRY HARU!!" Ikashi shouted.

"..."

I stared at Ikashi in disappointment.

"Anyways, I'm... Glad that you're ok..." Brother mumbled.

"..."

I would have loved to say something back, but I didn't have much energy to be honest.

"HEY! AT LEAST HAVE A DIFFERENT EXPRESSION THAN YOUR DULL FACE!" Brother screamed in extreme anger.

' Dull?' I wondered.

"M... Mi..." I mumbled.

"Hmm?" Aoi and Ikashi hummed at the same time.

"Mir... Mirr..." I muttered.

They all looked at me confused.

"Ugh..." I mumbled.

"Mirro- Mir..."  I said, exhausted.

"Oh, you want this Mirror?" Aoi showed me a mirror. I nodded.

" Here." She said while giving me the mirror.

" Thanks...." I muttered as I looked into the mirror...

"!" 

My face looked really.. dull and emotionless.

"What the fuck..?" I said, sounding not energetic at all.

"You're face is completely emotionless... But you seem to have a lot of emotions!" Aoi said.

" Yeah! You're like- One of the most emotional people I've ever seen in my life!" Ikashi yelled.

" Sorry." Ikashi quickly apologized.

"Oh no! What do I do! People are gonna think that I'm emotionless!!" I freaked out despite my face still looking dull.

".... Her body and her soul is really different..." Brother commented. "Yeah, no doubt." Ikashi responded.

"Pipe it down Haru! There are still some patients here! This's a hospital!" Aoi tried explaining it to me, but I didn't listen.

"AHH!! WHAT AM I GONNA DO??" I screamed through the whole room.

Brother had to smack my head with his tough fist.

"Ow!!!" I screamed louder.

"Haru Shinazugawa. You're going to shut the fuck up, and come with us to our estate." Brother ordered, intimidatingly.

I nodded.

"God, she's acting so different than before!" Ikashi commented. Aoi just nodded quietly.

(At the Wind estate)

"Haru, aren't you sad about Akash-" Brother slammed his hand over Ikashi's mouth, making him almost fall.

"No, it's ok. I met him in my sleep." I said.

"... What?" Brother asked, confused.

"I saw him in my dream when I passed out! He said I had to defeat Muzan Kibutsuji!" I yelled.

"... Ok..?" Brother mumbled, quietly.

He stared at me like: ' What's wrong with this girl?' kind of expression.

"Well that's a great destiny. Did you ask him what my destiny is?" Ikashi asked, very excited.

" No, but maybe Akashi will be nice enough to appear in your dream." I responded.

" Oh come on!" Ikashi yelled, disappointed.

I giggled loudly.

"You and me! We'll have a duel! Let's fight!!" Ikashi screamed. "Oi! She's injured, you know that??" Brother yelled.

" Yeah! That's why I'm asking her to a duel now!" Ikashi explained. Brother and I giggled loudly as Ikashi fumed in anger.
