Here's a bunch of free story ideas for you all to use! They're all braindumped from me at 11:00 PM, so they aren't going to be very detailed and are mainly just there to get you inspired :)

btw, M/C stands for Main Character. 

-Two hostile races pitted against each other, only one person can stop it, M/C goes hunting for them, it turns out to the be the ruler of the race that wants to keep the war going

-Sci-fi story about planet exploration and thriving in a new home

-Tragedy/mystery about M/C's dead sister

-Mystery centered around a pride flag (???)

-Fantasy story about getting magic. Everyone with a dark heart is executed (except the executioner, who is ofc the m/c)

-Utopian world slowly descending into madness, m/c is immortal and watches it happen as time flies by

-World controlled by insane omnipotent superpower, m/c is trying to overthrow them, but not for the good of general people, because they want to replace them as the ruler

-M/C stranded in wilderness/unfamiliar area, years pass and no one comes

-Depressed and shy character with a surprising backstory that links to eerie rumors circulating around the small town

-Ghosts run rampant in M/C's town. They're the only one afraid of them

-Multiple POV story about a girl imprisoned in an ancient statue (mythological gods included maybe?)

-Story about the end of the school year, when the bell rings at the end of the day something weird happens

-Multiple-writer story where each writer writes the POV of a different character, a mystery/horror

-fantasy about a m/c who can turn anything to gold with their touch (name similar to Midas). is captured by palace/cult/religion/country who either wants to be rich/thinks they're cursed and wants to kill them/thinks they're blessed by the gods/needs money desperately bc they're deep in debt. is saved somehow, maybe joins some adventurers who go down to the core of the world, accidentally touch it and everything is gold, m/c lives happily ever after (alone)?
