(Haru Pov)

It was an ordinary morning. I got out of bed and went to the bathroom. I took a quick shower and got all ready.

' Life is so boring.' I thought. I walked through the hallway into my room. Ikashi was being a sleepy head as always.

"OI!! WAKE UP SLEEPY HEAD!!!!" I screamed in Ikashi's ear. "WAHHHHH!!" He screamed as he jumped out of bed.

I giggled. " Hey! That wasn't funny!" He yelled. "But it was!" I said. "It wasn't.." He muttered as he went to the bathroom.

I changed inside my changing room and got ready for training. It was an every day thing. I wanted to fight demons, not training dummy's.

(I speak both British and American English)

"Oi, Haru! I need to speak to you!" Brother came out of nowhere and called. "Ok. I'll be there." I responded.

Brother went to his room. I put my sword away and followed him. ' What does he need to talk about?' I wondered.

"Brother, I'm here!" I yelled. "Hey idiot! Sit down!" He said. I sat down in front of him. It felt a little awkward.

"So what do you need me, brother?" I asked. " Well, your training has been going great." He commented.

" Of course it is!" I responded. He nodded. " So I've decided that, you're ready." He said. " For?" I asked.

" For Final Selection of course! You're more than enough to pass." He answered. I gasped. " Yay! Finally!" I screamed.

Brother smirked and chuckled. "Final Selection is tomorrow. You'll need to get ready today." He explained. I nodded.

" Hmm, brother. How do I, or we eat there?" I asked, not wanting to starve. " You'll need to starve." He answered.

"Oh... Wait what??" I screamed. "No! I don't wanna starve!" I said, angrily. "You'll have to anyway." He said.

"Don't worry.. You won't die." He mumbled. "Aww man!" I muttered. "Well whatever. Who's coming with me?" I asked.

" Finnikoshi, your boyfriend and Kanao, your bestie." Brother answered. " Oh, great!" I commented.

"There'll also be other people." He explained. I smiled and nodded. "I'll slay every demon there!" I yelled.

Brother looked at me with a proud smirk. " You smirk too much." I mumbled. " Huh??" He screamed.

" I'll get ready!" I yelled as I rushed out. " Typical Haru..." Brother muttered. I mean, he ain't wrong.

"LOSER!!" I screamed. "WHAT??" Ikashi yelled back. "I'M GOING TO FINAL SELECTION TOMORROW!!!!" I yelled.

" WAIT WHAT?!?!" He screamed. " YEAH BITCH!!!!" I screamed very loud. " SHUT UP YOU IDIOTS!!!" Brother yelled from the other side.

(Finnikoshi Pov)

(Reverse Time: 7:14 am)

"Finnikoshi! Wakey wakey!" Mitsuri woke me up. "I need ten more minutes..." I mumbled. 

" No! You'll wake up right now!" She yelled. " But I don't wanna.." I muttered. Mitsuri thought about something, and smirked.

"But Haru chan is here to take you on a date!" She yelled. "Huh? Huh? Really?!" I screamed as I jumped out of bed.

" Pfft- HAHAHAHA!" Mitsuri laughed loudly. " Hey! Mitsuri!" I scolded. " Hehe. Sorry Finnikoshi! But you gotta get ready for final selection!" She said.

" Huh? What?" I asked. " Final Selection! Tomorrow!" She explained. " Haru chan and Kanao chan will be there too!" She explained.

" Haru chan too? " I asked. She nodded with a bright smile." Ok, I'll get ready." I mumbled. I went to the bathroom.

(Major Time skip because I'm bored of my own writing skills)

(The next day- Before Final Selection)

"Finnikoshi! Be careful, ok?" Mitsuri said. "I will. I'm strong enough to protect myself!" I responded.

She nodded with proud tears running down her face. " I'll miss you so much! You don't need to stick with Haru, ok?" She asked.

I nodded. " I won't follow Haru chan too much! She also needs personal space!" I responded.

" And Don't get too jealous, ok?" She commanded. " Yes, yes! I won't! She can have guy friends!" I said.

Mitsuri looked at me, proud.

"WAHH! Be careful!" She yelled as I walked to Final Selection.

(Reverse Time- Haru Pov)

"Haru! I'm so happy for you!" Ikashi clinged. "Get off me, bitch." I commanded. "But I don't wanna.." He whined.

"And don't call me 'Bitch' ! I'm your older brother!" He yelled. "Yeah, yeah. Whatever." I muttered.

"Oi, be careful." Brother mumbled. I smiled, gently. "Aww, thanks brother!" I said. "... Whatever." He muttered.

" I'll be fine! Even this loser survived!" I commented. " Hey!" Ikashi screamed. " I know." Brother responded, with a smirk.

" The Demons there aren't that strong." Brother began. " Huh?? No! They were strong as heck!" Ikashi yelled.

"... They must be super weak!" I commented. " Huh?? Why are you saying that?!?" Ikashi shouted.

" Geez. Calm down." I said.

I began walking my way to Final Selection.

(Time skip- Final Selection)

I found stairs. I also saw wisteria flowers. They're all beautiful. I really like their color! They're also very useful.

' The air here's nice. ' I thought. I walked up the stairs and saw some people. A lot, but a few stood out to me.

' Yellow noodle hair, Genya nee-chan, Kanao? Oh, I see Finnikoshi and a red fire dude coming.' I thought.

(Tanjiro Pov)

While I was walking up the stairs, I noticed a guy with brown hair was rushing to the stairs.

"Oh no! I came too late, didn't I?" I heard him mutter. He accidentally tripped.

"WAHHHHH!!!" He yelled. "Got you!" I said, stopping him from falling. "AHH!" He screamed. "Are you alright?" I asked.

"Oh! Uh- Hi! And yes, thank you!" He responded. He bowed to me.

" N- No need to be so formal!" I said. " Huh? Wait, oh no! Haru chan!!!" He yelled and went up the stairs.

I also continued walking up the stairs.

' Wisteria flowers? I thought they were out of season..' I thought. When I got up, I saw many people.

Although 5 people stood out to me..

The guy from before, he was talking with another girl. They seemed younger than me.

(Warning: Wrong dialogues)

"We welcome you all to Final Selection." Twins said. "The wisteria flowers, are the one thing demons hate very much." The continued.

" The wisteria flowers, grow from the bottom to the top of this mountain. They keep the demons away. But the wisteria ends here and monsters Rome free. You'll have to survive 7 days there." They said.

" Aww, that sucks." The girl muttered.

"We wish you all luck." They bowed down. Everyone - the girls and that boy went in.

"I can't believe we're together!" The boy said. The girl with the pink kimono smiled and nodded.

"Yup! I can't believe it too!" The girl with the turquoise kimono commented.

"We'll split up and meet at the third day, ok?" The girl said. They all agreed and went inside, quickly.

I also made my way in.

Haru: Well, a boy named Tanjiro smelled a similar scent with Genya nee-chan and me! I guess he has a good sense of smell!
