Power: Souls of Skylands

Description of Power: Upon absorption of a special gem called a Soul Gem, the user is able to transform into one of many long lost heroes of the realm of Skylands also known as Skylanders. Upon successful transformation, the user can perform special abilities associated with said Skylander. The quirk allows the user to absorb the Soul Gems of Skylanders of 8 different elemental attributes including Air, Earth, Fire, Life, Magic, Undead, Tech, and Water.

Drawbacks: The user cannot transform into a specific Skylander until the user has found the Soul Gem associated with said Skylander. Each transformation into a different Skylander depletes the user of energy. Rapid and consecutive transformations can quickly lead to exhaustion if the user does not consume many calories to replenish their energy reserves.

Ship: Izuku x Harem, Main: Yui Kodai

Description of Idea: Izuku Midoriya was crying to himself in a small cave in a forest just outside Musutafu.

Why was he crying?

His close friend and his only source of happiness at Aldera Junior High, Yui Kodai, was currently undergoing surgery at the hospital.

Why was she in the hospital?

A few hours ago, Izuku was on his way to the school rooftop with his lunch. He was expecting to be greeted by Yui's small yet beautiful smile before they would sit down and talk to each other while eating their respective lunches like they usually do. However, when he opened the door leading to the school rooftop, his eyes widened in horror to find Yui beaten and unconscious. After confirming that his friend's heart was still beating, Izuku scanned over Yui's body to try to verify the source of her injuries, only for his eyes to widen in shock when he discovered that the wounds littering Yui's body were a type of wound that Izuku was way too familiar with, explosion burns. Tears started to stream down his face as he came to the conclusion that Katsuki Bakugo, his childhood "friend," and his goons were responsible for Yui's current state and that the ash-blond boy and his cronies likely attacked Yui as an act of vengeance after Yui broke Bakugo's nose and tore into him by describing how he will never be the number one hero because his arrogant, violent, egotistical, and villainous attitude after Bakugo told Izuku that the best way for him to get a quirk would be to jump off a roof and prey for a quirk in the next life.

However, Izuku knew now was not the time to process that realization as Izuku immediately called 911 in order to get Yui to a hospital. Now, here Izuku was, crying in one of his and Yui's favorite hangout spots while waiting for the call from the hospital regarding Yui's condition after her surgery. As Izuku continued to cry, his feeling of sadness was replaced by a different emotion: anger. As said anger continued to build up, Izuku clenched his fists, and his whole body began to shake until he could no longer contain this pent-up fury and began to punch the cave's rear wall with his fists.

For the first time in Izuku's life, he was furious. While he was furious at himself for being unable to be there for Yui and try to protect her, he was mainly furious over the fact that Katsuki Bakugo would brutally assault someone just because of his damaged ego. At that moment, Izuku realized that the Bakugo he knew before his quirkless diagnosis was gone, and this current Bakugo had no right to be called his friend. Izuku continued to punch the wall out of pure anger to the point that his knuckles started to bleed. However, Izuku stopped when he heard a rumbling coming from the cave, only for the wall that Izuku was punching to collapse, revealing a small hidden path. His curiosity gets the better of him, and Izuku decides to venture down the mysterious pathway.

After a few minutes of walking, Izuku came across a dead end. However, he noticed a glistening star-shaped gem embedded into the cave wall. Upon looking over the gem, he noticed an engraving of what looked like a purple dragon at the center. Izuku grabbed the gem, trying to see if he could pull it out so he could show it to Yui; however, upon Izuku's hand making contact with the embedded gem, the gem emanated a blinding light. A few seconds later, the light diminished, and Izuku noticed that the mysterious gem was gone. Before Izuku could contemplate what had just happened, the green-haired boy received a phone call from the hospital informing him that Yui's operation was successful, and she is currently resting in a recovery room, which results in Izuku dashing out of the cave and back towards the hospital.

However, Izuku would get answers on what happened in that cave sooner than he expected. While taking a rest in a chair by Yui's hospital bed as he wanted to be there for her when she woke up, Izuku finds himself having a strange dream about a white-bearded man by the name of Eon, who tells Izuku that he has been chosen to be his world's incarnation of the legendary Skylanders. Before he can question the mysterious man about what he means by his statement, Izuku is woken up by the sound of Yui groaning and stirring awake. Upon seeing that Yui has awoken, Izuku expresses his joy and relief to the quiet black-haired girl by crying and exclaiming how happy he is that she is okay; however, the green-haired boy becomes perplexed by the shocked facial expression that his friend is giving him. Upon asking the black-haired girl why she is so stunned to see him, Yui points to a mirror in front of her hospital bed. Upon looking at the mirror, Izuku is shocked to discover that he has somehow transformed into a small, purple dragon that looks identical to the one engraved on the gem Izuku found in the cave a few hours earlier.
