Quirk: (Before Evolution): Nebula; (After Evolution): Emissary of the Sun 

Nebula Quirk Description: The Nebula quirk seems to not grant the user any superhuman physiology, however, the user does appear to have a mutation in hair and eye color due to the quirk with their hair being sky blue and their eyes being vibrant purple. Despite the absence of any physical superhuman physical traits, the user is able to teleport but only a very short distance and teleportation quickly drains the energy of the user 

Emissary of the Sun Quirk Description: After significant physical training and reaching a certain level of happiness, the Nebula quirk evolves into its proper form: The Emissary of the Sun. During the quirk evolution, the physical appearance of the user changes; the user's hair becomes white, their eyes become sky blue, and the user undergoes a significant growth spurt. In addition to the changes in physical appearance, the user gains several abilities they could not use while the quirk was in its pre-evolved form.

Drawbacks of Emissary of the Sun Quirk: The user takes more damage from water-based and ground-based attacks than the average person. The user also has to consume a large amount of food to have the energy needed to perform their abilities consecutively for an extended period of time.

Description of Idea: It was a beautiful day in Musutafu, Japan, and a father and son pair was approaching a local park. This father and son pair consisted of Hisashi Ketchum and Ash Ketchum. Hisashi had decided to take his now ten-year-old son to Musutafu to try to make some meaningful father-and-son memories to help him and his son heal after the recent death of his wife and mother of Ash Ketchum, Della Ketchum, who died pushing a civilian out of the way of falling debris caused by a hero vs villain confrontation. 

Upon arriving at the park, Hisashi noticed a girl with messy blond hair styled into two buns running away from the park with tears in her eyes. The black-haired man was a bit confused about why the girl was running away from the park until he noticed a scene happening right beside the swingset of the park. Several boys, including a buzz-cut boy with dragon wings growing out of his back, a boy with black hair and stretchy fingers, and an ash blond-haired boy with an explosion quirk, were beating up on a young boy with messy blue hair and purple eyes.

Hisashi could hear the blond-haired boy shouting at the purple-haired about trying to be a hero with such a "weak" and "useless" quirk and trying to protect a "future villain" when they don't deserve protection. Hisashi could not just stand by and let the abuse of this blue-haired boy continue. However, it seemed like his son, Ash, had the same idea as he ran towards the three bullies, activated his quirk, Bubble Frog, and tossed some globs of foam right at them, temporarily blinding them.

 Upon clearing the foam from their eyes, the bullies saw that Ash was now standing in front of the blue-haired boy, ready to defend him. The blond-haired boy, or Katsuki Bakugo, as the other bullies called him, demanded that Ash move out of the way to continue teaching the "useless Deku" a lesson. However, Ash did not budge. Bakugo was about to charge at Ash with an explosion when he and the other tormentors felt the ground underneath them begin to shake; they also suddenly felt like it was over 120 degrees Fahrenheit out. The three tormentors then heard a loud growling sound behind them; Bakugo and other bullies turned only to see a large creature that looked like it came crawling out of the depths of the Earth's crust glaring at them. 

"LEAVE NOW!" the beast roared 

That one warning was all it took for the tormentors, including Bakugo, to escape the scene. Upon seeing that the bullies had left the area, the beast transformed into human form to reveal one Hisashi Ketchum. The father and son pair then took the unconscious blue-haired boy back into their car and drove him to a local hospital so that his burns could be treated.

After getting the boy to the hospital, he was immediately taken into an intensive care unit patient room to have his blast burns examined and treated. About an hour or so later, one of the doctors informed Hisashi about Izuku's condition and the fact that Izuku's abdominal region and back seemed to be covered in blast scars that looked similar to the burns that they just treated. Hisashi's eyes widened at this revelation as he began to suspect that this was far from the first time that that loud ash blond-haired boy had bullied this blue-haired boy who was currently resting in the recovery room.

Hisashi asked if the boy's parents had been contacted regarding his condition. The doctor responded by telling the man that one of the nurses who helped treat the boy's burns recognized him as the son of one of the nurses who works the night shift at the hospital and that she had been informed about her son's injuries and is on her way to the hospital now. Hisashi decided to stay behind and wait for the mother to show as he figured he would best be able to describe how her sons received those burns when she inevitably asked how her son received burns and scars on his body.

However, Hisashi could never have expected what happened next 

About ten minutes after the doctor had informed that the mother of the blue-haired boy had been contacted, said mother burst into the recovery room with tears streaming down her eyes, a panicked expression clearly evident on her face. 

"WHERE IS MY BABY BOY!?" the mother exclaimed

Hisashi's eyes widened upon hearing the woman's voice. He recognized that voice anywhere. That voice belonged to his childhood friend, who suddenly became distant from him after he and Della started dating during their college years. 

"Inko?" Hisashi said as the green-haired mother's eyes widened in disbelief at what she saw before her. The man the nurse described who saved her son, Izuku, from those bullies and brought him to the hospital was her old childhood friend and the first man she ever fell in love with. 

"Hi...Hisashi?" Inko stuttered
