"This is Arina Avenira, and you're currently watching me tying my skates -- interesting, indeed," said Arina, as she said, bending down and tying her skates.

"I also look fabulous when I walk," as she walked in the direction of the ice rink.

"This is not the end. I'm too overpowered to the point I can jump quads with my hair down," as she suffered a minor back injury from the attempt.

"Xenia Petrosyan is such a lovely woman. I will forever remember her as a benefactor," Arina proceeded while she was getting berated by the woman.

With all those efforts in communicating with the audience, Arina didn't realize they merely filmed that part for the intro of the interview and what came out of her mouth was all muted.

Question: What is figure skating to you?

"It's such a feminine-looking sport. If someone ever told me to compete in other traditional sports internationally I would never. It's not a bit nice to not be feminine as aesthetics is very much an important aspect of my everyday life. And the feeling of flying while the world is cheering for you, oh...fly, fly away like a little bird..." she said dreamily while gazing through the window of the car into the blissful sky.

Question: What do you want to achieve in figure skating?

"For me, it's important to be the first," from then she suddenly became more serious, and ablaze with passion. "Winning is first place. Anything else is losing!"

The car reached its destination and Arina threw the car's door open and got out. "I've always had this dream to myself ever since I was a child. I wanted to be first at something in the world, so I tried complicated jumps to achieve it and I'm heart glad that I did. For now what I hope for is to be able to jump all kinds of quads -- that's such a nice thought, and addictive to imagine. Isn't it delightful to be a dreamer? Dreamers do change the world!"

Question: You inspired many girls in your team to train for quads, what if one day they all caught up with you?

"Then I would just do quints!" proclaimed Arina passionately.

Question: Are you looking forward to your first time competing internationally?

"I definitely am, and behold! The world will be stunned by this soon-to-be fourteen years old prodigy!" Arina's confidence was incomparable, as she entered the fitness center.

Question: How much do you train in the gym?

"Two times every day. There's always a coach at the training camp. Usually Garold Dyamin and Lenin Ilyin very rarely," she started out with stretching before going into other training.

Question: Who is more fun to train with?

"Xenia Petrosyan," Arina smiled and formed a heart with her hands, being a total fan of Petrosyan's harsh training load. The interviewers sweatdropped as to why.

Question: What is your favorite method of training?

"Competing for sure!" said the competitive girl, demonstrating Axel jumps on land. "We had a competition of who will jump more single Axel on land, and the last time I had a record of either fifty or sixty so I automatically won. The boys on my team don't get along with me so I guess it has something to do with it -- come! I will show you more jumps!"

There she demonstrated more than just Axels.

"It's quite different on the floor. Axel, Salchow, and Toeloop are lighter than on the ice, while Lutz and Flip are almost impossible on land."

Question: Can you jump better than your coaches? ;))

Arina froze for a moment upon this question, then burst out a laugh and replied with 'Not. Yet!' The camera filmed her while planking and proceeded with her other routines.

"This is a twist exercise to group your hands faster," she said, showing the interviewers the elastic band that she was going to use, twisting her body to one side and swinging her arms back and forth with the band, tucking her arms as close to her body as possible so that when she jumps she would be able to spin faster.

The cameramen filmed Arina from every angle, chasing after her when she switched to another exercise; from pull-ups to using leg extension, etc.

Question: Do you face fear when attempting quads?

As Petrosyan said last interview: "The fear factor. Avenira is fearless. My job is to show the rest that this is a system." Arina really was fearless when she revealed:

"I would rather call it excitement than fear. There's no such joy as looking forward to things and things you haven't any idea about the outcome, as it is the same each time I take off and spin in the air -- you might think something under a second would be very prompt, though it is just perfect for me to get the thrills of predicting the outcome, as if it's a gambling."

Question: When is the right time to try quints?

Arina was sitting down at this point, grinning broadly:

"I jumped quints already! But does with a harness count?"

Question: What's the theme of your free program?

A/n: okay, because the world is basically influenced by hollywood already@@ so whatever program these Normadian (Russian) girls have just pretend it's in their language (from their country) to avoid plotholes.

"My free skating music is from Game of Thrones. Oh, dearest Margaery...I watched this show a while ago though I still couldn't get over her tragic death (A/n: am I spoiling anyone??) she will remain forever my favorite character and because she died a tragical death I couldn't bring myself to like this dreadful show anymore," sighed Arina, being quite off-topic. "But oh, well, I think my portrayal for this particular program is of Daenerys. I don't like her that much however but I'm forced to do it so -- I think it must have something to do with me matching the looks of the Targaryens."

Question: Since it's based on Game of Thrones, is your costume also match the theme?

"Very well -- yes. I saw the sketches of my costume and just picked out whichever I liked best. Blue isn't really my thing but it suits the overall theme and the three-headed dragon on the shoulder, oh... the three-headed dragon...I think that's the best of the costume but I don't like that it's too obscure when filmed."

Question: How's your relationship with Tarasova and Tsaplina?

"I never dislike somebody before so it goes the same way," revealed Arina, smiling bubbly. "They're a bit older than me though we get along quite well to call each other nicknames. Pretty nicknames. I'm heart glad they're my teammates to begin with, but even so we're rather different. Natasha hasn't any imagination and Anya hasn't any love for thrills and adventures. Wait, where are we again?"

Question: What are your thoughts on the US team? Will they stand a chance?

"In our country we have this tradition to send kids to skating camps at a young age so I suppose it's heavily leaning toward our victory," although she was usually airy-fairy, Arina had to select her words carefully this time upon matters relating to politics whilst lowkey sweating nervously. "You know, among hundreds we got to select very few exceptionally talented ones. It's almost like a factory."

Question: How did you know a girl can jump quads at all? As far as I know, only one Japanese and one American have attempted it.

Arina giggled, "Oh, this has got to do with biology. Male species evolved to hunt and provide and that's why they got bigger muscles and anything that are related to athletics they're simply better. Anyone who says girls can be just as strong as boys is a lie because, well, look at this, my bosom and hips are growing after my womanly flowering so I can do my main job as a female specie which is to bear children later on, but then it's such a hindrance to attempt such things as quads and boys have it better than us. But let us look on the bright side of things! Isn't it just more thrilling to live your life with more obstacles and challenges? That makes life ever so much worth living for and you have to make up your mind very firmly that you can in order for it to work! And when you overcome the challenge, it will be twice as fulfilling."

Arina had no idea she had one advantage over girls her age and that was due to her still underdeveloped figure.

So far, the interview ended with four more random questions about herself that she gladly answered. But that wasn't it since Arina's popularity was skyrocketing, henceforth she was sent to interview with another Japanese broadcast and again, with the Orlas this time along with Petrosyan by her side.

"She's the perfect student for me to mold," was what Petrosyan commented on Arina, while the child couldn't hold back but flashed her glistening set of eyes at the coach.

It was a misconception that Xenia Petrosyan was a Normadian, while she was from Armovia (A/n: Armenia) and just moved to Belaya Posadka more than a decade ago to begin her coaching career.

Many couldn't stare directly into that woman's piercing looks. Coincident or not her hair was pitch black and curly as of Mother Gothel in Disney and Araki Teppei had recalled the character one day while filming her along with the power puff girls hours before the competition start.

"There's she, Mother Gothel, and the Power Puff girls," was exactly what Teppei said in the live stream, which currently had over one thousand viewers.

Asano stretched his back muscle and looked for Arina. By this time she still hadn't changed to her performing costume. Back in his limousine parking by the stadium, it was all filled up with flowers waiting to be gifted to his Arina Avenira, so he hoped best if she could win first today in the short program.

For the men's singles, they had already competed in the past two days with short and free programs. Kure Jomei from Japan was the most cheered among fans due to him being the two-time Olympic champion and the most charismatic skater on the field. Even the Normadians stood no chance, as he won first place along with an American in second place and the third went to a Normadian.

Even though Jomei was Japanese, the Normadian girls, especially Arina, admired him so much that they had to sneak in and ask for his signature whilst constantly staying alert of their surrounding, hoping their countrymen wouldn't find out.

At this moment seemingly all of Arina's acquaintances flooded in the stadium to cheer for her performance. "Hi-Hi, Asano-kun, how are you doing?" Asano jolted upon hearing the voice. Xoxo had apparently also bought a ticket to see the tournament, and his seat was right beside Asano's.

"I'm doing fine, how about you?" returned Asano, smiling close-eyed. Xoxo gibbered with a 'I miss you...' and Asano felt like fleeing away, although he had to force himself to wish Xoxo the best for their upcoming concert, as it will be at a music award.

The seats behind them claimed Arina's comrade brothers. Three gangs were previously annexed as one, as a result, they were too crowded that the other audiences were getting uncomfortable seeing a quarter of the seats at this side were all filled with thug-looking high-schoolers. And alas, they were as noisy as traffic honking, cheering for their Big Sis already while she wasn't at all prepared and it was still three hours away from the competition.

"Hey! Isn't that GakuFUKA!?!" Oh merciful goodness, Urushiyama Naruto -- the previous spoiled, fat kid -- had returned to his nature somehow upon seeing Asano. He reckoned with Asano only in particular, it was more fun in life to treat him this way. Asano's minions after hearing the term 'Gakufuka' all had to muffle their laugh.

And it couldn't be helped for Asano that the brat's dad was also there, as he was able to fully express whatever he liked as he dragged one of his eyes down, sticking his tongue out, mocking the innocent Asano who had done nothing wrong.

'Get out of my sight' was written across Asano's face, although as soon as he realized he was in Naruto's dad's line of sight, he immediately forced a reluctant smile to avoid conflicts. Lucky for him Naruto had gone to sit somewhere far from him, coincidentally, there the kid met kid A, B, and C holding up a big banner of Arina's face and name, and so a new comradeship bloomed.

"Goodness gracious! Is that perhaps Kasuga Ken and Marie Ebara!?!" Teppei lost his composure just when he spotted the two celebrities walking into the arena, alerting his viewers.

There was a reason why the two celebrities had to disguise themselves from the public. Teppei, however, had seemingly forgotten so and straightforwardly called them by names whilst rushing to them.

"Nishishishi," Koyama smiled eerily upon Asano followed Teppei down the stadium and desperately shooed away any curious folks.

"Jeez when will the tournament start!?!" amid all types, Seo was the one to only care about the competition itself, completely ignoring so-called famous people. His girlfriend -- Tsuchiya Kaho -- was also there actually, sitting right beside him.

"Tch! Peasants!" scoffed Kaho at readers.

Almost an hour after the folks of class 2-A began to show up, including another third of their school pupils.

"I brought over twenty Bell helmets here just in case the girls need them," said who you already know -- Torii Hidetoshi.

"You wouldn't believe this, but I can also jump a quad -- various quads!" proclaimed Fujii Hiroyuki out of nowhere, upon having his inferiority complex kicked in. In reality, standing up straight on ice was way too much of an impossible task for him.

"Don't you just love girl skaters' costumes -- especially those that are really short?" chirped Yano Takaaki dreamily, clasping his hands together. Only the thought and blood were already running down from his nostril.

'Is Juria here?' was all her loyal fanboys -- Toda Sejiro and Mori Iori -- could think of when they arrived at the arena. They weren't there for any of the skater girls, they were here because the one queen of their hearts Nagasawa Juria said last week that she was also going to see the tournament.

Juria was sitting at the seats opposite where the Big Four and the thugs were, taking little Maya with her. Shirayuki Sae told them both that she couldn't come today due to her plan (which was a date with Ren right on this date). Maya sighed and expressed how it would be better if her sister was with them.

'Does that mean that being alone with me is that boring!?' Juria thought while panicking. In the meantime, she caught on someone in disguise that had her squeezing her eyes in suspicion.

Mizuno Ami accidentally got a ticket to the seat next to Okamoto Akeboshi and next to him, no other than the first-ranked janitor in the world himself. They were like figures and their shadows -- inseparable, as Arina always said -- how romantic. Ami popped an idea and lured Mr. Uchida Sasuke (A/n: since it's a sports tournament, ofc he would be there) to sit right under Akeboshi's nose -- the very possible area he would first vomit in -- and grinned maliciously, having her colorful braces showing, wondering what will the beast teacher do to the poor boy this time if that ever happened. And next to Mr. Uchida? It was Minami Mei and very obviously her boyfriend. Mei kept talking about how hard it was for her to bake without thinking about him for once. The cookies she baked as a gift were already in Arina's hands.

"No, Arisha, you shouldn't eat those," warned Natalia and Anna, as they were doing their hair and makeup behind the scene.

"Why, but Mei already baked them and I could very well sense the blood, sweat and tears in her cookies," mourned Arina.

"You can't drink before a performance let alone eat."

Arina blinked in surprise over what Anna Tsaplina just revealed.

"Even with Mei's blood, sweat, and tears I can't??" gasped Arina.

"We're gonna be weighed later, even water could make you heavier than intended. If Petrosyan ever sees your weight a little surpass the standard you could be beaten up for it," said Natalia darkly.

The secret to the Petrosyan factory...why did Xenia Petrosyan was rumored to break boys? And all the girls that ever competed under the camp's name were all 'expired' at a certain age. In order to be better than the rest, they chose to cheat by jumping relying merely on light body weight. Because girls were lighter than boys, they were able to jump better. But that false technique wasn't going to last long and it could end a skater's career faster when the skater's body had fully grown into adulthood. But did Petrosyan care? No. Because as Arina stated in an interview, their camp was like a factory. Girls that were expired can always be replaced by younger, less injured ones and it was a full cycle.

In reality, there was a factor as to why Arina was the technical coach's -- Garold Dyamin -- favorite student. With experiences in the military already on hands, Arina tried to build her muscles beforehand knowing she was about to enter a sport. Witnessing so, Dyamin opted to teach this girl the right technique and surprisingly he succeeded. But it was also no doubt that this little girl's underdeveloped bust and hips had helped her achieve complicated jumps.

In the same room as the Orlas trio were skaters from various states. Among them, the most potential candidates that perhaps would one day be able to surpass one of the Normadian girls were Sakamoto Ayusa and Hidaka Mami (she was still young, so there was a lot of opportunity) and Madison Kelly if the US candidates must be included.

The warm-up groups were finally announced on the big screen which relieved some like Seo Tomoya who had waited eagerly ever since arrival. But why arrive early when you can be late? As it was the mindset of Akabane Karma when he stepped into the arena along with Shiota Nagisa and Matsuda Hakaku only when the warm-up was over.

"Heh~ look at that. The whole Japanese stadium is filled with the red Orlas flags," Karma pointed out whilst shoving his hands in his pockets. "How interesting, the impact of our long-time no interact friend~"

A trace of tension flowed into Nagisa's eyes. No, this was a big deal. Considering how Japan and the Orlas were rivals, this wasn't okay. But oh dear the immeasurable love for Arina Avenira from the Japanese...the Prime Minister would surely choke himself in bitterness if he sees this with his own eyes.

"Woah our seats are really far from the rink," Nagisa snapped back when Matsuda informed them. In the end, they occupied the seats behind the high-schooler thugs. They have met them before so it was more like a reunion.

"Just start already!!" Seo couldn't take it any longer as he had waited for three hours. Kaho had fallen asleep by this time, continuously cursing in her sleep.

Xoxo yawned and "accidentally" slumped on Asano's shoulder. His spiky hair poked everywhere, even almost in Asano's nostrils. The band leader freaked out and instantly jerked the guy off without thinking. Koyama went 'nishshishi' at Asano's situation whilst he was living his harem life with girl 1,2,3,4 asking how he was doing (more like asking for his study notes) before going back to their seats right before the competition started.

"Finally, after three hours of waiting, we get to see the first competitor!!" announced Teppei to the viewers, holding up his phone.

The first competitor was from Belgium. Though Teppei didn't care that much to activate his commentator spirit. Koyama on the other hand had memorized all of these skaters' names and records at the last events.

"Boo! Boring," Kaho rolled her eyes. Seo agreed.

The main spotlights of this entire ladies' singles were merely the Orlas 'Power Puff girls', and probably Hidaka Mami and Sakamoto Ayusa. On the US team, there was Madison Kelly who was the most hyped candidate, despite having a lot more to learn according to the netizens.

The audience received a huge energy boost when it was Hidaka Mami's turn -- their national ice princess. Her popularity had escalated after the accident during the Junior High Championships just like Arina Avenira.

This time she successfully landed a triple Axel, exactly like how she did in the Junior High Championships, sending chills among the fans.

"GO, GO! HIDAKA-SAN!!"

"WE LOVE YOU!!"

The score came out to be 78.22, ranked first in the short program. New season's best. The audience clapped hard for her.

It was odd to see that those who held the Orlas flag also cheered for Madison when she skated into the rink. But because figure skating wasn't so popular in her country, only a few US flags emerged among the sea of red.

Madison was a woman with a lot of natural charisma. She was all smiley when got into the position as the music started.

Yano Takaaki was already capturing every shot of the American woman's bold slit-front skirt, grinning, 'hehehe'. Teppei proceeded to comment:

"Madison is also equipped with a triple Axel, will she use it?! OH NO! She fell. One-point deduction! All the best for her!!"

"Hey, Nagisa-kun, who are you rooting for?" Karma turned to ask.

Nagisa paused a moment to think.

"Since I don't want to risk anything, I will just go with my own country."

"Heh~? And here I think you would root for Arina. But well, it's understandable."

"Much better on the triple Flip!!" piped up Teppei when Madison landed a triple combo.

Somewhere in the audience seat a certain someone was hoping for the skaters to hit their heads on the ice like Arina on the last time so he could run his helmet business. 'Perhaps that only happens when attempting quads,' as he thought.

"Very smooth layback spin! Although her timing is still not so on point," remarked Teppei.

Madison Kelly received more attention from the audience due to her nationality. Regardless, Asano was gluing his eyes on Arina who was walking around outside of the rink instead. Some others were either on their phones or napping or chatting or doing the same thing as Asano -- watching the other girls who were waiting outside.

"I'm going home, Seo," Kaho rolled her eyes, despite Seo's plea that she should see the Normadian girls before leaving.

The final score for Madison Kelly's short program: 67.72!! This brought her currently in second place!

The audience had to wait for three more performances before the most exciting part of the whole tournament arrived.

Natalia Tarasova. It was finally her turn on the ice. Nearly half the stadium raised their banners with Natalia's face printed on them.

"There we go, the first of the Normadian stars take to the ice!!" squealed Teppei. The audience had never cheered louder before.

Natalia was seen listening to Xenia Petrosyan's coaching beforehand. 'Tarasova!' 'Tarasova!' the audience couldn't hold themselves back but screamed her name. Even Arina's comrade brothers were excited as hell given how many times their Big Sis praised Natalia Tarasova.

["Please welcome the next competitor, representing the Union of Orlas People's Republic, Natalia Tarasova!"]

People whistled, cheered, clapped. Asano broke his gaze from Arina and diverted his attention back to Natalia. The red flags fluttered all across the stadium.

Natalia got into her starting position and began the routine. The American viewers of Teppei's channel, however, quickly left the chat.

"There's a reason why Tarasova is so great," said Teppei. "Her triple Axel is the smoothest and cleanest that I have ever seen! And there she nailed it BEAUTIFULLY!!"

It was true that Tarasova's triple Axel was the smoothest. She was among those on her team along with Arina Avenira to use the correct technique while jumping. Whilst Dyamin loved Arina more for being able to jump a more difficult element, Natalia deserved more praise for her super clean jumps and stability. She rarely fell unlike Arina.

Compared to the other programs, the audience just couldn't take their eyes off the Orlas girl. She was mesmerizing and captivating with her radiance and performative prowess. Xoxo was awoken from sleep by the wild cheers of everyone (surprisingly, most of them came from the thugs behind) and Asano was watching the performance with his arms crossed. Seo mocked his girlfriend for leaving too soon and missing out on this. Koyama had watched Natalia's skating for a hundredth time already; therefore he was given disdainful looks whenever the star accidentally misaligned an element with the original timing. Teppei, on the contrary, was pumped up with spirit as a commentator -- all he cared about was mostly the outcome of the result.

"Here we go for a shift of music -- SHE HAD DONE AN AMAZING COMBO WITH THAT TRIPLE FLIP, TRIPLE TOE!!"

"She's really good, isn't she?" Karma's gang fully admitted.

Arina's schoolmates all gasped at Natalia's flawless performance. Akeboshi didn't feel like vomiting and Torii didn't feel like he'd make a profit from Natalia given her 'stability' and Juria's duo fanboys didn't feel like thinking about their goddess all the time and Fujii didn't feel like lying to cover his poor physique but Yano was feeling he needed to capture more of her 'beneath the skirt' moments.

Heck even Mr. Uchida Sasuke was applauding loudly, which was considered to be something sort of extraordinary, although...

"Nahh, big sis Arina is still the best," out there there were still people like Arina's little enthusiasts and her only fanboys mainly from her singer role in the band.

"Not one element has a glimmer on it and consequently the great execution -- EVERYTHING is positive!" Teppei nearly passed out from the hype of Natalia's short program score after she had finished the routine and bowed to the audience.

Natalia Tarasova's phenomenal performance once broke the record for the highest SP score in the history of ladies' skating (85.04) and now, will history be repeated?

The audience held their breath watching Natalia sitting beside Lenin Ilyin, waiting for the score to be announced...

85. 45!!! Everyone jumped out of their seats to celebrate her ultimate victory!! She HAD set the standard!!

Teppei almost cried tears of admiration when he remarked, "The quality of everything was just INCREDIBLE! That triple Axel at the beginning of the program -- she got a MASSIVE 10.97 for that single element!! And rightly so -- the speed into it -- the speed out of it -- it was PERFECT!"

But not everyone was satisfied with Natalia's success, namely Asano Gakushuu. He kept shifting his gaze over to Arina who was eagerly sharing a pack of cookies with other competitors with a clear spoken expression of 'Destroy them!!!'

The next competitor to skate after Natalia Tarasova must've felt a huge pressure weighing down on her -- poor girl. The stadium soon sinked into silence upon the underwhelming programs after the remarkable Tarasova, for the next quarter-hour before another #teamPetrosyan girl stepped onto the ice.

Holy it's Tsaplina's turn, a user on Teppei's stream commented. The whole arena once again broke into big applause just like they did for Natalia. The Orlas red flags were dying the entire audience's seats -- what the heck? There and then banners of Anna Tsaplina's name and her face were emerging like crazy even if her popularity wasn't as high as Natalia's.

"Oh, Asano-kun, I feel like leaning somewhere," chirped Xoxo. But the disappointment was peerless on his face when Asano transferred to Kaho's empty seat before Xoxo could seize the chance to lean on his crush's body.

"Ooh! Isn't she just changed her costume from the last program?" queried Teppei, as his streamers and Koyama all confirmed she did.

A severe classical piece. Anna with her mostly all-black costume featuring silver crystals throughout, got into starting position.

"What a stupid rule it is -- that women aren't allowed to jump quads in the short program. But I guess it would be fairer that way. Tsaplina, however, doesn't have a triple Axel to make up for that. Oh, how I'm looking forward to seeing what she will do to close the gap."

"See?! That stupid Kaho has surely missed the fun part!!" sulked Seo. Anna existed a jump with another difficult transition just when he said so.

"Very difficult transition in and out!!" said Teppei fiercely. The viewers in his stream were bombing the chat box at a rapid speed over this as well.

Everybody clapped and cheered wildly for her, though the volume wasn't as intense as for Natalia Tarasova.

"Big sis Arina is DA best!! She can jump quad Axels!!" the little Arina enthusiasts may be saying this for their lack of knowledge or they were simply lying through their teeth, flexing their big banner of their favorite big sis even during another's performance.

The K squad members continued snapping photos of the famous figure skater, and later on photoshop themselves skating next to them; the passion burn through their minds upon getting thousands of likes on social media. Kasuga Ken who was sitting in between them, being a true K member he was, telling the girls to send him the photos later -- all of them!

Xenia Petrosyan was observing the performance with her piercing eyes intact, squeezing out every possible mistake. If she ever found them, the girl would be punished hard. Garold Dyamin had no opinion whilst Lenin Ilyin (Anna was his favorite student) was hoping Anna somehow would be able to score higher than Natalia despite her lack of technical elements this time.

Asano Gakushuu was still rooting for only Arina in the end though he was just being realistic when he commented how despite the transition Anna wouldn't be able to score higher than Hidaka Mami let alone Natalia Tarasova.

"It seems like that was the final jump for this program before it ends. Amazing choreography -- beautiful yet powerful!" said Teppei.

Anna Tsaplina bowed to the cheering audience as they threw stuffed animals onto the rink (that's why figure skaters possess most stuffed animals in the world) the employees skated into the rink and collected them whilst Anna skated back to see the result.

"I'm not hoping for much," she told her coaches upon her arrival. And indeed, the score was 77. 94, which put her in third place after Natalia and Hidaka. Madison Kelly was moved down to fourth place. Nevertheless, it was still a short program only and not until they add both the score from the short and free programs they will have the final result.

Right next in line to Anna Tsaplina was Sakamoto Ayusa, someone the Japanese had been eagerly waiting for since the beginning.

["Please welcome the next competitor, representing Japan, Sakamoto Ayusa!"]

Because the Japanese loved figure skating and Sakamoto was their national pride, this time all of them were so excited that they flew up like a rocket just when the woman entered the ice rink, wildly applauding. The red of the stadium was very soon to be replaced by white and a very red circle in the center.

"SAKAMOTO AYUSA!!" there went chants.

"GOOD LUCK!!"

"I LOVE YOU!!"

Sakamoto wore this fabulous design featuring copper, brown, and skin-colored ombre shadings, beautifully draped details, multicolored sequins, and rich-looking jewelry. The theme of this program was 'Cleopatra in Rome'.

But even as she was very popular among locals, Arina's comrade brothers weren't cheering as loudly as for the Normadian girls if their Big Sis rarely talks about them.

"There you go, Nagisa-kun, someone to cheer for," said Karma. Nagisa slightly nodded, but deep inside, he was still rooting the person he had been in close contact with, which was Arina. Matsuda, in the meantime, had no interest in this sport at all and have fallen asleep just as when they sat down, prompting the boys to wake him up when it was his unrequited love Arina's turn.

"Triple Axel to define the rest of the program -- VERY easily she did!!" shrieked Teppei. Koyama was memorizing the movements for this program as it was relatively new. Seo actually rooted for his country the most as he jumped up from his seat this time to gather every strength to begin shouting, "Beat the Normadians!!" Xoxo sighed dreamily as he kept staring at Asano while Asano was still committed to supporting Arina Avenira.

Next to skate were five more competitors before the last one -- Arina Avenira -- stepped into the ice.

Oh boy, the popularity of this one...was undeniable...the first woman in the world to successfully jumped a quad after sixteen years. Very unlike her daily style, because she was supposed to portray a bird, as a result, she wore this lilac-hued costume that featured off-the-shoulder drapes, a gathered bust, ombre shading, silver crystal embellishment, a longer skirt, and matching fingerless gloves. Yano's nosebleed condition worsened.

"MY BLONDE KID!! BREAK A LEEEEG!" spat her so extremely proud P.E teacher, Mr. Uchida.

Everywhere and everywhere in the stadium, the name 'Arina Avenira' was written all across everything, so were her face, and 'Wow!' banners. Red flags emerged back, fluttering await her success. Her huge army of supporters almost poured down the ice rink just to declare to the universe that she was meant to win.

"BIG SIS NUMBER ONE! BIG SIS NUMBER ONE!!" the thugs screamed at the top of their lungs, waving their handmade light sticks reserved only for their leader around.

"BIG SIS ARINA WILL BREAK EVERYONE'S LEG!!" funny how the kids had a way with their words.

"DID MY COOKIES HELP, ARINA!?" Minami Mei excitedly shouted.

"YOU NEED A BELL HELMET, ARINA!!" Torii screamed, which unintentionally caught the weird looks of the nearby audience.

"Look, Maya-san!! That's who I've been showing you!!" said Juria to Maya, as the little girl's eyes sparkled in admiration.

If Asano's parents were able to attend Mrs. Sayaka would've been among those who would fight with other fandoms over how Arina was the best.

Arina snickered and formed heart signs with her hands. 'My very lovely admirers! I solemnly swear to never disappoint you!!' she told herself with a broad, confident grin plastered on her face, but oh dear did she an ultimate unlucky girl...

["Please welcome the next competitor, representing the Union of Orlas People's Republic, Arina Avenira!!"]

Some fans even fainted above their hearts raced. Avenira! Avenira!! They cheered. Teppei had prepared best for this one and cleared his throat:

"The person we've been eagerly waiting for since the start of this competition -- ARINA AVENIRA!! -- will she be able to create another miracle just like she did in the free program!?! Buckle up for this, everyone!!"

In a very brief moment, Asano imagined Arina won the tournament and he would shower her with rewards and she would have no choice but to fall for him. The continuation of name chanting was still there until Arina entered her beginning posture.

She lifted her gaze to the audience and took a deep breath in...

'In Memoriam' was the music of her elegant program. Contrary to the initial reaction, the audience now sunk into a silent mode watching her. Graceful at every movement -- who taught her so?

Even Teppei opted to not utter a word in fear of ruining the soothing nature of the program. His viewers still blasting comments like crazy however.

As usual in order for a female skater to score high in a short program, the use of a triple Axel was a must. Funny how they said a quad was harder than a triple Axel, meanwhile Arina found triple Axels to be harder, as a result of her familiarity with four revolutions on air. She had landed a triple Axel during training before, and despite Petrosyan herself's warning, Arina still felt the need to experience the thrill, and--

'NOO!!' was also the reaction of Asano Gakushuu and a hundred more, paling.

"Di-Did she just over-rotated that triple Axel?" stuttered Teppei. Seo and Koyama sweat dropped.

But nevertheless, her performance was breathtakingly beautiful and fluid in every movement to the tips of her fingers that they soon forgot about the error she made.

"Wait-- those aren't my choreography!!" Lenin Ilyin had finally realized Arina didn't stick to his routine.

Indeed Arina had implemented her own, using her splendid imagination. The process of turning something into physical movement was challenging, but well, she did it, gracefully.

Asano's heart was allayed by her imagination; softness flowed into his gazes. Behind him however — he was startled by a sudden burst of tears. The high school thugs had dissolved into tears upon this beautiful performance.

"Big Sis...I will never forget this..." Ryuuki buried his face into his palms and wept. Just...why?

"Very unique combo spin from Avenira," Teppei no longer screamed, showing deep appreciation for this program. His chat box was racist nevertheless.

Matsuda was now awoken by Nagisa and Karma to witness Arina on the ice. 'Truly phenomenal' as he told himself. Both Karma and Nagisa didn't say a word and kept their feelings to their chests. Now, Nagisa realized, while his head demanded him to support his country, his heart was yearning for his friend's victory, even though she was from an evil empire. It just didn't matter anymore.

"Big sis Juria, may you help me get her signature?" pleaded Maya with sparkling eyes. Juria, too, was mesmerized. She prodded her chin on her palms and sighed:

"Oh, how I understand Asano-kun now..."

Even without exterior impact, sometimes Okamoto Akeboshi would just feel like vomiting with no reason. But how could he hold it back this long? as Ami thought. Perhaps the thought of accidentally vomiting in the presence of Mr. Uchida was too frightening? Nonetheless the P.E teacher was too busy ripping his shirt off, revealing his Greek God-like body and scars, waving the piece of cloth in the air, shouting, "THAT'S MAH STUDENT!!"

Yano Takaaki was snickering -- pleased by Arina's short program costume compared to her free one, blatantly snapping multiple photos at once in the hope of successfully capturing a 'beneath the skirt' moment. The K squad members were as well though with different purposes. And Kasuga Ken was having his heart thump faster -- was this the feeling?

"DESTROY 'EM!! BIG SIS ARINAAA!!!!"

"SHOW THEM WHO'S THE REAL BOSS!!!"

"MAKE THEM BEG FOR MERCYY!!"

Probably the little Arina enthusiasts were the only ones that couldn't shut their mouths to enjoy the performance. Arina then landed a triple Lutz, triple Toeloop.

"Very light -- very uncanny," remarked Teppei in awe. She possessed that quality of a ballerina.

Arina's acquaintances were all proud of her -- were all charmed by her extravagant talent. Step sequences. 'Go, Arina!' one Japanese yelled. Breath-taken. Graceful. She ended the program with an elegant posture. Again, looking up to the people who supported her. The music was such a thing of sad beauty.

The stadium was ablaze with cheers. Arina! Arina! Arina! She was so well loved and she shall cherish it. The audience showered her with stuffed animals, including a few ripped pieces of cloth from her P.E. teacher. At the very back of them, a significant person was clapping -- Kure Jomei -- surely Arina had enough quality to be praised by a two-time Olympic champion.

"BIG SIS NUMBER ONE!! BIG SIS NUMBER ONE!!" repeated her comrade brothers over and over.

Never mind Teppei's toxic chat box, Asano couldn't contain himself and sprang to his feet to congratulate her. Xoxo was fumed with jealousy. 'I shall begin my figure skating career too' he planned. Seo although sided with his country, still, he found himself crying in happiness over this.

"I-I'm crying because Japan is likely to lose," he lied professionally, being a total tsundere.

Koyama lifted his glasses along with a 'nishishishi'. "You know a program is ridiculously good when it isn't hard to memorize," was his compliment.

Arina bowed in full gratitude for everyone's support, sending heart gestures. The red flags were fluttering. The entire stadium was a whole redness. Xenia Petrosyan smirked.

At last the moment of truth. Asano flopped back down and prayed for his Arina to get first place. With that phenomenally artistic program, perhaps she would get a higher score than Natalia even without a triple Axel.

Arina rushed to hug Petrosyan. "You did well," she told the promising young girl. Dyamin was waiting for a hug as well. Lenin, on the other hand, glared at Arina with a vengeance. How dare she?!

"I-I did my best," faltered Arina. "But I'm so sorry for that pathetic excuse of a triple Axel."

She brought with her a stuffed bear from a fan and sat down with Petrosyan and Dyamin by her side to wait for the result, hugging the bear tightly.

Not just her, Asano along with hundred others was also holding their breath, sweating nervously. The score of this short program...

["Is......."]

Thump! Thump! Thump!

["Is..........."]

"JUST SAY IT ALREADY!!" the whole stadium piped up unanimously.

["...77.72."]

Silence.

"WHAT!?" in a brief second, Asano already calculated the score himself and reckoned the odd. Instinct followed which drove him to jump up from his seat and angrily marched down the stadium to boldly face the judges. But even with the social network he was still invited out by the security anyway.

Arina's face blanched in horror. All her effort in the artistic presentation only to receive a presentation score lower than everyone in the top 4!? Which added up minus a one point from the failed triple Axel attempt from the TES score to sum up as merely 77.72.

The audience turned full chaos mode. Arina's supporters threatened to sue the judges. Even the mild Arina too, was FURIOUS!

'In Memoriam', a masterpiece, now was the butt of the joke. Arina absentmindedly shrieked, "NO WAY!"

Teppei angrily ended his stream. One thing Arina had was 'the crowd', and the aftermath of today's ladies' short program proceeded to be chaos. The judges already sneaked away before they would have their noses broken.

That same day the Prime Minister received the news and was extremely satisfied that his order was executed, sneering malevolently.

"YOU GOTTA SUE THOSE *beep*, ARINA!!" suggested Seo, rage was up at his throat, as they marched out of the arena.

"Exactly," agreed Teppei.

"Nishishishi, if I were you I would've sentenced them to death," said Koyama.

Asano, meanwhile, was placing a knuckle on his chin, having deep thoughts after cooling down.

Arina seemed to have cooled down as well. She sighed and smiled wanly:

"I know -- it's unfortunate. But this isn't the end. Sometimes life is injustice toward me but I shall not let it affect my mental health. I shall always strive for the future with a forever smile and see it that way -- because it is so much better than having a plummeted stomach, hasn't it? There are still so many things to smile about -- say, aren't having you all who loved me dearly such a thing to smile about? I so looking forward to tomorrow to gladly be showered with the love of everyone. Never mind the scores. I appreciate whatever I've got now."
