PERSONALITY// The first word that comes to mind to describe dear ol' Ness is joyful. Nessa is a firework of a girl with a big heart and a love for all things wonderful. She's a fiery individual who's got sass and attitude to spare. She'd much rather exchange some witty banter with someone instead of small talk. The girl's got energy and passion to spare. Ness is actually really, really friendly. New opportunities and people are the most exciting thing to her! She's a people person, and trust me, the girl can talk. Like she rambles away like no other. She talks quickly, and also happens to laugh quite a bit. Yes, Ness (ha, yes Ness rhymes!) is quite the jokester. She really has a goofball side to her. She basically loves to joke around and have a good time! Inside jokes are a must with people she's close to/cares for. The girl is also quite fond of her sarcasm. She can't help it! It's comical! But really, Nessa is just a sweet girl with lots of passion and energy. She's full of life and ready to have a new adventure!

LIKES// This girl likes quite a lot! We'll start with her passion for dance. It's her profession and her true love! The girl can move. Actually, she really can't stand still. She always wants to be moving and dancing. She's been dancing ever since she was a little girl, and she knows styles like tap, jazz, ballet, and modern! Dancing isn't the only way Nessa stays active. She also runs, swims, plays the occasional soccer game or basketball game with friends and family. She's actually a fairly athletic girl. She loves moving outside in the sunshine. Another love of this girl is food. Who doesn't love food? She loves fruit, like with a passion. Though oddly, she prefers sour to sweet. Instead of chocolate, you'll see her eating sour candies. She's also a complete coffee and tea addict. Like, seriously... you don't want to see Nessa without her morning coffee. Another love of hers is reading and writing. It's sort of a secondary outlet for her after dancing. Rainy days spent cuddled up under the covers with a good book are her absolute favorites! Her next like is animals! The girl has like five dogs! She's definitely a dog person, though she thinks cats are adorable as well (they're just not energetic enough for Nessa). Another thing she loves is fashion and make up! Let me just say, her winged eyeliner is always on point. Another thing she's fond of is flowers! Peonies and sunflowers happen to be her favorite. If you're ever looking for a sweet gesture, that's the best thing to get.

DISLIKES// First of all, Nessa despises any type of hate. Whether racist, homophobic, or just plain regular hate for no reason, she will not tolerate it. She encourages love. Love is love and love is not a choice! If you don't agree with that, the door is that-a-ways! Feel free to let it hit you on your way out! On to more simpler things she dislikes... she doesn't like rodents. Hamsters, mice, rats, they all freak her out! It's probably one of the only type of animals she hates. Surprisingly, the girl dislikes chocolate. It's just not her favorite! She doesn't like people who don't say what they mean, lie, or are too charming! Something's just slightly shady about them... yep, players are not her style. Oh! Another thing she dislikes it pride. You're not all that, take a chill pill. No need to be egotistical. She also dislikes buzzkills. Where's the fun in that? She just wants to have a good time. She also hates the words moist and ointment... who knows why? 

HOBBIES// Dancing is her number one hobby and how she spends most of her time! She has a job teaching little ones to dance, and in her free time, she dances on her own. Her second would be reading and writing! She loves a good book, especially historical fiction, fantasy, and Greek dramas. She usually just writes about her life and journals, yet sometimes she'll write random short stories. She also has an odd love for baking, yet half the things she makes she gives away because they're too sweet for her taste. It's kinda a good deal, if you get close to her, she'll randomly give you some cookies or brownies she got bored and made.

FEARS// She has fears big and small. Probably one of her biggest, most real fears is being kidnapped. She knows it's not super likely, but sometimes if she's walking around at night, Nessa just gets to feeling a bit paranoid and scared. She also has some obvious fears, like any family member or someone she loves dying. Her next fear is a very, very irrational fear of crickets. They can't hurt her, yet she'll yelp and run in the opposite direction if she sees one. Another fear of hers is having a boring life. She wants something exciting and new! She doesn't just want to settle for normal and boring. She's also scared of dying alone. She really wants to meet someone, hence why she's in the selection.

FAMILY// Nessa comes from a big happy family! Her parents are Roberto and Isabella Salacup. She has four siblings! First there's her oldest brother, Trevor. Then the other three are younger. There's Fiona who's seventeen, Taylor who's 14, and lastly, Timothy who's 9!

BACKSTORY// Nessa has an extremely simple story to her name. As stated, she comes from a family with two parents (both alive and well) and four siblings. She's the second oldest, and while she grew up, that meant she had quite a bit of responsibility. She loves her family with all her heart, and she had an extremely happy childhood filled with lots of love and hilarious/adorable memories. She grew up happy and healthy! When she reached the age of eighteen, she moved out to her own cute little apartment with two of her best friends (Daisy and Jenna). She got a job as a dance instructor for little kids at a local studio and she's lived happily ever since!

OTHER// She has an odd obsession with nail art, so when she gets bored, she'll paint her nails. When Nessa is mad, she's the type to let you know. She isn't quiet. Instead, she's very expressive and passionate. Her name means poor, pure, or chaste, but she doesn't really care much about name meaning. That's all!

WHY THEY JOINED // The selection made Nessa curious beyond belief. She doesn't expect much from it (the last thing she expects is to actually end up with one of the princes!), but she just wants to give the experience a try. What could go wrong? It sounded like an adventure to her. She joined together with her two friends Jenna and Daisy, and they all freaked out when Nessa actually got chosen. That's how she ended up going to the palace!
