Kanan had everything he ever wanted. He was rich, famous, and could go anywhere he wanted. He even helped the needy if they needed help. Yet, he only cared about himself and no one else. He was very lonely but never would admit it to anyone, not even himself. He was online one day and he was looking for something to buy when an ad popped up before he could get whatever he was buying and accidentally clicked adopt without realizing. Kanan didn't know or care what he bought from the ad cause he thought it was nothing important. He went for a walk until a small teen took some money from him. Kanan promised he would get the child a different time and get his money back.

The next day he heard someone knock at the door and was surprised to see that he adopted a child. But not any child, it was him, the one he was robbed from. Kanan wanted to give the child back to the services but they told him it might take a while to return the boy back. At first, the boy and Kanan both hated each other and they both wanted nothing more than to get the tenn out of the house. The boy, Ezra, hated Kanan cause he thought that Kanan was greedy and selfish. Kanan hated the boy cause he thought that Ezra was just a teenage thief. But as time past they have grown to love each other as father and son.
