x theodora's first love has always always always been music. it's her one true passion. specifically classical music and playing instruments. thea plays a wide array of instruments such as: clarinet, flute, saxophone, trumpet, oboe, and she's been known to rock a drum set every now and then. name an instrument and she's either learning it, planning on learning it, or already playing it. in addition to playing classical music, she also teaches little kids how to play instruments. she absolutely adores it. everything about music makes thea happy. she even dabbles in singing a bit, but she keeps that to herself and her shower.

x thea has always found comfort in reading. curling up with a classic novel has always brought her joy and relaxation. she could get lost in the pages of a good book for a whole day. she'd love almost nothing more.

x poetry is another love of theodora's. the effect simple words can have amazes her. sometimes she tries to write her own when her emotions are overflowing, but most of the time she sticks to reading poetry

x the first thing to mention is that theodora may be all sorts of sweet and sunshine, but she won't tolerate any form of hate. this includes: racism, sexism, homophobia, discrimination, bigotry, and anything else like that. she's serious about this. if you support any type of hate, thea will put as much distance as possible from you. thea always supports love first and doesn't tolerate hate.

though theodora seems like a perfect, bubbly girl, that in fact is not all there is too her. she has plenty of flaws just like anyone. she's not a mary sue. first of all, theodora's loyalty has lead to quite a few problems in her life. she puts too much faith in people and ends up getting hurt. thea's next flaw is that she falls for people too easily. this girl has a large heart and she can develop feelings for people quickly. this leads to lots of hurt and unreturned feelings. while those flaws aren't that bad, she has more. don't worry, i'll get to them. sometimes thea isn't the most honest person in the world. whether it's convenient, or to not hurt someone's feelings, she'll let little white lies slip out. the girl also talks way too much. sometimes she can be a rather closed off person. this is a surprising quality, but she hates talking about herself so she finds it hard to open up. the girl has other flaws, but those are some of the most prominent ones.

x theodora usually gravitates to people that she enjoys being with. she wants someone to laugh with and go on adventures with. she's not immune to charm. she usually falls for guys who are romantic and fun and sweep her off her feet. she just can't help it. really though, the girl likes a variety of types of guys. it really all depends on who she feels comfortable with. honestly, she doesn't know which prince she'll talk to first or 'try' for.

x mother : theodora's mother is kendall nichols. she's the best mother that thea could have asked for, and she loves her more than words. unfortunately, when kendall was young she was slightly irresponsible and she got pregnant with thea at a young age. so theadora's father was never in the picture. thea wonders about him, but she loves her mother more than anything and wouldn't trade her childhood for the world.

x grandmother : thea was raised as an only child with her mother and grandmother. since kendall nichols got pregnant at a young age, her mother valentina (aka 'grandma val') stepped in and helped raise theodora. the three nichols women are as close as can be.

theodora has a simple and joyous upbringing. she was born to kendall marie nichols when she was eighteen. thea as a young girl was raised by her mother and grandma val. theodora lived in a small house her whole life with the two best women she could ever imagine. while she grew up, everything wasn't always rainbows and sunshine. the three ladies with bold women would fight sometimes, money issues occurred every once in a while, but even through all that, they found joy in the simplest things together. their family was unconventional and small, but it lacked no love or color. from a young age, thea was enamored by music. when she was 7, she got her first recorder. it was cheap and crappy, but theodora loved it. her love of music and instruments only grew and blossomed from there. soon she was playing clarinet converts for her mother and grandma in the living room. she would dance around the house while improvising on flute . she realized early in life that she wanted a future in music. when thea turned eighteen, she said a tearful goodbye to her family and decided to move out. she didn't move far, just to a small little apartment on the other side of town. she took her best friend with her as a roommate. soon theodora was getting jobs at classical music gigs and teaching little kids. she blossomed living independently, but she never forgot to visit her family back home. theodora is absolutely proud of her wonderful backstory and she wouldn't change it for the world.
