After Klaus getting stabbed with Papa Tunde's blade, he will start to feel hurt and even hallucinate. His siblings are very worried about him and don't know what to do because they need to be out and find a solution to take down the witches who did this to him, but they can't just leave him alone. That's when Rebekah realizes they need the help of none other than Caroline Forbes. Caroline thoughts she would never see Klaus after their moment in the woods, but once she heard Klaus was in pain and needed her help, she didn't even think twice and left to New Orleans. She didn't know how but she would do her best to bring him back.
