The next day....the day of engagement....the engagement was scheduled in the evening now it was morning everyone got ready in traditional wears and arrived at the living area....

Rahul:cleared his throat.... making her squint her eyes at him....and he winked making her avert her gaze immediately....

Ishan:do u remember our first time when we went to a temple.....ohhh God you looked absolutely breathtaking even now and then also....he whispered

Adithi:she looked into his eyes and winked at him.... making his chuckle....

Siraj:I don't know about these rituals....but I really wanna carry you.....he said in his base voice....

Aaliya:she nudged his stomach....while he chuckled.....

Dadi:there is one more thing.....even the elder couples should follow this ritual....she completed while all the elders widened their eyes....no more discussions.....this ritual is important....

Sachin: but ma....he started but shut his mouth to her stern look....while the elders looked embarrassed....he rubbed his nape and turned towards anjali and lifted her in bridal style...

Virat:paaji u both are looking soo cute.....he teased while Sachin playfully glared him and started climbing the stairs.....soon Suniel Shetty lifted his wife in one go..

Rahul:pappa u are always that romantic hero.....he exclaimed.....

Suneil:he made a proud face....making everyone laugh.....and now Mahi turned towards sakshi and lifted her in bridal style.... making her wound her hands around his neck....

Mahi:he cleared his throat and started climbing the stairs....no Rohit turned towards ritika and lifted her...and then virat lifted Anushka.....harry lifted natasha....jassi lifted sanjana....jaddu lifted rivaba....

Shubman:shall I.....he asked with a smirk towards Sarah.... who nodded her head tucking her hair strands behind her ear....and soon she let out a shreik when he lifted her wounding his hands around her bare waist as she was wearing saree....

Shreyas:lifted Trisha in one go....making her hold onto him tightly...

Siraj:he took her hands and placed it on his neck making her wound her hands and soon lifted her.....

Rahul:he carried her in bridal style.....my wife he mouthed at her making her smile widely with a blush....

Ishan:he lifted her and wounded his hands around her bare waist and kissed her cheeks.... making her blush slapping his chest and soon everyone moved upstairs and prayed for everyone's well-being....and did special prayers for the events of the upcoming days....

And soon by afternoon they reached back and retired to their rooms to get ready for the engagement of shubsara....all the ladies were with Sarah while all the men were with Shubman...

Here in Shubman room....

Virat:so Shubman today the prince is going to get engaged to his princess....Haan...he teased....

Shubman:he controlled his blush....ro bhaiya see nahhh vi bhai is teasing me.....he whined

Rohit:then what must we do mr.prince.... for the way you guys teased me on my anniversary I will give it back....wait...he laughed

And soon the door was opened and Sachin....suneil Shetty and mahi arrived there.....

Sachin:so is my soon to be son in law ready.....he asked with a wide smile....

Shub:he vent down taking all three blessings and blushed at the endearment.....

Mahi:let's not make our Shubman wait anymore....come it time already....

Shub:Is Sarah ready...he asked immediately without realising but soon realised and bit his tongue rubbing his nape....

Suneil:Men in love...he declared teasingly....

Ishan:no one is going to take away ur soon to be fiance.....she is urs only.....he teased and everyone laughed making him embarrassed and soon they moved out heading towards the main venue outside....

Here in Sarah room....

Sarah:she was almost ready with the make up artist doing the final touch ups....

Makeup artist:mam which colour of blush do u prefer....pink or red.....

Ritika:I don't think she will need that....she smirked....

Anu:yeah....ritsy is right....her cheeks turns natural red the moment she see her man....she teased

Sanjana:are we right Sarah....she joined....

Sarah:she looked down blushing.....bhabiiiii....she whined.....

Natasha:aahan...someones blushing hard.....

Rivaba:now itself her cheeks turned red.....she also teased....

Aaliya:I am sure Shubman is gonna forget to blink his eyes looking at his girl.....she chuckled teasing....

Adithi:and I am sure she is waiting desperately to see her man...am I right Sarah....she teased along....

Sarah:she blushed hard and turned towards them completely ready....

And soon the door opened revealing Anjali and Shubman mother....both of them hugged her kissing her forehead...

Anjali: my little girl has grown up....she teared a little....she hugged Sarah and kissed her temple....and they moved out to the main venue....

The entry:

As soon as the girls entered music started blasting.....

The song started and soon the juniors started dancing around Sarah.....who was looking at everything with a wide smile....
And soon she came to the main stage....

Where she could see her man looking dashingly handsome looking at her intensely....and they both shared a eyelock and she walked towards him and he walked forward extending his hands towards her....making her smile and hold back his hands....and soon both of them were on the stage and everyone were standing around them admiring the couple....the priest asked both of them to sit on the chairs....and he started reading the lakhna pathrikai.....and soon both the families were on the either sides of the couple and exchanged plates with eachother....and the priest declared as the engagement is completed and asked the couple to exchange rings....

They both stood up and faced eachother....first Shubman took the ring and looked at her with a content smile....he extended his hands towards her and she placed her hands on his with a blush and wide smile.....he immediately went down on his knees making everyone hoootttt......and both of them blushed hard...

Shubman:Sarah.....my princess....I promise you that I will be there with you and for you under any circumstances.....and I will love you now and forever....will u be mine....he asked looking directly into her eyes.....

Sarah:she had slight tears on her eyes and nodded her head....I am always yours forever.....I love you too.....she said and soon everyone clapped cheering and Shubman slide the ring on her fingers and  still maintaining the eye contact kissed her knuckles.... making her blush hard.....

And now sarah took the ring and slide it in his fingers....and leaned kissing his cheek and looked down blushing as everyone cleared their throats teasingly....and Shubman face was red.....
And soon they had the photography session....

Soon Ishan and jaddu got onto the stage taking the mike....

Ishan:hi ladies and gentlemen.....now we are here at my best friend's engagement.....so cheers for our couple....Shubman and sarahhhh..... everyone clapped

While everyone clapped cheering for them....
Rohit:Mahi Bhai can you see all of us....he teased....

Sachin:ro you should have seen the young mahi who was so in love....the lover boy ....it is really a treat to watch....he teased

Mahi:pajiiiii.....he whined and soon everyone laughed teasing eachother....

Ishan:what a romantic performance....now we are gonna have our dear couple of the day....Shubman Gill and Sarah Tendulkar.....

Shubman:May I....he asked extending his hand towards her...while she smiled and placed her hands on his....and they came to the main stage....

And they both danced so gracefully and soon everyone joined the dance and they had a wonderful evening............

And after a long evening everyone retired to their rooms....

And Sarah was in her room still on the same dress admiring her ring standing infront of the mirror.....

And slowly Shubman sneaked into her room in his black shirt and pants....he removed his coat and he slowly locked the door and stood leaning on the door admiring her....she noticed him only after that when she looked at the mirror.....she widened her eyes and turned towards him.....and her breath struck for a moment when she looked at him with his black shirt sleeves rolled on and two to three buttons open with messy hairs and shirt half tucked out....she was checking him out....and he blushed to her intense gaze and pulled her towards him making her fall on his chest and he caught her bare waist.....

Shubman:why just checking me out when you can actually do many more things to me......he smirked

Sarah;she blushed hard hiding her face in his chest...while he nuzzled into her neck inhaling her fragrance and placing soft kisses making her clutch his shirt in a fist......
