What if Akshara never found Naira's identity in Rishikesh and thought she is Tina. 
They meet again years later, in keesh wedding. But this time she isn't alone but with kids (Krish, Kairav, Akshu and Adaya (Krishna)), husband and a big family. 

But why do they call her Naira...??
Is she naira or Tina?? If she is Naira, why doesn't she recognize them.

Note: Naira had brain tumor, after her surgery she forgot everything about her past and started a new life with kartik. The kids are the same age as they are in the show now. But the older characters are still young, like Naksh and Keerti because all that drama that happened in the serial didn't happen. Kartik and Naira live in apartment not in Goenka Mansion, cause Kartik and Manish still don't get along like father and son but they have warmed up to each other.
