leo isn't what you expect from a guard. normally when you think of a guard, you think of a serious and mature soldier. leo is possibly the opposite of all of that. leo is an outgoing, humorous, and slightly immature guy. when he's on duty as a guard, it's all business, but when he's off duty, he's rather playful and charming. i mean, look at that adorable grin? how can a boy like that not be social and energetic. leo is the type of person to know and talk to everyone. he's extroverted and friendly. leo may be a simple boy and a large and dark palace, but he's actually a light. and adorable light at that.

🥀 backstory

leo has a rather simple backstory. he was raised by his father in a small house with two adorable younger sisters. of course, it wasn't always just them. leo's mother was around until he was eight years old, but she was always a flighty and unpredictable. so when leo turned eight and his little sisters were both one, their mother left them. yes, it was brutal for the woman to abandon her family. there's no way around it. it took awhile, but leo and his family eventually got over it. this situation caused leo to mature quickly and have a great sense of responsibility. so when leo was finally old enough, he moved out to the palace and became a guard. he's been there for two years now. it's a simple and slightly sad backstory, but leo has moved on and he's better than ever.
