Malic Queen is the twin brother of Thea queen after his mother is killed by Slade Wilson he runs away from his family to central city with his new identity of Johnathon Parker he gets a crap job in a coffee shop called CC Jitters where one on in the news he sees the flash saving the city and wants to become a hero while in his way home from work he hears a women screaming and saves her name Caitlin Snow.

After he finds out his older brother has lied to him ever since he returned that he was the green arrow he stays in central city for good saving people from the villains and Metahumans roaming the city but what happens when he is offered a role on team flash but what happens when he begins to fall for the girl he saved those years ago.
