Now only ishan mahi and sakshi was staying in the hospital and adithi had not yet got consciousness and ishan....his expressions were neutral....he felt all the emotions together....he was happy to no boundaries but he couldn't express it....he had many questions....why did she start sending him bokehs...why did she suddenly join as a physiotherapist.....why didn't she disclose that she is Riya... why didn't she express her love towards him directly....why did she hide it from him.... doesn't she want him to know about her love but why.....so many questions in his mind but the person who could answer all this was not yet conscious....he knew that from the start helping met her he felt something different...he was attracted towards her....he used to admire her without himself understanding why he did that ....he fell for her harder each passing minute ....his thoughts were broken by a tap on his shoulders....he turned to see mahi there ...

Ishan:Bhai why isn't she conscious yet....she is alright nahh....he asked concerned

Mahi:yes kiddo....she is completely alright....she will conscious in some time...don't worry....he smiled ruffling his hairs....

Ishan:leaned his head on his shoulders....bhaii...

Mahi:mmm....

Ishan:I love her Bhai....he whispered

Ishan: ofcourse bhaiiii.....u can ask me anything.....he almost whined

Ishan:I really don't know bhaiiii....I don't know when I started falling for her..or how..but right now she is everything that I could ask for.....she is the love of my life bhaiii.....he said with a peaceful Smile....

Mahi:kissed his head and held him protectively....

Sakshi:she came out from the ward....mahi....she called out...she is about to get conscious....

Mahi:ishan you go yoube beside her when she gains consciousness....he patted his shoulders....

Ishan:was nervous...Bhai you also come lets get inside together....

Sakshi: smacked his head.....don't be a spoil sport....get in....she glared....

Ishan:pouted rubbed his head and got in nervously and the sight clenched his heart...her in the hospital bed looking pale...her head hands having bandages....he went and sat beside her on the chair..and waited for her to open her eyes....he took her hands slowly in his and interwined it slowly and kissed her knuckles...and slowly he felt her hands tightening the hold..he looked up to see her trying to open her eyes...and she was frowning her eyebrows...he slowly carressed her forehead and soon she opened her eyes slowly and she blinked her eyes to get a clear view...she saw herself on a hospital bed and when she turned her head she widened her eyes to see ishan there...she smiled looking at his concerned face....

Adithi:I am fine ishan...she smiled

Ishan:he nodded his head gulping his head....

Adithi:she looked at their interwined hands....

Ishan:Riya....he whispered....

Adithi:she jerked looking at him....who had tears in his eyes...I..sh..a..n...she stuttered

Ishan:U r my Riya nahhh....the one who claimed my heart....he chuckled with tears...

Adithi:is..ha..n....w..h..at a..re y..ou sa..yi..ng....she stuttered

Ishan:he placed his fingers on her lips shutting her off....no lying to me babygirl....why didn't you tell me earlier....

Adithi:how do you know....she whispered

Ishan;mahi Bhai sakshi bhabi found it for me...and they were about to disclose it to me at the party today...but they told me here in the hospital.....he chuckled you were going on muttering my name and when I was confused about this mahi Bhai told me about you....he said looking directly into her eyes....

Adithi:she couldn't hold his gaze so she averted her gaze with blush....he kissed her knuckles making her look at him...Ishan....she whispered

Adithi:she opened her eyes.....you are fine nahhh...are you hurt somewhere.....she looked at him checking if he has any injury....

Ishan:he huffed trying to control his anger...he took away his hands from her hold ruffling his hairs glaring at her....

Adithi:She tried holding his hands...she was scared to see him angry.....

Ishan:You really thought that low of me....he said in anger.....

Adithi:no...no..she stuttered

Ishan:I fell for you harder Riya.....I love the riya who sent me Bokehs daily with those special notes.....who makes me feel special.....he spoke with desperation filled anger.....

Adithi:she was a little scared....I..s..ha..n...she stutted with tears

Ishan:he looked at her and his eyes softened and he immediately regretted not controlling his anger.....baby...he took her hands in his....

Adithi:I am really sorry for letting my insecurities out of control....She said with tears.....

Ishan:he wiped her tears and kissed her forehead.....it's okay love.....I am glad that u understood...

Adithi:she smiled with blush...

Ishan:he leaned and hugged her.... nuzzling into her neck....I love you Riya....he whispered

Adithi: closed her eyes feeling his warmth....I love you too....she whispered
And they pulled back hearing the door knocking sound..... adithi was blushing hard while ishan had red cheeks...the door opened revealing mahi and sakshi....ishan stood up....

Mahi:cleared his throat....sorry for disturbing....he teased but it seemed like ishan forgot that we also were here...he smirked chuckling while both blushed averting her gaze....

Sakshi: controlled her smile....mm....she went near adithi carressing her head....how are you adithi....

Adithi:I am fine bhabhi.....she gave her usual bubbly smile....

Mahi:is it hurting somewhere kiddo....

Adithi:just a little pain in my head and in my left arm....but it's bearable....

Sakshi:we all were scared so much.....don't do this again....she scolded while she pouted ....

Mahi:shooo....no one will scold my baby sis....he carressed her head.....

Adithi:she grinned at them....

Sakshi:acha...now you sleep....its late already...you are in sedatives.....

Adithi:bhabi...when we will we go back I hate being here...she whined.....

Ishan:excuse me for the stunt you pulled.....it's the doctor who should decide when you will be discharged....

Adithi:she twisted her lips at him and turned her head pouting at mahi....

Mahi:okay...I will talk to doctor and ask when you would discharge...okay....

Adithi:she smiled at him....

Ishan:bhabi you sleep here in the bed beside riya....both mahi Bhai and me will be outside....

Sakshi:ishan you stay with her for few mins.....I will talk to the girls and return back...they are so worried....she said and turned to leave but she facepalmed looking at mahi still standing there....she caught mahi arms and pulled him along with her.....and closed the door...she pinched his arms...

Mahi:ouchhh...why....he asked bewildered....

Sakshi:what should I do with you....they are new couples...let's give them some time alone nahhh..... unromantic fellow she muttered under her breath...but he heard it...

Mahi:pulled her towards his chest.... making her widen her eyes.... and caught her waist....

Sakshi:mahiiiii......what are you doing...leave me someone might see....she whispered looking around....

Mahi:now see who is being unromantic....he smirked....

Sakshi:she blushed and shook her head in disbelief.....but both jerked apart embarrassed when they heard throat clearing sounds....they turned to see a Rohit and virat standing there....what a duo to get caught to....

Rohit:bhaiiiiii.......he added cheesily...while mahi rubbed his nape turningbred completely in embarrassment....

Virat:Bhai we didn't knew that you were so romantic......he smirked teasingly....
While sakshi was completely red....she took her that didn't even ring and started walking out in the opposite direction escaping making mahi give her a betrayed look.....

Mahi:both tackled him from both the sides....

Rohit:Bhai sorry for disturbance....he teased

Mahi:rooooo....he tried sounding stern but ended up whining.....

Virat:Bhai you look cute while blushing.....he exclaimed chuckling...while mahi smacked them both....

Mahi:acha...leave that...why are you two here now....

Virat:Bhai we bought dinner for you guys ....it's last we ate lunch....

Rohit:Bhai is adithi awake....

Mahi:yeah...she woke up before few mins....

Virat:let me see her...he tried getting in...

Virat:bhabi did you finished talking to the non coming call....he teased

Mahi:they bought food for us ....

Sakshi:okay it's already late let's eat something....she knocked the door and everyone entered....

Adithi:vi Bhaiya...ro bhaiya....she exclaimed....

Virat:he went towards her .....how are you....

Adithi;I am fine Bhai....but I don't want to be here.....she made a yuck face....

Rohit:acha baba....let's talk to the doctors tommorow...okay.....

Mahi: okay come lets eat and ishan helped Riya to sit....

Ishan: extended his hands towards her lips....

Virat:cleared his throat teasing....adithi blushed

Ishan:Bhai her right hand is hurt that's why...he scratched his eyebrows.....

Rohit:we didn't say or see anything you continue.....he teased and both vi and ro sat in front of mahi and opened their mouth making him shake his head and he started feeding Virat and Rohit...ishan was feeding adithi while sakshi fed both mahi and ishan and everyone together fed sakshi.....
