Chapter 7.

Bendy and Springtrap had made their way towards the center of the Decepticons base without being caught, yet they had a few close calls. They walked upon a grated platform meant for smaller drones to do repairs. Above them was a reactor charged with 400,000 volts of electricity, for one touch could fry them to a crisp. The animatronic looked up at the lightning bolts surrounding the reactor.
"I don't think we're anywhere near where they travel to other worlds." He said.
"To be fair-" Bendy paused as he heard voices coming from beneath them.
The two looked over the edge of the platform, down at 2 Cybertronian mechs. One of which they recognized as Lockdown, the other unbeknownst to them was Starscream. They seemed to be having a heated discussion.
"I don't understand how ONE human can cheat her death time and time again." The dark grey mech said bitterly.
The triangle shaped mech cackled, "You've gotten old, I could do a better job than you ever could!"
"Is that a challenge, Starscream?" Lockdown raised an optic ridge.
"Step aside." Starscream pushed past him.
"I will prove to you all that I can successfully kill one of those annoying humans!" The mech said triumphantly.
Lockdown rolled his optics with a chuckle, turned and walked away. Bendy and Springtrap stood and began to follow Starscream. They were silent, as if they weren't even there. The overconfident mech entered a room where 2 more Cybertronians were, Quintessa and Megatron. Springtrap and Bendy stared at the hovering femme as she was observing a large flickering screen, showing their friends progress.
"You mean to tell me that these guys have been observing us this entire time?" Bendy whispered.
"Apparently so, and the floating one must be that Quintessa Sky mentioned." Springtrap whispered back.
"Quintessa, I will go and kill the human." Starscream said confidently.
She seemed to snicker, "You? Hmph, very well."
Megatron smirked at Starscreams statement, knowing that he was incapable of doing so. The Ink Demon held back a laugh as the other Cybertronians didn't believe in him, so did Springtrap. Quintessa then handed the seeker a small device.
"This will take you directly to the human. Use it wisely..." She said sweetly with a fake smile.
Starscream took the device and pushed a button on it, opening up a large vortex right within the room.
"Now's our chance!" Bendy grabbed Springtrap from behind and jumped off the platform.
Just before Starscream could even think to enter, the Ink Demon used his wings and guided himself and the tattered bunny straight towards the swirling vortex. Quintessa noticed them as they were about to enter the portal, the floating femme reached for Bendy. She grabbed the Demon by the back of his leg, making him stop suddenly and release Springtrap. The old animatronic yelped out of surprise as he went flying into the portal, vanishing from sight.
"Such an attempt at escape is quite bold of you." Quintessa said.
Bendy growled as the portal began to dissipate, looking back at the femme.
"It's only an attempt if I fail..." The Demons cloven hoof melted in her hand and flew towards the portal full speed.
He just barely managed to fly into what was left of it.

The sun peers over the horizon, Captain Marvel, Blue and I were up at around 5:30 am. Unless it was a weekend, I get up in between 5 and 6 am. Not sure why. She had agreed to show me the basics of staying level in flight as well as keeping balance, but the rest was up to me. Her and I were in a more open area around the headquarters, that way if I crashed it wouldn't be anything too important being broken.
"So what's first?" I ask.
"First is learning how to keep your balance. Try to keep yourself level, like this." Captain Marvel floated off the ground as an orange aura surrounded her.
She then flew around much like Iron man did, so she's basically saying lean forward. Blue watched the woman fly around, like a cat watching a laser pointer but not chasing it. Captain Marvel landed in front of us with a smile.
"Now you." She said.
I look back at my wings, then to her.
"I think I need to warm up my wings first." I say.
"I know, I'm messing with you. You got a good ways to go until you're ready. But do you know how to use them?" She asks.
"Well, I know how to fold them in and out. I can try using them like a bird." I look at my folded up wings once again.
I unfolded them, a whoosh sounding as they sprung outwards. Blue was startled by the sudden action, she jumped back a little ways. I spread them as wide as they would go, which was 2 feet longer than my own armspan. Speaking of arms, my once severed arm healed rapidly ever since Tony removed a piece of Lockdown out of me last night. I am now up to my wrist, I should have my hand back in no time!
Now focusing on my wings, I slowly started moving them much like a birds. It felt very uncomfortable at first, but I slowly got used to it. Then I started to go faster, fast enough to feel strong gusts of wind. Captain Marvel nodded as I then felt the ground vanish from beneath me, I looked down to see my human feet a foot off the ground.
"I'm flying!!" I squeal.
"You're hovering, there's a difference." Captain Marvel joked.
"Hey, for my first time, I call it flying." I said.
"Alright, now try moving forward." She got out of the way.
I nodded and leaned forward a bit, slowly inching forward. That's a start! I leaned further and began to move faster, I was excited and smiled widely. I'm actually learning to fly!! I slowed my wings and landed carefully on the ground, looking back at Captain Marvel.
"Not bad for your first time. Sure beats mine, I crashed into a building." She laughed.
"Owww that had to hurt. But you also don't have wings to stabilize you. I think it was harder because of that." I say.
"Probably. So this might actually be easier than I thought. Now again, and i wanna see more strength in those wings." She said and crossed her arms.
I nodded and went back towards her and Blue, who was just watching intently. I got ready to run, I'm gonna try to run and take off that way. I started to run, spreading my wings and flapping them harder than before. I jumped and saw the ground get further and further from me, I leaned forward to try and be balanced like she was. But I leaned too far forward, I yelped as I went into a nosedive and did a faceplant into the grass.
I could hear Blue cackling and Captain Marvel laughing while I used my only hand to push myself upwards onto my knees, I spit dirt out of my mouth as I had almost swallowed a mountain of it. Good thing my tongue is metal now, I saw it in the mirror last night. Alright, that was my fault. But hey, I'm learning. Getting somewhere! I laughed to myself as I stood up.
"Whoops!" I brushed the dirt off my armor, I had left my torn clothes back in Avengers headquarters.
"You alright?" She asked.
"Yeah I'm fine! Besides, could've been worse." I walked back towards her.
"Maybe don't lean so far forward this time." She said.
"I'm learning, it's fine." I started to run again.
Hours passed and I was getting better and better at taking off from a running start. In case you're wondering, I did crash and burn a few times but hey, still learning. But as of now I am 60 feet in the air and keeping myself balanced and paced with Captain Marvel, she stayed about 10 feet away from me to not bump into my wings. We were gliding through the air slowly as for me to get used to it.
We then began to descend down to the front of Avengers headquarters, Tony and Blue were waiting for us. Captain Marvel and I landed softly and looked at the man in front of us.
"Are you two done? It's been 6 hours." He said.
"That long? Holy shit." I said, unaware it had been that long.
"Yes, that long. And I analyzed the shard of metal I found on you-" Tony started.
A large portal opened up 20 feet behind Captain Marvel and I, everyone's attention was on the portal. It looked similar to the ones that my friends and I had gone through. Bendy and Springtrap came walking out of the portal. Springtrap had lost pieces of his suit on one arm, one hand was a complete endo hand, and his shins were gone with nothing but endoskeleton. Bendy looked fine.
"Guys!" I said happily.
I ran up to them and hugged them both. Blue trotted up to us with a happy squawk and nudged them.
"Are you guys okay? How did you guys escape? Are Optimus and Bee okay? Do they have my family?" I asked several questions.
Springtrap pushed me back, he looked worried.
"We'll answer your questions soon, but we may have a big problem on our hands..." Bendy said.
I raised an eyebrow, "What big problem...HIM?"
They shook their heads, maniacal laughing came from the portal. We turn our attention back to the large vortex, a familiar mech stepped through. My eyes widen as my friends step back, a growl rumbled in my throat. Starscream looked down at us all, towering over Avengers Headquarters.
