Niklaus, Elijah, Kol and Rebekah decided to move to McKinley, Virginia. They all got transferred to work on the Whitemore Hospital. Rebekah is a nurse, Elijah is an orthopedic surgeon and Niklaus is a general surgeon. They thought the only thing it would change in their lives would be the place they would work but soon they realize that the Whitemore Hospital will also have an impact on their live life when they will meet Stefan, Elena, Bonnie and Caroline. Stefan was an old friend of Niklaus who will show him around, he is also a general surgeon along with Elena, Bonnie and Caroline.
