''This one is a fond memory I have of us: our first date. Now, let me tell you, we both know it was a complete disaster, at least the middle part. But it was amazing at the same time because I was with you, we even laugh about what happened on July 21st, seven years ago. I don't think Ben was too fond of me back then, I'm just glad he grew to like me.

''I picked you up from your house at seven-thirty and we drove to a mexican restaurant near by. We were going to eat there but then we say that they were closed because of rats in the kitchen. Then we went to a pizzeria in a town nearby and had to be all cliché. There was no parking spot near the restaurant so I had to park it three streets away from it.

''We got in and ordered what we wanted. We got to know each other better and then I said I had to go to the bathroom. I did what I had to do and washed my face to make myself believe I wasn't on a dream. After all, it's not everyday that you go out with the person you have a crush on and he is enjoying the date even if stuff was inconvenient - I love big words. When I got out of the bathroom it happened, a waiter crashed on me and left spaghetti all over my shirt.

''Everyone was looking at me and laughing, even you but I didn't feel bad when it was you. They offered me a shirt (it was a clown shirt from the mascot) and offered to pay our meal. I didn't accept because I wanted to be the one who payed it but they payed it anyway, so stubborn. We ate our dinner and talked about random stuff - our favourite moments, favourite bands, most embarassing moment... stuff like that.

''We got out nearly two hours later and went to the car. They gave me my shirt and told me to keep the clown shirt - I STILL HAVE IT. We drove as a calm song was on the radio until we were in the middle of our way home when the car broke down. We called your dad and he said he would pick us up as soon as he got out of a meeting that was nearly in the end. When he picked us up, I walked you home and then went to my home.

''You called me at four AM saying you couldn't sleep because we had unfinished business between us. I didn't understand what it meant but I walked to your house in hopes I wouldn't get murdered. I climbed through the tree and got in your room. You were already waiting for me with movies on the table and popcorn beside it. I asked you what was wrong and you walked to me, kissing me right after. I wasn't expecting that you were going to kiss me so wild-ly after the first few kisses but damn. When we stopped I was sitting on a chair and you were straddling my lap, you said 'A date can't end without a kiss, right?' and I just laughed. Your lips were pink and swollen, I was craving to kiss you again.

''We ended up making out until the morning when Ben walked in your room and saw us like that. He grabbed your baseball bat and started chasing me through the house. You didn't help me, you just sat there laughing until I grabbed my jacket and climbed on the tree saying 'Farewell, my love.'. I was quite charming, yes I was.

''I guess I knew that I wanted you beside me when you didn't get mad for the date going wrong in certain parts. Those were one of those nights where I realise you are the one and that I'm not going to love someone as much as I love you. This kind of stuff just happens once in a lifetime.''
