chloe is a very sweet, but a very easily influenced girl. she has a big heart and a kind nature, but that doesn't always show. she gets swept up in things and is more of a follower than a leader. she doesn't do much thinking for herself, so she's easily controlled and manipulated by others. she's a darling girl, but not without her flaws. she's a little bit ditsy, and by a little bit, i mean a lot a bit. while her iq is low, her heart is big. if you actually take time to get to know chloe, you'll realize that deep down she has a kind nature. she's a goofy and silly girl who loves to giggle and smile. she loves hanging around other people and having fun. goofing around and having adventures are some of her favorite thing. while she has the piranha exterior, inside she's just a cute little guppy. yet she cares so much about her image and what the other pirahnas think of her, that she doesn't show the fun and lovable side of her very often.

chloe has a rather simple backstory. growing up her family was neither rich of poor. the girl had a rather uneventful childhood. her mother is a lawyer, always working late hours and being unnecessarily stressed over cases, and her father was a dentist. both rather boring and normal. but of course, chloe wasn't an only child. she has an older sister: quinn. quinn bailey was the golden child of the bailey household. she was born nine years before claire and she always seemed perfect. she was that class president, straight a's type of girl. and then there was chloe. chloe always felt like she was in her sister's shadow, how could the simple and ditzy girl measure up to such greatness? she may have never quite tried that hard in school for that exact reason. but during high school, chloe took advantages of the things she could do better than her sister, and that was socialize. chloe let herself get swept up in being popular and it sort of overshadowed who she truly was. now more and more is happening and claire doesn't know where her life is going next.
