Serena's POV.

"Wait, you're Riley and William's kids? Who would've thought!" An adult laughed. "I see them right in your faces!"

"You know our dads..?" Ash asked.

"Move out." A voice from behind them said.

The adults and children suddenly made a little pathway for the human, and bowed down onto one knee.

Ash and I quickly did the same. A man with a white beard (surprise surprise, it's white) and a bald head stood in the center of the grass area.

"Serena, Ash, how wonderful it is to see you." He smiled.

We looked up at the man now, surprised at how he knew our names.

"Valencia told us that aura guardians were chosen, not the fact that we're all in a bloodline," I explained.

"That's because aura users don't know the truth, and are too dumb to realize it," The man shrugged. "My name is Will. I'm your grandfather, Serena."

"So you're Will Yvonne?" Ash asked.

"Correct young boy. And your girlfriend here is Serena Yvonne. That makes her the princess of the village."

I looked at him shocked.

"W-What?" I stuttered.

"Don't I look pretty important here?" Will asked.

Ash looked at me with shock, but soon smiled.

"Well if that's the case, I'm pretty lucky," Ash chuckled.

"The Ketchum and Yvonne family's are different, and you aren't secret cousins. Don't worry, you can still date," Will chuckled.

"I'd assume so," I laughed.

"I'll assign you both special, advanced mentors. Mentors that are my top assistants and bodyguards. This will be done later, though. First, I must show you your room, as I assume you'd want to sleep in the same room?" Will replied.

"Sure." We both nodded.

"Okay, everybody, you can go back to what you were doing. Treat Princess Yvonne and Ash Ketchum with respect," Will explained.

"Yes, uncle," A woman replied.

"Alright, let us go to the castle in the master area. You're already considered aura masters if you're one of the direct lines of family blood. Serena, I gave birth to your father, which makes you a part of the direct bloodline. Ash, you're great great great great great something great grandfather is Sir Aaron, which makes you one of the direct bloodlines of the first ever aura guardian, which allows you to enter as well," Will explained.

We started walking as Will explained things about the village.

"So, how are your parents doing today?" Will asked.

"They're dead. All of them. We didn't even know we had more family. I didn't even know you were my grandfather," I explained.

"So... William and Riley are both dead? They were best friends," Will sighed. "I would've never known."

Maybe because you've been too cowardly to go down into the real world and fight for your fucking race like we are!

I sighed, not letting the statement get out of me. Ash could tell I was mad because of how I was squeezing his hand, though.

"N-no! Don't worry about it, it's fine. You do live in a whole other world, actually. Team Flare just bombed our town, so we started walking around Viridian City. We found Valencia on a route not far from there," I explained.

"Team Flare bombed your town? We thought we made peace with them," Will sighed. "This is new news brought to my attention. I'm sorry I couldn't help your mothers and fathers."

Will stopped at a gate that looked like the aura user to aura guardian gate.

"This is the aura master gate," Will explained. "Beyond this is the castle. Are you ready to see where you should've lived your whole lives?"

Ash and I released each other's hands. We nodded once we heard Will's last word.

"Alright, here we go." Will smiled.

Will walked through the gate, and we quickly followed.

We appeared in front of a castle that looked straight out of a Disney movie. There was a drawbridge that was placed over the castle's moat. Across from the drawbridge was the entrance to the castle, a gigantic arch was placed in front of the gigantic wall.

"Ladies first," Will chuckled.

I walked up to the moat.

"Shout to the guard and tell him to lower the drawbridge," Will whispered to me.

"Lower the drawbridge!" I yelled.

The guard nodded, and he lowered the wooden plank. I smiled, realizing that I actually had a voice in Ora (the aura village).

We walked across the drawbridge and underneath the major arch.

The castle, made out of quartz (I'm so sick of saying that now), was huge. The entrance was once again an arch. I'm sensing an architectural pattern here. Big, glass windows shone in all of the rooms. One of the bottom floors had a piano in it. I looked through the left window and saw the dining room. I smiled as I sprinted through the entrance. I waved to Ash and Will on the other side of the arch.

"Hurry up guys!" I chuckled.

They were talking about something, and soon enough they caught up with me. I let Will take the lead because he knew the castle way better than I did.

"First off, I'd like to inform you about your closet area in here because it's different than what you saw Valencia in," Will explained.

"Oh, okay," I shrugged.

"You're a princess, Serena. You realize this, correct?" Will asked.

"Yes, and?"

"You'll have to wear dresses everywhere except training," Will explained.

"Why's that?" I asked.

"Because you have to show an image of the royal family. You can't just have a girl wearing some worn down clothes that she's been wearing doing American Ninja Warrior," Will sighed, looking at my clothes right now. "You'll get used to them. They aren't ballgowns or anything."

"Right." I nodded.

"And Ash, you can basically wear whatever you want," Will shrugged.

"Wait, really? Thank the lord, I thought I'd have to wear a suit everyday," Ash sighed.

I chuckled. "I honestly couldn't even picture you in a suit."

"I don't know if I should take that as a compliment or an insult," Ash giggled.

We soon toured the whole entire castle. We saw our bedroom which had these beautiful curtains with a gigantic window. Our bed was a king-sized bed, too. We laughed and talked about good times as we discovered new bathrooms and guest bedrooms.

"Once you step on your balcony, everybody in Ora will hear your voice and see your beauty," Will explained.

I nodded. I quickly changed into a light blue dress with blue high heels of the same shade. I put on a little silver bracelet, and fastened Dad's locket.

Everyone looked at me questionably, but I didn't care. I stepped on the balcony, and everyone faced the castle.

"Hello citizens of Ura!" I yelled. "I'm pleased to tell you that your princess of your village is now back!"

Everyone screamed in happiness. I held up a hand, telling everyone to be silent.

"Now this is all new to me, and I truthfully had no idea this place even existed until today, so I'm sorry if I don't know where I'm going, or the traditions you have, etc. I'm trying to learn quickly. So far, I've loved everyone I've met here, and I want to keep up that pace.

"I've come here running away from an evil organization called Team Flare. I'm sure you've heard of them. They're the evil beings who wiped away at least a third of our race. That's why I've come here. To train in the power of aura to be able to defeat their leader, and take revenge in the lives we've lost because of them.

"To end this on a happy note, I'm so glad to be here. I love each and every one of you, and if you need anything please just come talk to me!" I smiled.

I heard a ton of cheering for me before I left the balcony.

"Good job, Serena. You're good at this already," Ash chuckled.

"These high heels hurt!" I whined while taking them off. "And I need to wear these things everyday?"

"Except training." Will smiled.

"Training's going to be my favorite part of the day, then," I chuckled.

(This is the castle, but it's made out of quartz, and the drawbridge is wooden. It also has a river circling around it, which is also called a moat.)
