Kai stood under the running water,the water flowing down her face. Tears were falling down her cheeks,just tired of being outcasted by the others at school. This is why she became as the school's delinquent. No one liked her,no one wanted her around,everyone hated her...besides Nika. She was tired of Nika being the true hero. As kids,Kai was always bullied and always had to be saved by Nika. Nika might say other wise but Kai knew the truth. Sometimes Kai would come home,her face all swollen from the punches she received,her lip busted or having a bloody nose. She would be too scared to face her parents,who were never really home much,too busy being adults and drinking. Kai now may look big and tough and maybe a bit scary,but deep down all she is only a big softie.

"Why does she even like me?why does she even help me?" Kai whispered.

Kai turns off the water and gets out,grabbing her towel. She wraps it around her and took a look in the bathroom mirror. She stared into the mirror,faintly hearing her parents words.

"Why are you always causing trouble?Cant you see we are busy?This is why no one likes you,you cause too much trouble." Said the voices of her late parents.

Kai glared at the mirror.The voices and words of her late parents angered her. Its what they always said when she was a kid. She never felt their love and when they died,she didn't even go to their funeral. The words got louder and louder.

"SHUT UP!LEAVE ME ALONE!" screamed Kai as she punched the bathroom mirror,not relaized she just did.

She calmly looked at her bloody hand as tiny pieces of the mirror's glass was stuck in her hand. Nika swung the door open. Kai looked at her. Nika looked at her bloody hand then the broken mirror.
