And that's it! I hope you enjoyed the prequel/sequel to The Girl He Left Behind for those of you who read that book. And if you haven't I hope reading this made you interested in reading the book that made this a thing. If you don't fully understand the ending of the last chapter (even though I tried my best to explain it there), Ross dreamt everything. From the first chapter in the book when he told Sofia he still wanted to be with her and not just her friend to the last chapter when they got married and had all their accomplishments in life. He. Dreamt. It. All. Sadly.... Not everyone ends up with a happy ending but he still kind of did because he ended up with Jessica in The Girl He Left Behind. Oh also the last part of the last chapter where you had a snippet of Jessica and her confusion, that was in chapter 42 of The Girl He Left Behind. If you were wondering what Ross was dreaming about that had him so confused (this part was in Jessica's POV btw) now you know. Okay so this is it. The Girl He Left Behind is officially over.
