(Haru Pov)

"CAW, CAW!! MISSION AT THE PATONICA VILLAGE!! CAW! YOUNG MEN HAS GONE MISSING!! CAW!! SOUTH EAST!!!" My crow yelled.

" Okay, I get it." I said.

I put my Haori on and my sword in my sheath. I did a full ponytail because I was too lazy to do a half-Ponytail.

I told my brothers and I ran off to my mission.

(After an hour)

I was walking to the Patonica village until my stomach growled. "Oh come on! Really now?" I muttered.

I looked forward to see a food stand with a man sleeping in it. ' I guess that's the owner.' I thought.

I walked up to the man.

He looked quite young. About 20 to 30. He had dark brown hair with red tips. He looked quite.. mature?

He was still sleeping though, so...?

"Ehm.. Excuse me sir?" I muttered. The guy woke up.

" Ah! Hello dear costumer! Judging by your clothes, you must be a demon slayer, right?" The dude said.

" O- Oh, yeah. How did you know that?" I asked. " Oh, I've seen a lot of demon slayers passing by!" He explained.

" I'm Kodoki Azuki, and who might you be?" Kodoki asked. " Haru. Haru Shinazugawa." I answered.

"That's a cool name!" He commented

"What do you have here?" I asked. "I have many things! Mochi, sushi, Ohagi, Katsudon and more!" He said.

" Erm, then I'll take three Mochi's and four Ohagi's, please." I said. "Alright!" Todoki responded.

After a minute, he got the food.

"It'll be 100 yen please (Idk how much a yen is, so please just pretend, thank you)." He said. "Ok." I replied.

I looked into my pockets.

"Here you go." I said as I gave him 100 yen.

" Thank you very much! Come again!" Todoki yelled as he waved me a goodbye. I waved back at him and continued looking for the village.

(This is just a side story)

After a few hours, I finally found the Patonica village. I was eating my last piece of Mochi.

"Ugh. That was so exhausting." I complained. I looked around the village, and it looked horrible. 

There were people laying on the streets with their bones showing. They probably haven't eaten for days.

There were flys flying around. I didn't see any food or water.

"This place... Is just..." I mumbled.

I looked at the people there. The children, the women.

But I didn't see any men.

"Mama, there's someone coming." I heard a boy whisper. I stopped walking and listened to their conversation.

"Don't think about it too much. We don't have much anyway." The mother said.

' Geeze. Do they think that I'm a robber or something?' I thought. I approached the two.

"Good day, ma'am." I greeted. They stayed silent. 

" I'm not a criminal, you know." I explained.

...

"Hello? Are you just gonna ignore me??" I waved my hands at them. They simply hugged each other and stared at me.

"Why are you guys staring at me like I'm a demon or something??" I exploded in mind.

...

"Really?"

...

They stayed silent.

"I've been sent in a mission to save this village, but all I get is some stares and ignorance." I complained.

"Just what the fuck is this mission??" I sweared, not caring about the fact that the mother and her son were still there.

"Y- You've been sent here, to help us?" The mother asked. "Yeah, ofcourse! Did you think I was a zombie?" I responded.

" Than please, help us!" The mother begged. " There's this creature here! It forces all women to make children!" She yelled.

" Woah, woah. Calm down!" I said. She took a deep breath and looked me in my eyes.

"This monster forces us women to make male children and it was them when they're 15!" She explained.

" That's terrible!" I commented. They both nodded.

"Don't worry! I'll find this "Monster" and you all will be safe!" I said, posing proudly.

" Thank you so much!" She said. "It's nothing. It's my job anyway." I responded.

I went investigating deeper and deeper. And it seemed like this demon is in the cave near the village.

I ran to the cave.

"Woah. Last time I've been here, there were no caves!" I commented. I took a deep breath and walked into the cave.

"Ahhh.. I sense.. a young girl.. probably 12 - 15.. right?" Something talked.

" What the fuck? Who and where are you??" I asked. " You're not worthy of my name." It said.

"I see you've come here to be eaten by me.. but sadly, I don't devour tiny girls like you. You produce my food." It explained.

" That's rude." I commented. " I don't care. Now go back before I kill you." There demon threatened.

"Oh No! I'm SoOoOoO sCaReD!" I said, sadistically. "I'm not afraid of you, asshole." I said.

" You're gonna regret that!" It yelled as fire blasts came from the cave.

I dodged them, a little easily.

"You're not as weak as I thought. But you'll die eventually." It commented. I rolled my eyes.

" Oi. My name's Idachi." Idachi said. " And I go by he/him pronouns." He explained.

"Say that to someone who cares." I said.

" Grr... shut up." He ordered before he sent ice spikes at me.

"Sunlight breathing, tenth form, crazy cutting flame." I muttered as I sliced those ice sickles.

"Oh? Sunlight breathing, heh? I haven't heard of that before." He commented.

" Yeah? Well I don't give a fuck." I said.

He got furious and sent giant boulders at me which I managed to barely dodge.

"You're not as weak as the other ones I've fought." I commented. "I know." He responded.

He sent a giant wave at me.

I gasped dramatically.

Sunlight breathing, sixth form, glowing bright sun." I muttered as I protected myself with my spinning sword.

"You're quite stable. I wonder how long that'll last." He said.

" Blood demon art: Element Mastery." He muttered.

Suddenly, earth spikes, earth waves, earth boulders, water spikes, water whips, water waves, ice spikes, ice blocks, fire balls, fire waves, air waves, air balls came at me.

"!!" I got suprised.

I stayed clam and dodged / blocked / Slashed the attacks, but not all of them. I still got hit by a lot.

"Grr!" I growled. I felt his smirk.

"STOP SMIRKING, YOU SHITTY ASSHOLE!" I screamed. 

" Shut up." He ordered.

Those previous attacks kept coming.

"ARGG!!!" I yelled. ' Those attacks are fast! And I can't even see him! This's bad!' I thought.

I kept trying to dodge all of them, but it wasn't really working. I still got hit, and a lot.

"You're weak and pathetic." He said.

"AHHHH!!!!" All I could do was scream as the attacks kept throwing me and crashing me around.

"Ouch! Ouch!" I screamed.

Taisho secret:

Ikashi: It's time for a Taisho secret!

Ikashi: Haru felt more pain here than anytime before. She thought it was weird.
